Great selection of granite and sandstone boulders and landscaping rock. Nice people. Free delivery of 4450 pound granite rock included the very skilled forklift driver placing the rock. Due to shape of the rock and location we werent exactly sure of positioning. He wasnt rushed. He helped and wanted us to be sure it was correctly located.Highly recommend this company.

Very nice people and beautiful stone options.I am choosing a 1 star rating because I visited the location and spoke with Kathy. She was helpful and reassuring to take care of my needs. She is the reason I chose this particular business.I measured the space on each side of my driveway where I paid landscapers to have the stone placed and spread. I explained to Kathy the measurements of where I needed stone placed and also explained that I was inexperienced in understanding the amount of stone I would need and that I was nervous about spending a large amount of money. Kathy calculated amount of stone I would need based on my measurements. She reassured me she would help me.I paid a lofty amount to purchase the stone and had it delivered (@$826). There was more than double the amount of stone I needed for the space measured. I measured the area which was @ 65 feet long, 3 inches deep, and 3 feet wide). The stone was being used to fill in one side of my driveway where a concrete driveway sat above ground level @ 3 inches. The driveway sits about 3 feet from the side of my home and is @65 feet long.My parents purchased 2 small truck loads to use at their home and I had to give away the remainder.I called 3 times attempting to express my disappointment and requesting a return call from Kathy. I did so because she is the person that I worked with and calculated the amount of stone I needed (and the business owner). I thought since they came highly recommended to me and are a local business owner, I could trust and depend on a return call.I sent pictures on FB to the business; so, she could reference what we had discussed and hoped to express my confusion. I was aware of a no return/reimbursement policy when I purchased amd have never expected any level of reimbursement.My project was not fully completed; although, sadly, I will not return there nor would I ever recommend anyone I know to do business with Stone City because of my personal experience.As a paying customer and single female, I am very disappointed. I spent my hard earned money (especially during Covid 19). I could have saved alot of unnecessary expense and time. I am disappointed with a company that cant respectfully return my calls and address my concerns. I was raised by a small town, self employed, business owner and caring for your customers should always be a priority.
