I wanted to make notecards with pics of my paintings in Italy, and I took them here. Michael (I think) set everything up quickly and perfectly! I got the finished product by Fedex the next day and they are beautiful! I really appreciate the help and the high quality of the printing and design.

I have used this FedEx for shipping and printing needs for years. Tonight, I had a rude and uninformative representative to assist me and I was very disappointed. This has never happened to me at this location. I hope whatever she had going on is resolved and she can get herself together to work with the public in a more respectful manner.

If yall make signs there, why don’t you print some new door hours to accurately reflect when you’re actually open??? The door says 9:00pm...it’s 7:00 and your doors are locked... You got it right on google...just figured it should also be right, ya know...ON YOUR BUILDING.

I cant say I even believe most of the other reviews. I had needed to print some documents on very specific paper, I first went to Staples and the rep there said it would be a 24 hour drop off time. I quickly left. At Kinkos JESSICA completed all nine of my documents in seconds. It was WONDERFUL. All I could say was thank you. Easy, Simple, Quick.

I just moved to the area and needed to print off some important forms. I am not tech savvy at all so I needed help. The employee Brent was so nice and helpful he went above and beyond to help me. I will definitely be back.

I didnt get her name but I remember she had been there sense 2007. This lady helped me out tremendously even though I only spent a few cent there.

Kinkos is my jam! These guys are always gracious, prompt & can handle my way specific printing needs. Grateful you guys are apart of our sweet city and I would recommend yall to anyone I know.

This place has moved and is no longer in this location. It is across the street behind the Krispy Kreme. Google maps will take you to the old address but that building is vacant.

I have been going there on a regular basis for 2 years. they use to be so helpful and friendly, but within the last few months they are rude and not helpful at all. If you ask for help they expect you to figure it out on your own. Not sure of his name but he is a bald guy, he never helps when i go in and is rude. I will not be going back ever again.

I usually have a good experience with visiting this FedEx. The associates, Brent, Jasmine, Jamilie and even manager Chris are always very helpful with getting me in and out quickly. If I could go here everyday, I would.

Very polite, packed my items so they would arrive safely at a good price. I needed items printed, and Kevin was kind enough to help me make sure they would fit the frames (it took a while, he was extremely patient).

Cant say Ive ever had a smooth visit to this place. The simplest, most routine visits are psychological trials.Every time I come I try to be totally prepared. Ive got my documents in google drive, dropbox, and email for retrieval codes. Even just plain black and white pdfs always end up a tumultuous challenge of patience.The staff here are really powerless to fix anything. And the fact that the staff has never shown frustration or been outright rude to me barely saves this place from one star.Ive written this while waiting to be helped with the third error Ive experienced in my wayyyy-too-long visit here. Ive probably been here like 45 minutes for THREE pdfs! The simplest job you could bring to a printing office. Im sad. Someone bring me some booze... :(

Your experience depends on who is working and the time you go. Most basic copying needs can be met by getting the store copy card.
