I went to this location to return a bag of sand blasting sand that was the wrong grit that I had bought a few days before, and when I returned the sand the lady at the counter had a very negative attitude towards me because I was returning the sand. Afterwards I went throughout the store looking for a different kind of sand I encountered the lady again and asked if she had a different kind of sand and she went on to say how she probably had it somewhere out on a truck and she wasn’t gonna go look for us or how she wasn’t going to send someone else to look. After that we looked around the store more just to see because she didn’t look around at all for us so it was hard to believe that she knew everything she had in the store, so I’m assuming she was the manager. So we encountered another friendly worker and he was about to go look in the back for us, but before he was about to go look, she came around the corner and told him that he can’t help us because they didn’t have it, even though we had called before hand to make sure they had it and they said they did, and checked online and it said they had the sand, so there is a major miscommunication from mainly coming from that lady causing us to go out of our way to deal with a ugly attitude lady

I just came out of Tractor Supply. I havent seen the young lady before that was the cashier today. Probably bc I go to both the Thomaston and Griffin stores. Anyway she was so sweet and courteous. Her name is Jorie. What a breath of fresh air it was to see someone as pleasant as her. Thats why I love Tractor Supply. Always polite and helpful people wherever I go.

Have stuff HD& Lowes dont have. Needs more horse stuff, especially English. Needs more books on how to build/make horse stuff, fewer on how to kill stuff. Need horse themed & functional clothing(male & female), fewer guns & trucks. Label what generic tractor parts will work on what brands.

My experiences at Tractor Supply has been great. Good place to buy your lawn mower. Garden supplies. And so much more. And the prices are really affordable. The employees are so nice. I will be back in there soon

Called ahead to see if what I needed was there and a friendly woman answered immediately rather than a recording. Because she didnt know the answer to my question off the top of her head she offered to check the shelves but didnt sound annoyed to do so. She came back to the phone very quickly and gave me even better info about what was in stock that was above and beyond my initial question. When I got there, the store layout made finding what i needed easy and the line to pay was short and fast. I wish every store was like this. Will definitely be back.

We went to the Tractor Supply on Hwy 41/19 in Griffin. The service was awesome and the store was extremely clean. We bought a dog house and the associate was happy to help us load it -- what a difference between many other retailers.

I really enjoy shopping at Tractor Supply. My only complaint is that they employees not very attentive. It takes a bit of effort to get their attention. However, after getting their attention they are always helpful and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy customers.

Awesome store. If you are a farmer or have some land or just have a garden in your suburban property...you can always find what you need for your outdoor needs. They have tools and feeders and waterers and troughs and lawn mower. They sell utility trailers and rental equipment. Its really too much to sell. You should really head on down there and check them out. I love going just to look around because they have cool stuff. They even sell chicks and ducklings from time to time. I love tractor supply! 5 stars!

First time going to there to get fences, gates, and baby chickens and chicken supplies. Cashier girl was very helpful and knowledgeable, and drives a fork lift. We were impress with her driving skill.

Always very helpful but rarely have the product Im there for. I am forever asking when I might be able to get it so you would think they would order them or take the shelf space for something else

Baby chicks. Need I say more. 😂😂😂Me and 3 neighbors all purchased baby chicks from Tractor Supply. The chicks have all been very healthy and great breed selection. Together we purchased over 60 chicks and all lived and were healthy.

Be very careful buying chicks from tsc, your made to buy a minimum of 4, so I was stuck buying 4 when I only needed 2 , they were supposed to all be hens, I don’t want chicks, just eggs, turns out I was sold 2 hens and 2 roosters. Not very happy.

The employees are always glad to help you anyway they can. They know where the products are, in each area of the store.

Normally a great place to shop ,today was a bad day could not print my receipt got home I realized I was shorted around 70 bucks going back to there store today will see how honest there people are..so todays visit I give 1 Star

Very rude customer service girl., Her name was Destiny. When I asked her a question her reply was I dont know, let me ask someone, and never returned. Her clothes were way to small for her body type and she acted like she was very aggravated and had her phone out. I was in there a couple weeks ago. I will not return to this store she was so unprofessional. There are so many other people who need jobs and that girl does not deserve her position there!

McDonough store dont bother. While employees are sweet, no stock. Go to the Griffin location. Griffin rocks, even though the chick checking you out is rude, the other employees are awesome!

Shopped today during a 15 percent off sale 5pm-9pm only. Great discounts on farm and garden products we use regularly. However, the store was packed and long lines waiting at check out. Only a few employees on hand to work this big crowd. Pallets of new products stacked high all over the store.. shoppers could hardly walk through the store easily. They should have planned better for this event. We buy regularly and know the employees on duty who worked very hard and were still friendly in spite of someone not planning well.

The place is nice the people are great not enough but a great exseprecne otherwise with one exseption there belts are unorginized and i am going to have to go back hopefully onemore time but that aside i LOVE it there a great exsperence otherwise

Google shows that this store opens at 8am. I drive a long distance and sign says 9am. 2 other people show up think the same as I do. I call. Someone answers and says I cant help what Google says. I think TSC is a pretty big company and someone should be on top of operation hours! Very disappointing.
