Went to see and test drive a car. It was filthy. Had been driven almost 2k more miles in the 40 days its been on the market. Sales people seem to be good people. Is it common practice to mislead and false advertise in the used car sales biz? I guess so. But this reflects poorly on all of Benson businesses and practices.

Steve was great to work with. I am naturally untrusting of any sales processes, but he did well. I would give 5 stars but the whole process to get out door took a little long. They were slammed though, so Im sure its not the normal.

Bought a certified pre-owned 2017 Dodge Challenger from them in February 2019 for my son. LESS than 4 months later, the steering on this vehicle locked up on my son as he was traveling down the interstate. Fortunately, he was able to get stopped without incident. The dealership basically told me that this would not be covered under the Certified warranty - vehicle still only has 27K miles. This problem existed when I purchased the vehicle and they know it; however, they dont care that they sold me a faulty vehicle that could have killed my son. Worst experience Ive ever had with a car dealership.
