Always fantastic service. I arrived early for a pickup order, and they were still working on getting it packaged. Very nice lady offered me a free sweet tea while I waited. Very nice touch. Mom and pop feel is great.

Without a doubt the best ham sold anywhere. This time went there and ate in. Sandwich was great and the lady serving us was very nice and helpful.

The cashier was very pleasant but, the woman who made our sandwiches give us hard cement bacon.

I tried their ham for Easter dinner this year. It was absolutely delicious. We also had the cheesecake and cinnamon walnut coffee cake. I went back the following week to try more of their deserts and ribs. My husband loved the apple carmel walnut pie! The store is well organized and the two ladies working were very helpful and friendly.

Great service experience and awesome food. While there ham and smoked turkey are my favorites, there pulled pork roast and ribs were also amazing. Making it through there menu, but I have yet to find something that wasnt awesome!

A spiral slicing machine spotted at a very popular local ham store here. They carry many products apart from the usual suspects of turkey, ham. The place sells other seasons offerings too like rum cake, cranberry chutney. But their honey baked glazed ham is the bestest! Alas no photo evidence of the crisp ham, their bestseller!

During Christmas, this place was a nightmare- I thought, when pulling in and parking and seeing a vast line of people.The staff was very well organized and had separate lines for the people that pre-paid for their orders and made it very convenient and quick to get through the process, get your goods, and quickly return home what the fabulous product that you were expecting.Thank you honey ham!

First time purchaser at HBH -got a small boneless ham. Service was very good. Ham, not so much. SUPER sweet! and sliced to a strange 1/4 thickness. Neither here nor there - too thick for sandwiches, too thin for ham steaks. At $10/#, not worth the money.

I love this ham. You cant go wrong buying this sprial ham. Be prepared to shell out some cash but it tastes great. My family gets one every year.

Their computers were down while I was there so there was some confusion on getting the orders placed. But all of the ladies I saw working in there worked together to try to solve everybodys problems and get the orders situated. I really enjoyed my sandwiches too, I think they do a really good job there

I pre-ordered 10 items online, and they only had two. I am putting on a huge family Easter dinner tomorrow, and had to scramble around to figure out what to do. I would suggest people not to order from this store. Never again!

I walked in three days before Thanksgiving with a line to the door. I had ordered online so I thought it would be a pickup and go. They completely surprised me. In 15 minutes I was in and out! It was the most pleasant service I had in a long time in a location like that. Highly recommend this to anyone regardless of the time of year. This location knows their products and how to serve you well and quick. Great visit and am excited for my ham and turkey!

I placed an order on the phone and I guess I did not explain it well. When my husband went to pick it up is was packaged a different way. We were limited on time and the sweet ladies helped us by repackaging the lunches. Of course the food is always great here, but the staff is awesome!

Lousy services the girl didnt try to look for my wife order and gave me the wrong ham. On top of that I waited 2 hours to get that ham. My wife can go back but I will/shall not go back.

The place was a bit like an orderly mob scene. Must have been 75 people waiting in line. Parking was a zoo. Fortunately, we had pre-ordered and pre-paid online so we were in and out in under 15 minutes.Staff inside were REALLY HUSTLING to meet customer needs.

As my very first experience at The Honey Baked Ham store, I am extremely pleased to say that the employees were very friendly and helpful. They asked questions to be sure that I made the best choice to accommodate everyone at our family get-together. They also recommended other items that were available, should I need. Premium food items. Traditional spiral honey baked sliced hams, smoked and baked turkeys. Also you can go there for lunch with deli style sandwiches with a set up like a delicatessen store.Extraordinary desserts and table service sit down space to enjoy your special lunch on site. A full service restaurant and specialty product menu. This was my first time inside the store to pick up our 15 pound Thanksgiving Honey Spiral Slice Ham.I also picked up a Ganache Chocolate Fudge Cake. It was frozen and only needed a 2 hour defrosting and it tasted so good. Needless to say there were no leftovers of the Ham Turkey or Chocolate Cake....Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving, (I pre-ordered my ham of course the day before by phone) the line was out the door, and it was like those amusement park lines back and forth until you get to the serving counter.There were approximately 60-70 people there. I had to wait a short 15 minutes to be served, so it was with good company waiting with others that were there for the same thing. That famous Honey Baked Hams

Very helpful staff. They ask the right questions to help you get the perfect size ham. Very clean and easy to get around in side the store. The Gam we purchased was great and feed many guests over Christmas.

