Do not purchase any clippers or trimers from them as of now .i purchased the outliner 2 trimmers yesterday around 2pm , attempted to use them this morning and they burnt out after being plugged in and turned on for 5 seconds. Now im stuck having to deal with the manufacturer which is very hard to get in touch with them and sallys will not swap them out or nothing do to covid 19. A pure freaking head ache. How can you not return something do to covid 19 but you can sell stuff and its covid 19 i dont get it .

Friendly staff, great choices, extremely knowledgeable staff well except for 1 of the girls. Will only go to this sallys the others Ive been to I have been ignored when I walked in and walked around with no one coming to help me which cannot be said for griffin sallys they are so willing to help even the young lady who was leaving for the day stopped to assist me while her co-workers were helping other customers and I only know she was leaving because she said bye to the other girls and walked towards me and smiled and asked if I needed help and stayed to help me and she definitely did that!!! Love love love this store!

Horrible service. Hang up the phone. She talked on the pphone for over 30 min while I waited. She could care less. 1 employee and sold me the wrong stuff. Wont go back.

I went up there to buy hair dye, when I went to check out they were trying to Force me to update my Sallys card, and I dont like being forced to do anything, for me its a waste of money to update my Sallys card if I dont go there all the time, I only go once a year. Needless to say I will never go back to this one where the workers are rude
