Great quality and service was fantastic!! Minimal waste off the tenderloins, and the steaks will be devoured tonight!! Plus extra put away for a couple meals down the load. I’ll be buying all meat from Vaughn’s moving forward!

Wonderful experience with the meat processing side. Took 2 cows in for processing- could not have been more pleased. Very friendly and hospitable environment. Very clean and efficient. Impressed by the humane treatment for the animals. Could not have asked for a better experience. Every employee that we dealt with treated us as if we had been dealing with them for years. In the future- will never use another processor

I dont go anywhere where else for ground beef, sausage, pork chops, chicken breast, ribeyes, and tenderloin. Great prices. Fresh local meat without GMO or steroids. Steaks are fresh cut to size! Being local farm to table, you may want to call ahead to make sure what you want is available.

I would Never bring my cow here again, Im sure it wasnt the same meat I received. Freezer burn after 2 weeks, paper wrapped, it was terrible.

They have the freshest meat I have found, anything from a single steak up to whole pigs, rabbits, chickens and the best ribs and briskets. Everyone is always helpful and very friendly. You must try there Bacon!

Its a decent butcher shop with very fresh meat. They even have some animals right out back. You wont get prime from my experience, but youll get decent choice grade meat.The butchers go out of their way to make you happy. Customer service is excellent.

Its simple, they have whatever youre looking for.Some bulk orders are best called ahead, but if its spur of the moment theyre real quick getting what meats you need the way you want them.

The people are very friendly and helpful. I found the best deals and I bought enough meats for a family of 3 to last two months. I was able to also get steak and other luxury items a household does not buy every grocery trip for 75 bucks. I am very happy and pleased. As long as this place is in business they will always have my business!!

Vaughn provides an awesome selection of fresh cut meat, fruits and veggies. I purchased some of their preselected bundles of meat and I have NOT been disappointed. I spent $275 and I had tons of food for a family of 11 (7 are kids). I travel an hour and a half but it is DEFINITLEY worth it! The staff are super friendly and extremely helpful too! Tip: Ditch your big chain grocery store and eat healthy for less money!

Very excited to have discovered this local meat packer/butcher. Was sent here to find some odd cuts for a speciality soup. Fantastic selection at great prices and so much more than could ever expect. Really friendly and helpful employees. Excited to be back here for other gourmet meals and everyday grilling out especially as the weather warms up. Just off Wade Hampton on Country Club road past the light. Stop in and check out their prices and availability list you will not leave empty handed.FYI no deer processing at the time of this review, but they do hogs.

First time customer just came in to check the place out decided I was going to get a 50 pack of hotdogs and I get home and break them down and found out I only got 41. Great experience for a first time customer. Now I’m afraid to go back and get anything else because I don’t believe I can trust them if they are skimping on Hotdogs.

Five star experience all the way! Great prices, personal customer service, call ahead and they will have your order ready. We order about $350 worth of every category of meat from them a couple times a year and I have never been disappointed with any of it! Highly recommended!

Brought a wild hog down there to be butchered. It took a week or so for them to call. Not only did they break the hinges on my nice cooler but the meat had soured when I received it. Had to through it all away. Would never recommend or use them again. BEWARE!!

Clean atmosphere meats look very good

I have bought stuff from them for years. Many of them have been seen on the local news, food network, Cooking Channel etc. I like the people and trust them. They also have whole lambs on a regular basis and frog legs among many other meats.

Lived in Greer a long time, just found out about this treasure. Most helpful service around. Great meat-cutting staff really takes care of you. I can not more highly recommend any other Butcher in the Upstate.

Very disspointed. I took alot of time an money in feedin my hog an took it to them to pocess an i cant even eat it the sauga taste old an the pork chop is so tough you cant eat it. Sarced to even try the ribs. Tht was my first an last trip tere. Idk wht store the other people went to but somebody is full of it. I got the meat on hand to prove it an it ant worth a dam sorry butt it is wht it is

I have used Vaughns for several years now. I normally purchase whole animals to cook and have bought cow, goats and lambs. They really friendly people and do a great job at providing me what I need.

They did a horrible job butchering our bulls. They ruined my roasts, and my packages of stew meat are basically small pieces of bones and thick, tough fat. Nothing edible. Im not sure why those even passed as meat. Should have been thrown out with the rest of the bones. Never again will we be taking our meat there.

Dont ever take your deer to this place . Dropped mine off the day after thanksgiving and now its Jan 13 and not even a call to apologize or offer a refund on the deposit I put down . They said 3 weeks , after 4 they said next week and after five the same thing , but I didnt want a rotten deer back after that anyway . after posting about my experience on some hunting fb pages people told me they had the same experiences with them . Ruined their deer and even processed rotten deer and sold it back to them . One guy told me he took a 100 lb doe in a week before Christmas and got 75 lbs of meat back a few weeks later . 75 lbs from 100 lb deer isnt even possible so theres no telling what was in that meat he got back . I dont know how they handle the other services but dont ever take your wild game there . I wouldnt eat anything this place processes , they dont even deserve a single star .

I always bought my pre cleaned chittlings from here...I told everyone I knew who ate them where to come too...now that they are selling Vaughns up the price for 3 extra dollars...I WILL NOT BE BACK NOR RECOMMEND ANY OF MY FRIENDS OR FAM!!

They dip their meat in a solution of MSG and salts. Their meat isnt natural and isnt graded. NEVER AGAIN!
