If I could give less than 1 star I would. Terrible condensing attitude. Refused to fill prescription because I called the rude, unhelpful employee out. Had to go elsewhere after my wife’s surgery. Pharmacist refused to fill prescription. Would not provide her name. Do not choose this place for any reason. Terrible, uncaring and snarky employees.

There are plenty of free and handicap parking here. The store is clean and extremely well organized. The employees are friendly and very helpful about the products and services in this CVS. The pharmacy is excellent. You can get many different vaccines here. You can walk in for all vaccines except the covid-19 vaccination. You have to make an appointment for the covid-19 vaccination. They give the Pfizer vaccine here. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the services provided here.

The drive-through pharmacy line was a long wait. The restroom had no soap available. The store was clean. The parking lot gets cleaned occasionally.

They have terrible customer service. Rude employees not willing to help me told me over the phone that they didn’t carry the medication I needed and when I walked in the store the same day I found it. It would have taken two minutes of their time to verify that they had it in stock. One of the rude female employees who got on the phone and claimed to be a manager (Britney)told me they didn’t carry the medicine or the generic version of it. That she did not understand what I was looking for and she was going to transfer me to the pharmacy so I could ask them and then proceeded to hang up the phone on me. I have never had such poor customer service at any other CVS location. Deja was the person who answered the phone and was behind the register when I paid for the medication. When I went to pay and I told her I was the person who called earlier and that she and the supposed manager had both given me the wrong information instead of apologizing; she became belligerent and was very disrespectful to me. Waiting for a call back from corporate office for a week now... Deja and Britney should go work somewhere else where they don’t need to act like they care about people who are sick like you would need to at a pharmacy.

This store NEVER has your prescription ready at the scheduled time. There is always an issue with them. Other locations seem to have together. This one is a joke. I did give them 2 stars because at least they have a couple of staff members who are pleasant.

I scheduled a covid test for 02/03, & they ensured that I would get my test within 2-3 business days. When 3 days had came by, I still did not receive my results. I called the pharmacy to see what was going on (I work in the medical field myself so I would be understanding if the test results were to have a delay) the woman who received my call talked to me in a very dismissive tone & told me the results will take 5-6 days instead. I brushed it off & went about my day. HOWEVER, just today I wind up getting a call that my test was LOST & NEVER RECEIVED BY THE LAB. I thank God that I been feeling better for the past 4 days now, my symptoms were mild; a runny nose & sore throat. But this location needs to be more careful as to how they conduct themselves in collecting covid test specimens from patients. What if it was a patient with a more serious matter? People have died from this virus because of not only miseducation, but the lack of attentiveness in healthcare. Could you imagine if someone came in with more severe symptoms & ends up in this same predicament? That’s a serious matter on the line! Please get your staff together & learn to be a little bit more vigilant before you accidentally put somebody’s life at risk one day.

Every time I call in I get a very bad experience of unprofessionalism and unappreciative for your services these people randomly have an attitude when theyre speaking to that customers I rather use another pharmacist then they have to deal with an experience representative of CVS that has been very very rude and uncomfortable to deal with you ask the question they snap at you and what I mean by snap they speak to you unruly CVS has been my pharmacist for over 35 years and now Im thinking about moving to another company because of this Griffin location this is the only and worst location ever that CVS have ever had bad service

Horrible customer service. Lines are so long and they refuse to fill my sons medicine until the very day he is out. One time they gave him the wrong prescription. Another time, I dropped off the script at 3pm, told them my son needed it for school the next day. I called at 830, one of the pharmacists (who barely spoke english) refused to fill my sons medicine because she said she didnt understand what #30 count 10mg meant. I think she just didnt want to fill it because it was close to closing time.I called the next day and the other pharmacist filled it within an hour.

Using there app, I look and see that my scripts are in progress . An hour later, I head over and they tell me they just got it and it will be 25min. Ok buddy. I leave and come back knowing there were at least 4. Nope...there were 5. I got 3. Told me that one was out of stock and might get it tomorrow. Got attitude when I asked if someone else had it. Went to a different store and got my Tamiflu. After getting home, I look at the app and it says there was 1 more filled, but I needed to talk the the pharmacist. They didnt fill a prescription because it wasnt covered by insurance. REALLY! Shouldnt I be the one that makes the decision to not fill it? No, they did and I needed that med. This is the worse pharmacy that I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately with my insurance, I have no choice but to use CVS. Bet your behind I will have all my meds changed to a different store.

While in the store asking an employee a question ahe replies in a upset tone that shes busy and didnt even had customers skills I know time is of and working many hours is hard but the idea of sticking is for them to be reasonable and stock the basic needs first like antibacterial stuff for the elderly people that really dobt need to be out trying to get some wipes I give you a one cause they wouldnt allow any less but if I could I give you 0

I was in the Pharmacy this evening and they were extremely busy! There was only one pharmacist on duty and she was doing the best she could with all the people pouring in, the drive through full and phone ringing! The techs also seemed to be very busy. If I knew the pharmacist name I would just tell her to hang in there and you cant make everyone happy no matter how hard you try. The reason for my 4 stars was the staff, they were doing their best, but I feel the store is so busy they should have more than one licensed pharmacist on duty at all times.

Dropped off prescription off at 4 pm, told it’d be ready by 7 pm. Came back next day at 2 pm and sat in 30 min line. Told it wasn’t ready yet (22 hours later) and I could come back in an hour. Got a text message before I was even able to get out of the parking lot that it was ready. I’d give them a pass if this happened once, but it’s consistent problems starting at least mid 2018.

Pharmacy was pretty fast and efficient. NOT any longer! On a few occasions recently, it’s has taken much longer than the employees can even guess at. The pharmacist was by herself and talking on a personal call, and even when the tech was trying to get her attention (because she didn’t process my prescription in the system correctly) she ignored him till she was ready to correct it! I’ve since switched to another pharmacy. No manager on duty to talk to, and the employee said she’s gotten a lot of complaints recently. Told me to report to corporate, which I have!

Has to be the WORST pharmacy staff I e had to deal with. I’ve never had my prescriptions filled at the time they are supposed to be and have wasted several trips only for them to tell me it’s gonna be longer, it’s gonna be longer. so I do the text service now and it’s always coming 2-4 hrs after the time that was stated at drop off. And then today I get a text hey it’s ready only to find out that’s for a previous prescription and the other you didn’t fill because insurance didn’t cover it. I’m sorry but could you not have called to let me know the situation so I could have spoken to someone and found a solution. I mean now it’s past 5 when my pick up was supposed to be at 1 and my dr is closed so I can’t do anything for a medication that I needed. It’s just never a professional experience and none of them seem to know what’s going on, they are scrambled and poorly trained and they way I’m talked to is disrespectful but I guess that what you come to expect from Griffin..... rudeness and lack of professionalism

Nothing but problems with this place. Im not even sure they deserve a whole star. Id give them less if I could. Ive had encounters with 2 pharmacists there. One is ok, the other could not be any more unhelpful if he tried. I only use them because my insurance has named them preferred pharmacy.

Put my prescription in after having a baby, waited two days before i got my medicine because i still had medicine at home and they couldnt find my prescription and then they told me i never put it in, by the time i pulled back up to my home they text me to tell me its ready, bull they just never filled it and forgot about it

Worst pharmacy ever. Called in prescription day before and then called back the next morning to find out if ready. They told me would be ready in an hour working on it then. I show up 7 hours later and it had not even been started. The pharmacist was too busy helping people out on the floor instead of doing his job.
