HELLOOOO, service was unacceptable, very very rude. Grandpa told me I couldn’t read and I wasn’t allowed to park in front of store. Bought piano elsewhere suggest you do the same.

Owner was really touchy and I did not appreciate that. Some people don’t like to be touched by people they don’t know. Please take this into consideration when serving future customers.

Wide range of pianos (new & used) that are offered for a reasonable price. Robert is a wonderful guy to talk to and helped me find the perfect digital piano. Shopping for a piano online can be deceptive, being able to physically hear and feel the piano in person should be the only way a musician decides what to purchase.

I purchased a digital piano last year from Robert Jones Pianos & Organs Inc. after looking at quite a few places in town. The service was friendly and professional, and after double-checking prices online, I believe I received a very fair deal. Plus, for the purchase price, I had free delivery to my house -- an added bonus was that they were very careful in how they packaged and delivered the piano.

I went there hoping to find parts for an old organ. I didnt (and probably never will), but they were very helpful and accommodating.

We purchased a Casio Celviano (AP-460) and received a great price. The price included delivery and bench. Recommend.
