First time in this store and I had such a great experience! Edgar and Maxer were very helpful. I had to use the computer/ cutter / printer and I didn’t know what I was doing but they had great customer service. Thank you!

This FedEx location on Putnam Ave is great! Both Edgar and the young woman who work there always go out of their way to help. Never had a problem there

The employees were polite and professional. Have had no issues sending packages.The self service print/copy/scan machines are, unfortunately, horrible and unreliable. They either are broken or cant complete the job when working. And if you ask an employee to complete your copying job, then you might receive a $15 charge for wanting your copies made on demand.Greenwich deserves better.

The people working here, with the exception of their manager, have always been nice and super efficient packing and sending my stuff.

This location sucks, I went there to drop off two medical packages that could not be shipped from NYC, when my boxes went to the lab my specimens was refused by the lab because it says it came from NYC. The lazy reps did not scan my packages they sent it to NYC.

I paid for and dropped off 2 valuable B&W speakers for fragile packaging and shipping. The recipient informed me that one item was totally damaged and neither was in fragile packaging. After months of back and forth, FedeEx customer service said this is a matter to be dealt by the store. Its been over a month since I contacted the store twice but so far received no reply. In a world where UPS provides so much better service, who would want to deal with this kind of attitude? Stay away.

Worst place. Incompetent and very, very rude. From the manager, assistant manager to male associate. All 3 were rude and had no idea what they were doing and didn’t care.

Just witnessed and experienced a horrible encounter at the Greenwich CT FedEx Print & Ship Center. A woman sitting more than 10 feet away from me and using a print terminal was summarily removed from the store for no reason by a FedEx employee who refused to disclose his name to this local longtime patron. She was simply asking for print help and none was offered. This FedEx employee was hell-bent on escalating a non-issue and presented a belligerent tone of voice to a woman who was simply trying to print a large document. When the patron asked for his name he refused multiple times. This FedEx employee then turned his attention to me and I quickly determined I was dealing with someone who was extremely unstable. I was sitting at a 30 minute station when he demanded that I get up and stand 10 feet away while my laptop was performing a plug-in update. There were no other patrons in the area and he exhibits a Tom turkey-like full on puffy chest like he was on some sort of a power trip while garbling something incomprehensible. When I asked this FedEx employee if he could determine the exact time I sat down at the empty carrel he had no response. I got the distinct impression that perhaps there was a free grudge pass against Caucasians today in light of the recent nationwide movement against oppression. This was no Kumbaya moment. When I asked each person in the store wearing FedEx regalia what this persons name was I thought I heard Mr. Tibbs, but the consensus was Maxer. To FedEx corporate: you have a serious problem at this center with this apparent supervisor. Read the Yelp reviews on this location. Its a cesspool of rude incompetence and Im certain this location will find this review flattering. I wouldnt spend a dime here.

Horrific experience, DO NOT go to this FedEx! The manager, Edgar, is completely corrupt, dishonest and disrespectful. He blatantly broke a large box I was attempting to drop off by knocking it off of the dolly. He then told me he could not accept the package because the box was broken. Appalling customer service.I took this up with FedEx corporately and have been fighting the case for over two weeks with no resolution or ability to return the items.

For the first time in my life, I took the express box in this fedex location and prepared to send a express shipment by my own account. The store manager david said that I was not their customer and asked me to take the box elsewhere in stamford.

A man who works there shadowed me and my children while I was there trying to post something. It was completely unnecessary and felt like he was harassing me because I had children in the store. This store sells much of its stuff on clearance- it’s not valuable whatsoever. Anything that could have been “damaged” I would have obviously paid for bc I have common sense. I wish others had common sense too. This was super off putting and should not have taken place whatsoever.

Very quick and helpful! Walked me through everything I needed to ship my item, polite and friendly.

Terrible service. I waited in line for 15 minutes while only one out of three employees was helping a customer. Then, when I got to the counter I was told my international shipment would cost twice as much as normal. When I asked about this, I was told I could do it online myself to get the same result. A new customer walked in and her package was taken directly by the manager and placed in front of me so that she could go ahead and I was not able to even purchase an envelope. Stamfords Fed Ex is much more helpful, less rude, and the employees dont act like it is an inconvenience that you decided to stop by their store. Go there instead, if possible.

Edgar who works at this location is so disrespectful and unhelpful. I left the store and went to a new location.

One of the worst customer service experience I have ever had when dealing with FedEx. I would have expected better and been hung up on.

Service there was great unfortunately for me they dont ship to PO box so I have to go to the Post Office and thats when I found out the post office does next day shipping for half the price so when it comes to FedEx they do get the job done just for a bit more and they have more option

Absolutely no help whatsoever. The one guy that was there is a total looser and completely unhelpful. I was one of two customers in the store and he did not help either of us. He acted like we were a major inconvenience.

Maxer (the manager) could not be more incompetent. If he asks to help you run away and wait for another employee.

The General Manager is horrible and incompetent. He didnt provide service or ship my package because he didnt know the rules even with a business account and standard shipping packages.

One of the most unpleasant experiences i can remember. Will NEVER deal with this location again. staff were rude, argumentative and unhelpful.

Store was clean, the machine I used worked and the staff was helpful