Ive eaten here many times but no more. First off the service is lacking, always has. They come across as if theyre doing you a favor. The food is ok but way over priced. The thing that has made me stop wanting to go...i walked in and the woman behind the counter YELLED. Sir if you wanna come in you have to wear a mask. I THOIGHT HOW THE EVERLIVING HELL AM I GOING TO EAT WITH A MASK ON. But it was more HOW she yelled and everyone turned around and looked at me. Im done.

This was my first visit here, and being Christmas Eve the service was impeccable! I cannot boast enough about how wonderful the staff were, how organized the place was, or how AMAZING the ham is! Everything that was purchased was well worth the stop and money. Thank you Honey Baked Ham for such a great experience! This has certainly made me and my new little families Christmas. They have the most scrumptious ham. We bought 2 half pound packages for $13. Sides include broccoli cheddar casserole, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, dressing, desserts: cheesecake, red velvet cakes, rolls, and a large assortment of condiments. Quick service, Friendly staff

Bad Service 🤨 the Ham is great, we had some last night. It was 5:20 when we came in, they close at 6:00. We were rushed & tossed back our coupon & told we dont take that, then after finding the right coupon she said thats only good on the bigger ham & tossed that one back at us & told us Now I have to cancel the order and start over! We were a big problem for this girl because she would rather close & go home than help any customers. Get a job where you Dont have to help anyone or communicate with anyone. Its called customer service!

The ham itself was great so that was a 5 star. We also got two sandwiches. I got the ham salad which again was pretty good. Even better than average content. However bread seemed to have just come from the freezer and was near ice cold ruining the whole thing. Potato salad seemed to be some kind of cold mashed potato and potato chunks and no mustard at all. Phptpp. Didn’t like. Wife’s ham sandwich had some kind of sauce on it which tasted awful. She scraped off the goo and it was good. So advice is absolutely get the ham, leave the deli alone.

I gave a one star as you can not give zero. Been buying from you almost 30 years. This is first time that I received a burnt, dried out ham. You should be ashamed cheating people at Christmas.

I placed an order over the phone for pickup. I was sent an email confirmation. When I got to the store they didnt have my order and was out of 2 of the items I wanted. I was told they dont really concern themselves with orders that arent already paid for. Very disappointed and probably wont be using them again.

Every time I swing by I always wonder why I dont frequent then more often. I love the ham around the holidays so why not enjoy it all year round. All the sandwiches are delicious and I make sure to get them all on the croissant. If you enjoy honey mustard, they have quite a selection for retail sales.

Quick fast service on Thanksgiving Eve. They ran out to 8lb ham so we were sold a 10lb ham which was awesome plus we had a $7 off coupon. I love that the cashier offered to show us the ham to make sure it looked good before concluding the sale. Great experience. Will be back next Thanksgiving.

They lost my online order!

Had lunch here two days ago. There was only two lady’s working up front. No one else to been seen most of the entire rush. After the major rush was over 4 employees came out of the back I was amazed! Everyone should be helping out when your busy! I had to wait over ten (10) minutes on a sandwich and the bacon was still raw, keep in mind I had already waited a while just to order. I have to give credit to Megan as she was working extremely hard while everyone else was MIA! Her professionallisim was better than the 2 managers I seen show up from the back with the other two employees after rush was almost over. I witnessed the GM and the Assistant manager DON bicker about dates on something. The GM isn’t very friendly with the customers. Video footage would prove this to corporate... It was crazy! The previous time I came here that was 3 days prior I had the choose two lunch special and my lettuce was brown. I think the employees that are working hard like Megan should get a raise and the lazy managers should be out! A manager and the rest of the team should never leave 2 people alone during rush. I’ve been very disappointed lately with the food quality, service, and the amount of time it takes to get your meal.

Dont order a whole roast turkey online. Everything goes fine until you arrive to pick it up and are informed that they dont do whole roast turkeys at this store. Would be nice to have been informed when order is placed. Best bet is to just forget the online ordering altogether.

The food is great but the one on S.pleasantburg never has the broccoli Soup or their soup machine is broken. That is the only reason I go to Honey Baked is for their broccoli soup. Very disappointed.. Need better management thats going to keep in stock what is on the menu!!! They are loosing several customers because of this issue!!!
