I have had a phone for 5 months and screen quit working and called metro customer service and they told me i could come here and get a new phone free. So i went well the girl working didnt no anything about warranties and called the manager which says we dont do warranties. That i have to call the insurance company and pay to get it fixed. So i called them and they say that they cant do anything bc it has a manufacturer warranty. So i call back again and they tell me again that i have to go to a store very unprofessional employees

To be honest, I really don’t know how this store makes any $$$…. Very poor customer service and the employees are ALWAYS outside on the phone and smoking cigarettes! It just gives the store a terrible look overall and then they give you the most horrible look if they even think that you are gonna want to go in the store.

What a horrible experience. Employees are anything but professional or courteous. Had to get a replacement phone threw warranty after having phone for less than two weeks. Two weeks after requesting replacement phone we finally got a new phone. When phone was originally supposed to arrive we went to the store and they said we canceled the new phone so they never ordered a replacement. This was a lie. I assume they just forgot to order the phone. Two weeks after we originally requested a replacement phone the new warranty phone came in. My wife asked if they would replace the screen protector and the employee who claims to be the store manager broke the screen protector trying to remove it and said we would have to buy a new one. Over the two weeks while all this was going on we called the store multiple time and only had one call answered. When we asked about the unanswered calls, the excuse given was the store phone had been lost. What kind of business operates without a phone...a cellphone store at that. This store owner should clean house and replace every employee currently working at this location. After this experience we are considering switching providers. I would give this store less than one star if I could. Entire experience has been reported to corporate.

Auto pay is a nightmare. No one answers when you calm im trying tk swich services and they refued to give my a transfer code like its theur own and when i tried to get auto pay taken off personally like when i turned the service on, they told me i had to call a dead end customer service. Service just plain SUCKS . YOU HAVE TO REPEAT MESSAGES just to get them to go through once

This is the way to go... especially if you have been overcharged by a place like Verizon. I took my father to Metro PCS because I already have the 4 lines for a hundred and it has been great! We added him to our plan for 25 dollars extra a month. The guy there was very nice to deal with. He took the time to explain the LG smart phone he got for free by the way. Went above and beyond to make sure he understood the phone and was happy with it. Would recommend highly this Metro PCS store.

Normal upgrades means you get a new phone and I have been a cell phone client since they had the bag cell phones and this place you have to pay for your upgraded cell phone and they never have the updated accessories. I am sorry to say but I was not pleased with their service.

This is the ONLY Metro PCS store anyone who has Metro as a provider should be going to in the Greer or Taylors area, avoiding the Taylors store location at all costs, (see my review about them.) We had a bad situation with our Moto phone and if it werent for Kayla and her top shelf customer service skills AND caring yesterday, we would still be experiencing a major problem. She was attentive, understood through my explanation what had happened, was well versed as to what needed to be done and even told me we were qualified for an upgrade if I wanted it. I can honestly think of more than a few retail type stores who would benefit from Kaylas level of service. Do yourself a favor and go see her or Rissi if youre in need of anything regarding Metro PCS and even if you have to drive a few extra miles!

Ive been in here several times and there is something up with this place. I tried to buy a phone a year ago, and they told me it was their last one so they couldnt sell it without accessories. (This is a common excuse) Another time they offered to sell my uncle the DISPLAY iphone 7. If you know anything about display iphones, they have special software on them that keeps it from being fully functional, and they belong to Apple. Its theft to sell them.I bought an iphone from here at Christmas and wanted to return it under the MetroPromise guarantee and they refused and told me they dont do it. (It was a miracle they even sold it to me since they NEVER have SIM cards.) The only way i got them to do it was to try another MetroPCS store and the associate there offered to call a Metro corporate person to investigate, and by having my husband call.They will quote you over 100 bucks for a new line of service with a phone that all the other MetroPCS stores say is free, and they quote a lot less than 100. Hang onto your money, folks.

Do not go to this location. There are dozens of MetroPCS stores in the Greenville area that have great customer service and won’t try to rip you off. They will stick features onto your bill without asking you or telling you it costs more. They will inflate the price of your quote and tell you that you’re getting accessories for free when you aren’t, then lie and say the “fees” are higher than they really are. I’ve seen the sales people selling Metro phones on Facebook, the ones they offer for free when you port and it wouldn’t surprise me if they’re just getting a bunch for “free” and ripping off other stores. One of my guy friends told me that they even tried to sell him the demo IPhone 7... those don’t work proper and would have just gotten reported stolen while the associate pockets the money. Don’t go here. There’s another MetroPCS in Greer, there’s one in Taylor’s, it would be worth your pocketbook to find an honest associate in Greenville if you have to.

They denied my warranty claiming the micro usb port on my lg stylo 3 was an external part that was not covered and sold me the phone when they knew that their were problems with it. They wanted $50 to file a claim to get a refurbished lg stylo 3 which would likely have the same problems. Dont trust them.

I came from another company and have had no service for 5 days. The corporate office said to take it back in and they would give me a new phone well here I am still with no service. Thenew phone is a lemon and Metro does not care about there customers. I regret ever changing

It says online that they do not close till 9:00pm, I tried calling to make sure but no one will answer the phone so I come up here wasting my time and gas to see some lousy/lazy people that turned me down, and then they lock the door. They have a bad attitude.

I went into the store and I was treated really badly and discriminated against and given a phone that is not working after one day of realizing the phone was defective I took it back to the store and they told me that they could do nothing about it I called Metro PCS customer service who confirm that the phone was defective I am still not getting any assistance thats a horrible store now I am stuck with the phone that I paid for that does not work properly
