We chose The Kitchen and Bath Gallery to build and install a new cultured marble shower enclosure. Sherry Whitaker and her team were excellent. They were always on time for their appointments and the enclosure was manufactured and installed on schedule. The installation crew did a great job also. All of the walls of the enclosure were true and square after completion even though my walls were not. My general contractor even commented how impressed he was. Thanks again Sherry.

Not recommended for kitchen remodel. Lost four days of work to manage project; no diagrams/drawings for contractor and electrician. We made changes to a portion of the remodel after contract was signed—deleted laundry room update and added 22 feet of crown molding; never received contract change or written price-invoice difference—even after requesting an update. We did get a text message with a $20 credit. On the plus side, the countertops turned out nice and was the smoothest part of the project.

The Kitchen & Bath Gallery Installed the Cabinets and counter tops which customer Mark I stated he is happy with. In 30 years of working in this business I have never had a bad review other then from Mark. Please read all reviews and we are always happy to give references for our work. I found Mark very difficult to work with and I have been told many times I have the patience of Job.The contractor is who he chose to hire and not employed by The Kitchen & Bath Gallery. You may contact the Contractor ( Mike- 915-1824)and inquire of the difficulties pertaining to this job. I do know ( from contractor & Mark ) the contractor talked with Mark about withdrawing from this job ( with no charge to Mark) a few days after starting due to Mark being so rude to the workers and they did not want to go back to his home. Mark did not want him to withdrawal and Mark called one of the workers and apologized and asked them to continue the job there. It is my hope that Mark finds peace with this, I viewed all the work there at his home and he has a beautiful new kitchen and Mark agreed when I made that statement.
