Working with John could not have been easier and was a great experience. He took care of everything to make the transition to Systel easy - the contract, the old equipment, delivery, and set-up - AND saved us money! John is always willing to help and he is dedicated to service after the sale - he will actually call you back, which is very rare these days! John is awesome and we appreciate you taking such good care of us!

John Hopkins is a dedicated sales rep. We have been through two or three different sales reps in our time with Systel, and John is by far the most efficient and caring. He answers any and all questions to the best of his ability and makes sure to solve any issues that may arise. John is a Sales Rep that works with and for you, unlike many reps John always has your best interest in my mind and never wants to push you in a direction you are uncomfortable with. John has brought our small print shop up to be competitive level with other surrounding shops in the area while still attaining a good price point for us.Their service end at Sytel in Greenville is all 100% legit. Steve is our guy for all errors on our KM and he is always quick to respond. We love Steve and couldnt ask for a better tech!

Just leased a copier with the folks at Systel in Greenville and we couldnt be more pleased. Loving the machine and the customer service is perfection! (Jane Kirk is the BEST!!!) Made it so easy for us. Came in, set everything up, and checked back to make sure we have everything we need. Jane, Nancy and the rest of the staff are wonderful to work with, couldnt be happier.

Wonderful company to work with. We are in a fast paced retail environment and our sales rep, Nancy Kunkel, does an awesome job of finding us great deals on used copiers for great price. Service is great as well. Never have a complaint from my stores. Top notch and a pleasure to work with!!

Your days of office equipment sorrows are over! We were in the throws of despair with a terrible copier, and John Hopkins of Systel in Greenville came in to save the day! When the darkness and woes of terrible copiers gets you down, Systel in Greenvilles John Hopkins swoops in like Superman and hooks you up with some great stuff at a great rate! With Systel I can easily connect with real people real quick and my issues (which are usually my own fault) are fixed that same day. Thanks John!
