Great customer service. Went above and beyond to test to make sure the repairs done fixed the problem I was having with my car running too hot. Highly recommend!!

I have never been more comfortable with a mechanic! From the time I pulled in with a breaking down vehicle that could barely get me from home to work, until the time I pulled out with a smooth running car !!! Doc Roberts and Michael Moore are two studs who treated me like a friend in need and made sure I drove off satisfied!! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone having car trouble !!! They charged me $1000 and said my AC was fixed after the 2nd week of bringing it in a row. It blew hot air out the second I started my car, so I figured I would give them one last chance to make it right. But on the 3rd time and week in a row, they tried to charge me another $1,200 and said they couldnt find this leak until they could fix the other leak. Thats a bunch of BS, they shouldve never told me my AC was fixed if they didnt check for leaks before AND after doing their work. I shouldnt have to keep coming back every week and spending the same amount as rent to not even fix the REAL problem. But thats not the case with these guys. Im very disappointed in the work and service.

The staff was nice however i called them to see if they can adjust my carburetor and timing in my truck because everything should have been set for high elevation they said yes but its something they normally Dont do now one day later it wont even stay running if you have an older car like i do dont go to them

Thos shop has some of the best customer service Ive seen from any auto repair shop and they listen whixh is rare now a days!!

These guys have great customer service and do excellent work! I will be bringing my 4runner here again.
