Ok Five Forks, time for a new Target to go in somewhere! Today was my 3rd experience shopping in store at this location since moving from Georgia. I can’t wait to get out of here. No more wandering the aisles and somehow leaving with a cart full. Each department of this Target is more overwhelming, cramped and disorganized than the next. I refuse to even use the nasty bathrooms. All future Target purchases are now limited to online.

Was able to get what I needed, but staff wasnt friendly and parts of the store were a mess. I will say I did come an hour before closing time.

Fast and easy using Target app. If you havent tried it, you need to. It literally saved me time and money, because I wasnt picking up random things, which often happen when Im in store. Try it, youll love it!

The store is clean and organized. If you are going to purchase a cell phone, plan to wait in line.The cell phone cases tend to be limited to iPhone with a small selection of Android. Grocery prices are reasonable. There is a fair selection. However; organic products are limited. The selection of fresh vegetables is limited compared to stores that sell mainly groceries.The store apps will let you scan to obtain price checks.

I’ve been using your drive up service for well over a year and it has gone downhill I usually have to check all my bags to make sure my order has been fulfilled or I either have to repackage my bags the one time I didn’t check I get home and my cat food is not in the bag. This is happened so many times and this is the first time I’ve made a review on this store and I’m giving it 2 stars. I also can never reach customer service.

Quick in and outWe had been looking for 2 days in our 3 local Walmart’s for Gatorade 12oz 12 packs without any luck. Walked in Target and went to the Gatorade section and there was all we needed. Thanks Target for keeping your shelf’s stocked.

Was going to surprise my daughter with a special item and it showed 2 in store then it showed 1 they asked if I still wanted it thru email I placed a drive up pick up order at 6:42 pm and at 7:42 they tell me the item is out of stock after I placed the order Why after a whole hour you send me the email telling me its out of stock!!! Called the store they was not any help I will never do this again not very good customer service Ill just stick with Amazon at least Im guaranteed the item

I shop target for the prices and quality merchandise. Their ladies garments are trendy and well-made. The bedsheets are awesome! And the other day I was so impressed by that friendly and helpful staff the online order pick up desk. It just continues to be a positive experience to shop at Target… especially with the Starbucks right inside the front door!

This store is very messy. Multiple sections look like they were hit by a windstorm. Prices missing on shelves so have to go scan a lot to find out. Definitely not up to the standards I have seen at other stores.

Target employee almost ran me over with a buggy because she was to busy on her device never said excuse me cause she never looked up. Needed help in the baby dept. Asked male employee for help finding aisle 44. After showing him the item on my phone he tried to take my phone out my hand? Excuse me he was well I cant see...sir Covid is real and we dont need any unnecessary contact so he said he would call someone of course no one came. I finally found the items and went to check. The cashier was nice and polite...the cashier was the only good experience...she gets the 3 stars otherwise it would have been a 1 star

Does anyone love the carts as much as I do!?! Im used to the junk carts at Walmart because they dont have a Target where Im from. Im so glad I live near a Target now! Huge props to Target for the 10% off for veterans on veterans day!!! That helped a lot. The checkout lady was super cool. The lady that helped me pick out my comforter was awesome too! Great job Target.

Went to find a Cozy coup for my grand daughters birthday. I found it for a good price and she loves it.

My husband and children went to this target to look around. Found some ball cards and Pokémon card. Was really excited when they found them they each picked out a pack and deck. When getting to check out the sale associate quickly ran up to then to tell them that it was company policy that they could only buy one pack and not different types. Husband asked if he could do transaction one pack for him and one for one kid. She said no that it could only be one Packard only one type of cards that is company policy once again and that if he tries to scan more then that it will call her over for it. He said ok and set the rest down she quickly came around them at took the rest so he could not buy more. TARGET if this is a policy you need to get a sign up letting your customers know before getting to checkout. This is BS policy that cost you a sale and a long time customer.

This is a great place to find a nice bottle of wine while youre doing your regular Target shopping! Also, the associates in this store are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

I went in to shop for someone’s order and a cashier with short red/blonde hair who was at self-check out lacks true customer service and people skills. Her energy and attitude made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I went through self-check out for a reason and that reason did not involve having an unpleasant shopping experience. People like her need to find a different job that does not involve interacting with the public. I pray for people like her!

This location is always insanely busy, as expected though, due to being on Woodruff. Beyond that, about 50% of the staff aren’t friendly and the selection in stores is so bad. I’ve gone multiple times for women’s/juniors clothing + shoes and have left disappointed in the selection. The Target in Simponsville is much better.

I purchased the fitbit inspire 2 and had issues with it less than a week later. Went to return and the man in electronics said I needed to try to reset it. I said I did not want to do that since it was less than a week old and was already not working properly. I said I wanted to return it or even exchange it. He said there was nothing he could do if I did not have the box with the serial number. Who the heck keeps the box?? He even checked with someone else and they said no because they needed to have proof that I purchased that exact Fitbit from their store. I had proof of purchase as I bought via curbside pickup. No where in their return policy does it say we needed to have the box and/or serial number to return. Again, product was not working within less than a week of purchase. I have never had such a problem with a return at target and my family has been a loyal customer of target since before I was born and Target first came about in Texas. I went to Target in Greer and they returned, no questions asked and no hassle, all she had to was override the system where it asked for the serial number. I will never shop at this location again. Very disappointed in how this situation was handled. Target in Greer is much more professional and much more customer service oriented.

