Have been going to Lilian for months now with my daughter. Its very clean and all the staff is very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend them. It is so calm and relaxing there. They do a great job on our lashes. Weve done mink and now silk and Ive loved them everytime.

Worst place ever. One day after i got my lashes done here i got a terrible allergic reaction! Mind you, ive been getting my lashes done for over a year and this has never happened. Anyways, i went back 3 days later because it was labor day and they were closed to take these off and they REFUSED to do it for free and tried to charge me after i spent over close to $100 for these lashes. Btw i got a $40 groupon and they spent $25 mins trying to force me to spend more money on more expensive lashes. I told them ok because i have sensitive eyes i tried to silk lashes but nope! Hours after i left my eyes got itchy but i didnt think of it bc thats normal but the next day i woke up with two huge styes on both eyes and they got worse day by day. Finally I go in, the guy agrees to take them off after over an hour of screaming at me and cursing me out saying its been over two days and I had to come in earlier to get it off for free..I was shocked at how rude these people are! Scammers!!!! Will never ever go back or recommend this place to anyone.

I went once, it was great. Loved the results.I called to make a second appointment and the man who answered the phone cursed me out, screamed at me, spam called my phone 4+ times in a row. I answer and I say I am dealing with a recent death in the family, and I couldn’t call to cancel since I had an emergency. This man was yet again cursing me out, telling me he doesn’t care about my dead relative, didn’t let me get any words out, I had to hang up the phone to stop him from screaming at me.I call back to speak to the manager and he screams “I am MANAGER” so I will no longer be coming here, my family no longer will be coming here, my friends no longer will be coming here.I don’t know who you guys hire as management but lacking decent human empathy isn’t a good quality. Thanks.

Not a good experience. I had purchased a Groupon, and when I got there they said I can’t use the Groupon unless I pay an extra $50 because for what I wanted I needed to pay more. However, I was confused because I just wanted the most natural look. I couldn’t totally understand them through their accents. With that said, it didn’t make sense why I’d need to pay more, but I did since I was there already, and was arguing back and forth but still just could not understand them. The end result was way more dramatic than I requested- definitely not a natural look at all. They don’t look bad if that’s what you’re wanting, but overall very unhappy with the experience.I believe the biggest issue was a difficulty understanding them due to language barrier. I still do not know whether or not they removed the ones I had on before or not. My biggest issue is that I requested the most natural look, and got a quite dramatic look.

My current lash artist moved away, and after reading tons of reviews on different places, I decided to try Lilian Eyelash Studio. Ive been to many lash artists the past 13 years. Lilian was awesome! I think shes going to be my absolute favorite. Her attention to detail was amazing. The lashes look so natural. The place is super clean and nicely decorated. Highly recommended.

I have had trouble looking for the perfect lash tech, until now! Lilian does such an AMAZING job on my lashes. I get so many compliments on them. Everybody is so nice, and the service is so great. I love how precautions are taken seriously and you are the only person there getting your lashes done. I love Lilian Eyelash sooo much!!!

Lilian is the best!! Always satisfied with my lashes. She takes her time and listens to all your concerns and questions. Most of all she she very gentle and her environment is relaxing and nice.

This is probably the best eyelash place in the Avenue, with reasonable pricing and their excellent work I really do recommend coming to Lilian. The atmosphere was welcoming and comforting. The work was professionally done with no irritation afterwards unlike other lash places I’ve been too that’s charged way more. I recommended many of my newbie friends and they loved it.

They have a very professional team. I called to make an appointment and received me very punctually. I am very used to their environment. I like their decoration design so much! I talked about what kind of eyelashes and effects I want. Lilian designed them for me professionally. I chose 3D volume lashes, which are very soft, light and comfortable on the eyes. I like them very much for me. The designed eyelashes can last for a month. I think the price is very good. It is the best grafting experience ever! Love the serenity, professionalism and transparent pricing of this establishment! I had been on prior occasions to get eyelash extensions but this by far is my favorite experience! The consultation prior to service is considerate with visuals in options to assist in decision-making and Lillian IS fabulous! She was thorough in explanation for suggestions as she began the service as well and yet not overwhelming at all. While I had gone before to get eyelash extensions this was so much more relaxing and not tedious in the least! There is the added luxury of a paraffin hand mask with hand massage which was a nice touch. It was a decadent pleasure, yet with very fair pricing compared to other places. The end result was fabulous and after my experience here, I plan to maintain the upkeep of my extensions. Truly- ask for Lillian! Wonderful!

Just got my lashes done here for the first time and I love it. Its a beautiful place, with really cute decorations. The lash tech was very kind, and helpful when it came to picking out the length and style of my eyelashes. The process was very easy and relaxing. I got a blanket, and was very comfortable. I also got a free hand massage which I enjoyed. My eyelashes look stunning, and are just what I asked for. I will definitely be coming back, I highly recommend coming here for eyelash extensions!
