My visit with Jen at Sound Hearing Care was even more comprehensive, and professional than I had hoped. I found her on the web, and simply said one of my hearing aids was not working. She saw me the very next day, and did a very thorough examination of both hearing aids. She found a couple problems, and corrected them within about 20 minutes. However, the experience didnt stop there. She then took about 20-30 additional minutes, and went over the total care and cleaning of my ear pieces, so as to avoid any future problems. As well, she recommended a new ear was treatment, that I proceeded with as soon as I got home, and it was terrific...a serious upgrade from what I had been using. Jen gets a very full, and rightfully deserved five stars!!

This was a visit with the three young ladies running their business. They each went to work on my problem in their assigned duties.They had to order parts for my aids and they assured me they would call me when they arrived. I can truthfully say when I walked out of the office I could hear better than when I first got the hearing aids. I really have not been too happy with the hearing aids, but these ladies have changed my mind. I am hearing better than ever now thanks to them.

I’m new to town and when one of my hearing aids started acting up, I decided to take it to Jennifer at Sound Hearing Care in Spartanburg. Not only did she get my left hearing aid fixed, she also reprogrammed my right one so that I could actually hear out of it (The place I originally bought them at had them programmed all wrong). I highly recommend Sound Hearing Care! They will take good care of you.

The best. Super helpful. She helped me get set up with doctors that can find the reason for my hearing loss and problems. I have seen two or three hearing professionals about my hearing. They all said the same thing. You have hearing loss and need hearing aids nothing more. She is only the person to help me to find the cause of my hearing loss.

I visited Sound Hearing Care recently because for months I had this loud ocean sound in one of my ears. I saw Jennifer Waddell and she examined me and gave me her recommendations. I did them and I slept for the first time in months like a baby without waking up from the loud ocean sound in my ear. Just one day seeing her and doing what she suggested the sound in my ear deceased from 100% to 30%. I plan to keep doing what she suggested and see that 30% move to 0%. Thank you Mrs. Waddell.

Jennifer does a great job! When fitting the hearing aids she adjusts the hearing aid with precise measurements and special equipment, not just going by the hearing test like other places I’ve been. Additionally, Jennifer takes all the time necessary to make sure her client is satisfied. You won’t find a better hearing center to go to!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Ive been going to Jennifer for 10 year and wouldnt go anywhere else. This lady is on top of her game and she knows what shes doing when it come to hearing problems! She will sit down and listen, work with you, and takes the time to do it right. Hard to find that these days!

The front office Jenny was professional and made you think you were the most important person that had came in today. Jennifer is one of the most knowledgeable people Ive come across in dealing with hearing problems and the proper type of hearing aids you might need. She knows her stuff and takes the time to ensure you know everything that is going on and what your issues are and how she can help.

Jenny did a thorough test of my ears and really nailed it with my hearing loss and the ringing in my ears was confirmed. She has many good tips and helpful life adjustments you can make to prevent further damage to your hearing. Her advice to me, since I work in a noisy environment, was to purchase high fidelity musician ear plugs to reduce the noise but I could also carry a conversation. This is what Ive been needing for 10 years!! Thank you!
