Tried calling the store multiple times no answer. Figured no big deal they just busy Several times to confirm hours of operation. I check online hours and it says they would be open until 8pm. I arrived at 6.40 and they are still there with the door locked telling me they closed. pointing at a sign taped on window with different hours. If you going to not answer your phone at least update the schedule online so people not waisting their own time

Selection was good and staff was friendly and helpful, very patient.

The Ladies there are patient, kind & helpful through my entire experience. All together I left with a bridal set from Neil Lane (waited 25 yrs for) & my Forever Us. We all cried over my excitement.

Will try to give them another try but was treated badly at this store. Was ignored by staff then when I stopped a lady to help me she was very rude. All I needed was a new back for earrings purchased here and she was mad about having to help me and pretty much threw me a back that didnt even fit my earring. So have not been able to wear them for a week now !! Hope today is better..*****the lady today was great and went above and beyond for me ...she was great Ill be back !! 😊

The staff in Griffin is excellent, it’s a pleasure to go in that store.

The staff was pleasant and swift. The most important aspect of my experience is that they didnt try to over sell me products. I told them what I wanted and my price range and the purchase was made. Plus my wife is happy.

The staff at the Griffin location of Kay Jewelers is fabulous. From the initial visit with my fiance when he purchased the engagement ring, to the next trip when he found the gorgeous wedding band to compliment the engagement ring, and then finally when Kays sized both rings perfectly. This is just like having a hometown jeweler, with all the extras of a leading national company. The professionalism and care displayed by each person we worked with was an added benefit to an exciting time in our lives.

Kay Jewelers is a great place to shop. I personally only like to shop at the one on Jonesboro Road in McDonough or the one inside of Tanger Outlets. The one in griffin judges you based on what you look like not by how much you want to spend. They assumed my husband couldnt afford my rings because he was in his work (mechanic) uniform. So the automatically started showing him cheaper rings instead of the one he asked about.
