I bought 10.00 gas there the other evening. I had a family situation and was distracted. I drove off without getting my gas. I came back 2 mins later and told the cashier. There was a car at my pump pumping my gas and drove off. I got the tag number and gave it to the cashier. She got on the phone with the manager and told me there was nothing they could do.The next day I called and spoke to the store manager and she said unless she takes 10.00 out of her pocket, nothing could be done.I called the home office and was told the same thing, nothing could be done.Now, I have been getting my gas from Shell for 20 yrs. I am unemployed, just got hired fir a job I start on Monday. I put the gas in so I could get to work.I will NEVER return to SHELL because 10.00 to a big company is nothing, but it meant a lot to me. I see now that I am no more than a source of revenue to this company, and their sense if morality is skewed.Sorry to terminate a lovely partnership, but CITGO here I come!(PS- if I couldve given negative stars, I would. So disappointed)
