My husband and I went to Outside In Leisure to look at in-ground and above ground pools and also hot tubs. We were assisted by Emory who was very helpful and informative. There were many options including pool tables and tanning beds. Great place to buy leisure products!

Tony is extremely knowledgeable, honest and a great communicator. He kept us informed every step of the way in walking us through the process and considerations for our pool. We bought a spa in the winter of 2021. It was delivered, installed, set up by very knowledgeable staff. We are very pleased with the quality of our 7-seat spa and the customer service we have received, thus far, from Outside In. I was impressed the owner took the time to explain and demonstrate how to care for the spa. I also really appreciate OI’s commitment to be straightforward with their products, services, scheduling etc.

Our experience with Outside In was great! We looked at several companies and are so happy with our choice. They were honest and upfront about the process from the beginning so we knew exactly what to expect! As a first time pool owner, I mostly appreciate the continued follow-up to make sure everything is perfect and the patience in teaching me what to do!

We had a great experience working with Tony and Outside In Leisure Products. We were provided with lots of good ideas and suggestions during the planning stage and are very happy with the pool. The installers and contractors did quality work and stayed on schedule. Tony was present throughout the process to check on progress and quality.

We originally bought a pool from them in 2003( I believe they were rec warehouse then). Everything went great from purchase, financing to install. Install was completed in one day. I had to replace pump motor after about 5 years but hey that’s 5 years. Liner finally started to rip at cap at about year 13-14. We tore pool down in 2017 to add on to house, have thought about getting another recently. I’ll admit I looked at some other cheaper options but after reading reviews I think I’m gonna stick to what I know, and I know the last pool we bought from these guys lasted us 14 years and other than tearing down to build addition, we could have replaced liner and kept going. 13-14 years on an above ground liner seems pretty good from what I’ve researched and talked to other pool owners. Looking forward to buying from them again and getting installed soon.

After going to three other hot tub retailers, we found exactly what we were looking for at Outside In. Josh and Tony were extremely helpful with all of our questions. Josh went over every detail of the hot tub, explained to us they were made in Tennessee, and how they were different from other hot tubs. Tony was super helpful with payment, all of the paperwork, and scheduled us for same week delivery! The two delivery guys (Jim & Chase) were just as helpful, professional, and knowledgeable on start up. Highly recommend using Outside In!

Tony is awesome to work with. Him and the guys do a great job at Outside In. They have the best customer service and did a great job on the install. I love my spa. I would absolutely buy the same hot tub again from the same place.

I am 60 years old my wife and I have had multiple above ground pools . This pool is the worst we could have ever bought within 2 weeks grass grew through the paper thin liner in less then 10 months the wh ol le side of the liner faded about a 2 foot area all the way around turned white the liner was a blue with a water print this pool was there most expensive above ground they had 27 cost us approximately 6600.00dollars weve owned professionally installed and a walmart 24 ft. Pool non ever had grass grow through nor faded and they were in our yard for years I would wars my worst enemy away from this place they used to have different owners and we purchased one from the past owners that was in our yard for years and never faded never had a problem no grass grew through any other pool we ever owned and they refused to make it right in any manner not even get us a better liner for cost nor pay for a patch kit I promise you if you purchase a pool here you will be sorry and have wasted your hard earned money.

Waited month and half for someone to contact me about coming out after going into store twice. Then told they charge $95.00 to do a survey and estimate to see if the charge for set up is included in the package they want to sell you or if it will actually be more when they get to site.Why would anyone try to set up and advertise “packages” level ground and all for a certain price, then get into store and the “package” they want to sell they immediately try to up-sell liners, pumps, different pools etc. the $4,100 package goes from that to 5,600 or more almost instantly. Even then they are not sure if it is going to cost you more to level ground because they want $95.00 to come out to make sure they can even do the deal they want you to sign that has an “open” clause in it to be able to charge you more if it exceeds certain amount over what is “standard” leveling package. Lucky for me I have my own New Holland and can do my own leveling and just buy from someone else or buy online. I didn’t like the price, but seeing how I am roofer and it is busy season, would have paid it to just get it done, but no call backs and then the “added” fees and way the people handled things make this a “warning they may sell some decent pools but you are going to pay dearly” company and comparable pools can be found online for less money, and grading .....uffffffff for sure you can get cheaper.Re: responding back to owner from response below. We spoke on the phone at length over the issues. As the owner you was able to answer questions and find out why I had the issues I did. Hope as you say this is prevented in the future.

Great store. We have had our above ground 30 ft pool for over 10 years. We have not had to replace the pump or lining. It has been used extensively. Great investment.

Roberto was excellent. Installation was great and was very timely considering we bought our pool in the summer. I would not hesitate to buy a pool from them again. Overall a wonderful experience.

