Do not recommend them at all I’ve done plenty of business with their “sister” store D2 power sports but this was totally different. To start I own a business in Spartanburg county and it’s very hard for me to make time for other than business naturally. So I inquired about a slingshot with them which was in stock online and not in store or so the associate thought. So my first impression is they don’t have a clue what they have and don’t have and that’s very unprofessional but I let it slide. Then I tried to make several attempts to go during the week to test drive and order the color I wanted as I knew dark blue was not the color I wanted. So I ended up shutting my business down today to come up here for an appointment to test drive and order one for myself only to be told “they just rolled it in and it’s really hard to get in” and “since im not buying that exact color combo I can’t test drive it ( the only one in the store to drive). So obviously not very in satisfied I felt compelled to make a review so someone else with important time didn’t waste theirs for horrible customer service.

I purchased a new CFMOTO CFORCE 400 4x4 from probably the best salesman you could want named Josh. He showed himself to be very knowledgeable about the atv and was extremely helpful about any questions that I had. If you want someone that will work hard to make sure you get exactly what you can afford and clear about the entire process head up there and give Josh a hollar....

What can I say, I was treated like family my entire transaction of my new bike. Going to buy a car was like a chore, so when I came here I wasnt expecting much different. Yet, my mind was blown away by how this all went. Every question was answered, communication was top notch via email, phone, ect. I worked with John, the entire process and not multiple sales reps. Service manager is a joke. after 3 month of take my utv he keep saying it have just one tech but other customers are more important, after call him a month ago he said he got another tech guy so it will take care of mine after a month he keep saying he have just one tech guy and also said i can take my utv to another dealer, what an a. hole!!! after make buy an extended 4 years warranty for $1300 now after 3 month I dont get my problem solve he dont even put the hands on it. not a recommended place!!! Update now is 4 1/2 months and not solution yet. Still Waiting for solutions.

We narrowed my search down to the 2019 Indian Chieftain Dark Horse (White Smoke Edition ). John went over and beyond with everything. I drove from Toledo Ohio to Greer SC to buy my Indian Chieftain. This is my 3rd bike from Cherokee Cycles, Danny, Craig and Roy are the best to deal with! They really make you feel like family! I will never buy anywhere else!

My wife and I went into Cherokee Cycles to look around one day last week. I had been looking around online and had an idea of what I wanted, but I wanted to see a few up close. One thing that I loved about Cherokee Cycles is that you are not bombarded with sales people trying to sell you something the minute you walk in the door! We were free to look around and when we were ready to talk to someone Royce, who is not a salesman but the Service Manager (talk about teamwork!), was there to answer our questions. It turned out the bike we decided we couldnt live without was not in stock at this store and as a brand new 2019 limited bike it was not widely available. No worries though! Royce found us one and had it there the next day! Not a salesman my butt! We were told we could fill out the application and John would get in touch with us as soon as he was available, which turned out to be later that afternoon. Once John took over we didnt have to do much, pretty much just show up to sign the papers and pick up the bike! The whole process was so painless and I can not say enough good things about John, dealing with him is like dealing with someone you have known all of your life. He just has a special way with people. He is so communicative there is no guess work about where you are with the whole process. My wife wants her own bike. When that time comes there is no doubt in my mind where we will be going to purchase it!!

Cherokee Cycles had a used bike listed for sale on the internet that I was interested in.  After calling and talking about it with John Poole, and seeing several pictures and a video of the bike, I agreed to buy it.  I then flew out to their nearby commercial airport to pick it up.The bike was waiting for me out front, its condition exactly as described (excellent), with the paperwork already completed except for my signatures.  A very short time later and I was ready to begin my journey home; a 1,305 mile ride back to Minnesota.Thanks to John and the people of Cherokee Cycles for providing me with, not only an excellent buying experience, but delivering a bike that ran flawlessly all the way home.  If youre considering a new or used bike, give John a call!

Traded in my 2018 Classic for 2019 Roadmaster, overall a decent experience. However, they did not file the appropriate paperwork with the NC DMV when they transferred my plate to the new bike. After getting two notices that my tag was still assigned to the old bike and if I did not update the tag, I would have a suspended license. I had to go to the DMV and surrender my old tag and get a new one (out of pocket $58.00 and 2 hours of DMV pain).Very poor experience post sale, this should have never happened. DMV was clear that this was the Dealers responsibility to submit the paperwork.

Outstanding Dealership! Every department handled our motorcycle purchase flawlessly. John was professional and followed through on every detail. Roy in parts was outstanding as well in getting parts in time to allow the service department adequate time to install everything before our arrival. Service was excellent as well getting the bike ready on a quick turnaround. Royce even helped diagnose a minor problem over the phone a few days later. Wish they were closer to where we live; 500 miles is a tad too far. Thank you for everything.

We bought a Polaris slingshot from Cherokee cycles, and couldn’t love it more! The sale was flawless, and John was so easy to work with. We had an alternator problem on the way home and their mechanic came and fixed our slingshot on the side of the road in 5:00 Friday evening traffic! No one left us hanging, and called several times the following week to make sure all was well and that we were happy. You just don’t get that kind of service everywhere. If we ever get ready to buy another toy, we know where we are going!!!

Looked on the website saw a raider I liked stoped in sales person came right out ask if he could helped me. Very helpful desided to get the bike. After shopping at several dealers, I ended up at Cherokee Cycles. I am sure glad I did...I was treated like a friend. The whole team from sales, finance, and service were friendly and knowledgeable. I will post again after first service, but I am very happy as of now. Well I havent gone for my first service, but I went and picked up my backrest and had a good experience, smooooooth. Yesterday I noticed I was missing a cover from the fairing, way up under by the knees. I called Anthony and he went to the floor to see what I was talking about, had no problem ordering a replacement for me. Hoping it will be in when I DO go for my first service! These guys are great!

I have only been here once, and have been wanting to return. Friendly staff, and a good assortment of Indian bikes. The Indian bikes have come a long way, both thru their history and since being re-started by Polaris. I do ride a Harley. I love it. But, when I visited here almost two years ago with my dad, I said my next bike might be Indian. Their bikes are usually slightly cheaper and come with more options from the factory. That is something Harley is starting to take note of. And they better.I had a Victory before my Harley. Loved it.As for the Indians, they have some great colors, nostalgic looks, and even the blacked out look for those that are into that. After looking at them, I might be too. They do a great job on two-time colors. I love that 111 thunderstroke motor. You can bump it up with a big bore kit to a 116. Harley came out late with the Milwaukee 8 107. Its a great engine, I have it in my rode king. But Harley released it years after the 111 came out. Then they came out with the 114, which is pretty much their standard now. Like I said, Harley is having to take note. Like Harley s new bigger infotainment screen? Indian has had that and for longer, and it boots up quicker.I do love my Harley. But it is frustrating. With a Harley you hear about heritage but see the price tag. For the bike, and everything it needs to perform the way it should.Thank you Indian for making a great effort for the consumer to satisfy.

There are a lot of nice bikes and the staff is friendly. They also have quite a few events throughout the year. But the prices are pretty steep.

After having no luck getting the brakes fixed on our Honda Goldwing Trike in the Augusta area, Cherokee Cycles in Greer SC was recommended. After calling the service department and explaining the problem we made an appointment to get it repaired. We had an appointment at 8:30 am, by 10:00 they had it fixed and loaded on our trailer. Very professional, friendly and experienced! I would recommend Cherokee Cycles for any repairs on your motorcycle. Price was very fair.
