I am so pleased with our shower door! This is the second bathroom shower door we have had installed with Carolina Shower Door. Gabriel came out to measure and was very precise. Chris and Juan came to install it and they were very fast and professional. Looks wonderful.I would definitely recommend them. Mae is the lady who answered my questions before installation date. She was always helpful and had the answers for me.

We understand things are tough on all businesses right now. However, when a business includes on their website that they, want you to feel like a person, not a number and that service is their first concern, thats what we expect. Our shower doors are great. The glass is thick and the finishing is well done. Its not a perfect installation, but we do not have perfectly square walls. The issue we have is with the service we received. After having our bathrooms measured and being given quotes, we placed our order. When we got a call on a Thursday afternoon saying that everything had arrived and was ready for installation, the woman made it sound like I was inconveniencing her by not being available on Saturday morning. Even though the next time she offered me was not ideal, I took it because I didnt want to hear her huffing. That is counterintuitive to a company claiming their customers should not feel like a number. The technicians completed the installation and left a mess. We have plenty of cleanup to do, including inside the showers from their dirty boots. Luckily, we found the metal shavings on the floor before our dogs did. The thing that really infuriated us was that throughout this entire process, no one mentioned that we would not be able to touch the shower doors for 48 hours until the doors were fully installed. If we had known that, we would not have had both shower doors installed at the same time. This is unacceptable. 3 stars are being given for the quality of the shower. 1 or 2 stars, at best, for service.

We have had exceptional service from everyone at Carolina Shower Doors and Glass!Our shower glass and doors were installed today. We were told that the installation team would be here at 9 AM and they showed up ON THE DOT!Chad and David were consummate professionals!Everything was handled with extreme care and the installation went flawless. My wife and I highly recommend this company for your shower needs.They are AWESOME!

We had an enormous space for our shower, and we needed custom glass doors. Carolina Shower Doors and Glass was recommended by our contractor, and I am so grateful that he did. The finished product was exactly what we wanted and needed. Everyone at the store has been so helpful ( Mae, Chris, Juan, the ones who measured, etc.) Everything is perfect and reasonably priced. We cannot thank them enough for fulfilling our dream.

Here recently I have had an awful experience, I have had a frameless shower door installed previously and at first I found it as an in professional business practice where when the installer finishes an install the owner instructs his administrative office to constant threaten you and harass you for payment just minutes after an install. I mean constantly no matter if you are working, on a job or dealing with anything that you deem important such as a child or family. Threats to remove the product from your home or job site while sitting outside of your home or place of installation just minutes after. The owner Mr. Gabriel Osorio performed the install and installed the incorrect door where my customer is a handicapped individual whom has a muscle disease and really needed the larger door. Initially we worked with Mrs. Olga Cardona who is very professional and understood my customer needs for the install. I visited their Greer location where I was welcomed by staff and Mrs. Olga Cardona, I began to explain the situation in regards to the incorrect door and nicely asked how can we help resolve this matter for the customer whom has a real disability. Mrs. Cardona began to explain how to situate this issue when Mrs. Robert’s approached with a cell phone, and stated that it was Mr. Gabriel Osorio, he began shouting with anger and hostility telling me to get out of his store and that I need to talk only to him personally... I did not understand what was happening being that Mrs. Cardona agreed to the mistake that was made and was trying to correct the issue, I was threatened with law enforcement remembering that I’m a customer whom is only trying to help my disabled customer get help with this issue. I stated that I have no issue with leaving and that I will notify law enforcement of this treatment when I was kind and genuinely try to get help. I stated to Mrs. Cardona that I was leaving and that I will report this matter bc no customer deserves this treatment when they have done nothing completely wrong. I’m not sure of anyone’s experience but I would not recommend this company to anyone. Terrible experience.

Beautiful doors and craftsmanship. They were very friendly and helpful in getting one of our shower doors readjusted and working better. We appreciate their friendly and helpful attitude. We believe that having these custom made doors was worth the time and money - instead of buying off-the-shelf doors in a big box store.

The techs for Carolina Shower Door LLC came out to install our custom ordered shower door and did an awesome job. The techs were very mindful of cleaning up as they worked. They brought along everything that was needed to make sure the job was done properly. They were very friendly but professional at the same time. We are very pleased with our new shower door, can hardly wait to use our shower.

Excellent experience with Carolina Shower Doors. They came out to measure the day after I called them. They showed me what they can do and I paid the deposit. They told me it will take three weeks at the most for our guest bath sliding door and master frameless glass door. They installed the guest bath door first about two weeks after and a week after that they installed in the master. Then I paid the final balance after the install. It’s been about a month since the install and the job looks super clean. I’d highly recommend them! I’ll post pics on yelp.

They come out to measure and we on time, and since our walls were bowed and not straight they were able to custom cut the doors for the best possible fit. I purchased a home and moved in December 7th. The master had a Hugh tub and a tiny shower with massive jets. Funny thing, no shower door. Why would someone do half the job. My goal a week before move in date was get a custom shower door. I found Carolina on line, contacted them made an appointment. They visited measured, and gave me a price. The shower opening was large enough for a door but there was an issue with the cabinets being to close. But they did it! They took perfect measurements. The door took two weeks to create and install. It looks wonderful. The installer took every inch of open space to install at the best possible width. I would recommend Carolina Shower Door for little and big jobs.

