Update: If I could remove the one star that I previously gave I would. It is now Jan 29th and we have yet to get our windows. The third attempt at reorder was also an epic failure as they order single windows instead of doubles. We have been dealing with trying to get our order for SEVEN MONTHS now!!!Customer service at this company is seriously lacking. We placed a large window and siding order on July 31st. The windows did not come in until 9 weeks later supposedly due to Covid 19. Upon inspection, 22 of our windows had what I assume to be factory defects as there was no evidence of being damaged in transit. We contacted the company and they said the windows would have to be remade and we would have to wait another 9 weeks. They stated that they couldnt escalate the remakes as they had other orders to fill. We were assured the windows would be delivered on Nov.25th. Keeping true to their level of service, the windows supposedly missed the shipment. As of today, Dec. 6th, we still have not gotten our windows.On a positive note, the siding we ordered appears to be a quality product. It looks very nice in the areas we have been able to do while waiting on the windows.

Much cheaper and better quality than going to Lowes.
