Super fast. My app time was 1030 I was released with my paper work at 0900. I wish all of the dc’s were like this. Oh and they have over night parking

Took 7.5 hours to unload. Super slow.Refused 26 cases and noted on the paperwork that product was damaged but it wasn’t... just the outer packaging was damaged. Then they wouldn’t fix their mistake and change the paperwork.

Nice people and over night parking. A little slow on unloading tho.

There’s a bit of a waiting period here but at least they provide overnight unlike other places

Very friendly staff. Checked in at 0435 for an 0530 appointment, given a door by 0540. Relatively quick unload plus overnight parking. There is no true check in and check out: if youre like me and you delivered, for examples sake, a load of coffee creamer, you simply check in at the guard shack (first right past the railroad tracks) and then park along the back row. A roving security guard will come knock on your rig and assign you a door. He will also bring you your paperwork to your rig when youre unloaded. Again, there is overnight parking available and a sizeable break room located inside by door 100. The bathroom situation could use work but its at least functional and not horribly dirty.All in all, make sure youre early. Theres three separate warehouses here and your mileage may vary. Take into account all the hills and mountains youll be running. Id definitely deliver here again.

Overnight parking, lumper service will wake you up and assign a door in the morning. No lengthy check-in procedure, just go to your door. Lumpers are prepaid and will come get you when they are done. You do have to go inside to get your paperwork.Out of all the warehouses run by C&S, this one is the best.

I arrived at 7 am and it is 3 pm and they still dont download me.I give it 2 stars because it has overnight parking

They have gotten better as a grocery warehouse. Use to they had attitudes from security to receiving dept. But not now better all way round

Their kind of fast I delivered early was only there for 2 hrs you can get get there the night before they knock on your door when they have a door for you not a bad place

Well I did deliver to the gate B (frozen) . Appointment 0630... checked in 0600 out 0730. .. can’t complain..nice people around!

Where to start ?.... had a delivery here. First of all got the pickup from Iowa, that people took 11 hours to load the trailer. So I was running late to this delivery for 30 minutes. My appointment was at 11, I got here 11:30 am. Security told me that frozen receiver already CLOSED, it was Wednesday. last truck they take is 11am. So they changed my appointment for next day 9:30 am. Got here next day 8:30am, people from the office told me you late(you supposed to be here yesterday) so it will take a while. They gave me a door 30 min after my new appointment and its 2pm checking out now.. One more thing today is Thursday and I see trucks coming after 11 am, so they are OPEN AFTER 11 AM OR NOT ?

I had a delivery here,the workers are nice,got me in on time,slow unloading,a little over 2hours(7pallets). I delivered perishable food,that’s for gate A(left after RR crossing). Frozen food is for gate B and dry loads usually park in drop lot on the right side and wait for the white pick up truck to arrive. Overnight parking allowed.

Had a 10 am delivery. Chrcked in at 9am for 1 pallet. Sat here for over 4 hours. This place has two speeds slow and stopThey really need to get their act together. Hope i never come here again

5 stars bcos my appt was at 830 am, Im already unloaded at 815 am. Guard was a good person. Very friendly, and helpful for first time drivers. Truck parking is great. Room for just about all inbound OTR drivers. Docks are real tight and need more lighting. Please never have 2 pos!!!! Youll be there bout twice as long.

2 stars for overnight parking. 5hrs for 10pallets and not even done yet.

Dry van loads of water take about 2 hours. Park in first drop yard on left and walk up to gate to check in for further instructions.

One of the worst attitudes from the girl at the shack. Its obvious she hates her job. Then the guy that came to the drop yard to get our load information was cool but his company wanted to reschedule my load for next week because I was an hour late at 9am vs 8am? WTH? Wont be taking any more garbage loads from this company. Bi-Lo Fresh is Bi-low Ddont think so.About these loads if youre not close. The loads are mostly over 40k lbs and theres nothing but mountains and hills from Indiana here. You wont make it on time with the construction, accidents, weather and mountains.

8 hours after checking in and backing into a dock finally got unloaded. Guards were nice people checkin in, the ones at 03:30 checking out werent so much, plus side overnight parking for when these people make your time clock burn away from waitin on the dude in the white truck to ride through so you can flag him down for a door to the rediculous unload time. Dont care if i ever haul another load for them.

No problem unloading, they can take longer than expected for full loads, about 5 hours today. I didnt pay any lumper fees, and they have overnite parking.

Noon delivery got here at 9am. Gave me dock at 1030am. They unloaded me at 2PM, and they still didnt give me my paperwork for another hour. Very slow. Overnight parking

Even you have appointment they still make you wait more then 6 hours my trailer is empty for long time I went inside the building and asked them nicely how long I have to wait to get the paperwork even I told them I been here since six in the morning also I have to pick up the another load at 12.30 somewhere else they don’t care

My appointment is 7am I reached at 6.30 am but my truck empty 4pm

If you bring refrigerated is the last stage on the left before arriving at the railway line good attention in the security checkpoint and they let you go to sleep they pick up the papers and parking after they go to the truck and tell you the door you are going to download

Fast unloading, overnight parking, security will take the documents and then they knock on the door and say the number