Wish I could give zero stars. These guys sold me a pool and told me I would need to transport it myself. Okay, I thought that was a little bit weird, but I did it even though I have a very bad back. They told me they needed to have the electrical circuit for the pump run prior to the pool being installed and gave me the specs. I sent $500 getting that circuit run only to be told that it was in the wrong place and I would have to pay to move it. Roberto then insisted on the phone that he told me something he never told me blaming the situation on me. Completely unprofessional. I will never do business with these scam artists again.* Update: after filling the pool for a day, we called concerned about a great deal of water pooling in the dirt downhill from the pool. We were told that it was just water sprayed on the sand that the weight of the pool filling was squeezing out. 4 days later, with an almost full pool and about $500 worth of water, we have a small stream. The pool leaks. Right now I’m out well over $7000 and have nothing but mud to show for it. BBB will be hearing from me soon.*** Final Update:We finally got a usable pool with about two weeks left in the summer to use it. Outside In helped with the water bill. They did try to make things right so Im changing my rating to neutral.

My experience at Outside In was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and over the top helpful . I shopped around and the prices were the lowest at Outside In, and the quality was excellent. I would highly recommend this store if you are in the market for a spa, pool or billiard table!

Buyers beware ! Pool buying experience was great they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful but its the installation process that they could care less about ! It seems once they got your money the rest doesnt matter ! We were delayed because of rain which is understandable they cant control that but what they can control is the first come first serve basis which is what we were told when we purchased, but now we aer being put off for the second time since the guy who graded the area left the sand piled up it was too wet now Im being put off 4 more days and rain is expected again but they cant reschedule me 2 days later because others are already scheduled ! So that first come first serve basis was a flat out lie ! Maybe they should focus on finishing one job before moving to the next if it is a first-come-first-serve basis! At this rate we will be lucky to get our pool installed by the end of June as I purchased my pool in April! I would suggest anyone looking to buy a pool do your research on installation policies and return policies if you were unsatisfied.... we are extremely unsatisfied and all we are being told is its out of their hands which is totally unacceptable ! First thing in the morning the Better Business Bureau will be notified because this is just not good business if I had a way to give them no stars they would get no stars!

Service has been consistently horrible, mainly from Tony and unfortunately most times you call, that is who you get. Very rude. I initially purchased pool a few years ago some parts were damaged, He said I had to come back to store to get replacements, unacceptable. Now, I had to have the pump replaced, they were supposed to call when leaving store, instead, they just showed up and did the replacement while I was not home. When I turned it on, it was leaking because they did not tighten the hoses correctly. I am so done with this place. You are better off to pay the higher price from local pool store.

Bought form these guys, ran into a problem when the ground was dug by a sewer drain line getting hit. The owner, digger and my self split the visit of the fox. How many. Usinesses would do that? Great people to work with!

Purchased a 24x4 pool. Paid for installation. After purchasing the pool they advise me I have to pick it up. They do not deliver the pools at installation. I come home unload a 500lb box and store the entire pool (6 large boxes total) for a month. Installers are behind and they advised a month for installation. Cheapest price around for the pool but extremely disappointed in the lack of concern for the customer when unloading this damn thing. Pd $4550, they should deliver with the installers!

Dont believe anything they say about the 2 year warranty. Our pool discharge hose ruptured after only 70 days from installation. They told us to come get a hose pay for it and then install it ourselves. Oh! you only have a 30 day warranty on everything. Also we had 3 leaks from around the pump and filter from the second day of use. This defect in this hose cost us around $ 400.00 in water loss. Terrible service company and shotty customer service!!!!!!!. By the way we purchased our pump hose from someone else. Scam artist.

Spent $550 dollars on a spa cover, filter and some miscellaneous parts. Needed a $2 O Ring for my spa to run. They did not have it in stock. I had them order the part. Will take 4 or so days for the O ring to arrive. Sales associate found one that might or should work and wouldnt let me take it to troubleshoot my spa and use until the correct part came in. He should have given me the stupid thing for my trouble. Im old school and want to serve my customers.

The staff were not helpful at all, they didnt want to listen to your problem to even try to give any advice. I called and asked about a product and was told one price and got there and it was $30 more than I was told. The lady that answered the phone told me I asked about something else!!!! If you go in there and dont own one of their pools they dont even want to help. They are also very over priced, they charge almost $6 for a pound of shock that would be under $3 at any other store. All around bad staff and bad business! If you want a real pool store go to aquanut in greer on wade hampton! I went there after I left this place and they helped 100% and has way better prices!

Store needs to hire more floor associates as we walked around waiting to be helped for almost twenty minutes and had to ask the girl at the desk our question which she was quite sure of.