Arrived same day as my initial phone call to them so that they could complete the estimate. Job had some complexities that they immediately figured out how to work around. I called Carolina Shower Door and scheduled an adjustment to my shower door. I was quoted a price of $100, maybe a bit more if the repairer needed to use extra materials. Unfortunately, I wasnt home when the installer arrived, but my wife handled the transaction. According to my wife, the installer was in our home less than five minutes. He adjusted the door so that it no longer scraped... then asked my wife for a $150 check, made out to him personally. My wife didnt know that wasnt the deal, so she gave him a check. Eight weeks later the door started scraping again... because the repairer didnt fix the problem, he just quickly adjusted glass in the hinge. We felt completely ripped off by this company and called to share this story. Their response? Well get back to you when we check out repairers schedule. Its been nearly a week and still no call back! I will never use this company again and will share this story everywhere I possibly can.

Carolina Shower door did an excellent job of installation of a high quality product by carefully trimming a decorative piece of tile to have the perfect fit for the oil bronze frame. What was great is they had a neat caulking job as well as they CLEANED up after themselves. Amazing workmanship! Highly recommend if you want it done right!

Gabriel came to measure the doors and explained different options. We went with the French doors. He said it would take 2-3 weeks. Today the doors were installed by Hector (2 1/2 weeks after the measurement). The look AMAZING!!. One of the easiest building contactor to work with for your shower door needs. It was very simple and a painless process. Carolina Shower Door was on top of the job from start to finish. The locally owned companies owner came to our house at the scheduled time that was setup by a very nice and polite woman on the phone. The owner knew exactly what was needed. A diagram of the shower door was drawn out in detail for us to get a feel for the look. We received a call later that day with an appointment. Carolina Shower Door installed the doors the promised day with zero issues. There is not any hesitation on whether I should use them as a company again. Highly recommended and STRESS FREE!!! Don’t think the glass is American standardized glass , very green tent to the glass and install was terrible. Very affordable for a frameless shower door but you pay for the quality you get. Go with the more expensive shower door from another company for quality work , again you pay for what you get

The workers of Carolina shower doors & glass are very helpful, my wife and I went to the store and talked to the associate and she gave us some very good advice on how to keep your shower doors clean of water spots ,which helped us to make a more educated decision on which door to choose. They did a good job measuring, preparing, and installing the glass and shower door. It looks great and I would recommend them to anyone wanting a professionally done shower enclosure. Only downside was it normally takes a week to ten days between the measure and install steps and it was significantly longer over the holidays.

Shower doors look fantastic! The estimate, order and installation process was very quick and easy. Gabriel, Olga and staff were great to work with. I would definitely use again.

Got great service as they helped me with a problem on a broken sweep gasket on a framed glass shower door. It required replacing a sweep gasket that required a tapered profile. Mae gave me superb customer service in finding the right part and resolving my problem.

I believe you really determine the integrity and character of a business on how that business handles a problem or an issue with their work. In this particular case a minor mistake was made that required an installed shower door to be removed and repositioned. Not a terribly complicated or time consuming task but I am a two hour drive one way from their office. Without any argument Gabriel promptly came out and corrected this problem. He had to adjust his schedule significantly to do this. Carolina Shower Doors is a solid company that cares about their customer satisfaction. They were very fair in their pricing and use quality products on their installations. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I contacted Carolina Shower Door for help with an enclosure I had installed myself and apparently did not get the door hinges on correctly. I spoke with Mae, who had me send photos of the hinges to see what needed to be done. She called me back the following morning and I had an appointment scheduled within a few days. The day of the appointment the serviceman, Gabriel, arrived on time (wow!) and after correcting the problem took the time to explain what was done wrong, and inspected the enclosure for me and made some minor adjustments.I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I have had from beginning to end with everyone involved. I would definitely use this company again for any of the services they provide.

Contacted Gabriel for two simple bathroom remodels. They sub contract to C&A construction with Carlos. Total incompetence throughout project. Tile was not laid correctly and waterproofing incorrect. Turn up when they feel like it. Two months to do a small 10ftx10ft guest bath and still not complete, no sign of Carlos. Seeking now legal advise, stay well away!

Pertains to Chris Henrys complaint. Mr. Henry and his wife are 2 wonderful people who paid Carlos then washed his hands of them. I know this because I was one of the people involved trying to fix the major screw up to keep these customers happy. The 1st crew cut so many corners that nothing was even. What shouldve taken weeks for both took months for a 10x10ft bathroom. I even have before and after photographic proof that legitimize Chris Henrys claim. Carlos has not even paid us as promised over $2000 for the work.Also tired of walking into a customers home or trade show having Gabriel telling me about the female clients legs & butt. Small talk and discussing womens bodies and fetishis is not what I consider Professional. This is not slander, nor the result of a grudge. Being a Christian, I felt very uncomfortable being told this by the owner whom is also married.Now that I know how they operate, I could not bring myself to working for them anylonger, nor my wife.Carlos is too quick to take Chris Henrys money and disappear and intentionally ignore him bc he was not satisfied with unsatisfactory results. Over Paid, Over Promised, WAY UNDER DELIVERED!Chris Henry was NOT the only one when it came to replacing a cracked tile either. Graig was a very nice man as well. Made the deal around November and found out about it March/April...then I was informed to charge more...I have pictures of that one too. How does it take that long to replace 1 cracked tile? Really...

They do excellent work, our shower glass and door is high quality and installed professionally. However, the quote of installation in 7-10 days was not met (it took nearly three weeks) and their office manager is not a very courteous person.