I visited my local store for the car seat Trade in program. The employees were clueless. I ended up being cheated out of a 20% off coupon and a headache when I left.

In store pick-up was terrible. The customer service desk was the only place for in-store pick-up with 8 people in line and only ONE clerk! Use drive up, it will be faster

I went to phone and tv areas.Great service in phone dept.They willingly and expertly set up my new phone. Didnt push me to buy other things.I also wanted an extra small Tv which they had on a super price. The rep obtained a cart and put the TV in it.Check out staff polite. Staff were wearing masks!Only reason didnt give a 5 is because I felt so dirty from dust on products.

The last two visits to this Target Ive seen employees with political/divisive masks on: I dont care what side you vote for, I dont shop at Target to hear your political views. Also, while in the book section the main screens (on the wall) were advertising books for only one side (politically). The only good thing about this location is they do a nice job moving the long checkout lines quickly.

I can always find what I need and more.

Managers are the biggest problem in retail. This particular Target is going to make headlines soon, allowing their cashiers to lie and speak to people anykind of way. Like my husband and I said the first day we walked into that store, its another Walmart with different color paint

Quick, efficient, and polite staff. During these uncertain times target is going above and beyond to limit contact with others while also ensuring I get everything on my list. Even offering to ship certain items out of stock directly to my home free of charge. The staff member placed everything inside my trunk with ease.

The store is overcrowded, the trash cans outside were overflowing and there was trash outside of the store gave a bad impression to me. Doesn’t seem like the staff has enough help and various areas are not well stocked. I like Target in most locations but this one was not a good experience.

Either have a mask policy or dont! People walking in the store without masks right passed checker kid behind the plexiglass. Wallking passed staff unmasked and standing in long line unmasked as clerks check them out. Maybe 50-50 masks to no-masks. Any wonder why Greenville County has worse statistics in SC for every major COVID category?!

Great place just dont get too overwhelmed or youll buy everything you see!

Drove 45 minutes to the target to pick up my boyfriend’s sons bike for his birthday because my target did no have the spiderman bike in stock. Had everything I needed for the pickup ie license, barcode, order number. “Store director” at this location refused to let me pick it up. Furthermore, she had no customer service skills and spoke rudely to me in front of other customers and employees. Had to wake my boyfriend up from him sleeping since he works 3rd shift and have him resend me the barcode to prove to this lady that I was not trying to steal a package.Never shopping at this location again.

I understand the covid concerns and how it can effect older, pregnant, and vulnerable individuals but to stand outside and cherry pick individuals who can come in when not all of them even met that criteria is insane. I say and watched at least 10 younger customers, both make and female come out. 5 were in scrubs so i guess thats a criteria as well.Do better Target, and make your criteria for shopping at your store fair, in plain view, and not bias

Do they not clean? The maternity section was a wreck. Went back a few days later and it is the same wreck ( I recognized some out of place items) plus most items are on the wrong sized hanger. Its just a pig sty. Section isnt that big target, come-on. Lets clean up, do our job...

This Target is always a pleasure to shop at. The store is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are several stations with mask and hand sanitizer throughout the store.

Target check out is crazy!!! It took us almost 20 minutes to check out the lines were extremely long and no staff to help.

Awful. Order online, get a conformation that its been pulled and in the store, drive an hour to pick it up, and oh they lost the item. They can see it was pulled but then just dont know what happened to it $20 gift card doesnt make up for it target.

2019 update: 1 lane open for registers unless you want to do self check out. Of course I had issues itself check out since I decided not to wait in the long line for the one register that was going very slow. Things not priced correctly. There was an end cap with very cute Christmas blankets. Big sign that said sale $10. These ring up as $17, which thankfully I caught. I told the cashier that the end cap showed clearly $10 as the price and thats why I had picked it up. They say they can only mark it down to $16 to match the online price. I promptly told them they could put it back. Went to pick something up from an online order and a box was very dinged up for an electronic item. I told her I would like one that was not so dinged up. She at first said no but then was helpful and gave me one that was not messed up with holes through the box. Of course the sticker went on someone elses box... Sorry...2017 review 4 stars: Staff is generally very helpful. Food options are pretty good as well. Be sure to use the cartwheel app. Also check the online price of pricier items. For example, one item was $75 online, but $99 in store since they were running an in store special (which was still more than the online price). Staff will generally match the online price and allow you to use your coupon if you just ask.

My first experience with Target, ever! No problems at all. Found what I needed on their website and picked up the next day without any issues! I will definitely be using this again!!

I was able to get a discount just for buying online instead of in store. Plus it allowed me to sit in the car instead of having to bring myself or my baby inside. Due to her being under 2 I’m still very cautious with having her out and about due to Covid

Lines go down to greeting cards section on a Wednesday at 2 pm. They claim it is because of social distancing. It is because they only had a few registers with workers. They also had self check out. I was in Walmart and only had to wait for three people not twenty.

Really love target. But sad because they got rid of their plus size active wear, which doesnt make any sense. We need workout clothes too.

Very competitive pricing even better than office stores for school supplies. Also Target never shutdown clothing returns like Walmart and Target still price matches Amazon Prime.

Target is a great store to shop for most anything. I enjoy the home decor section. Nice baby section also. Check out a potato/vegetable slicer dice I ordered. Works great!!!! Makes french fries in no time!!

Service was helpful and friendly, but there was about a fifteen to twenty minute wait for help for an online order pick up. It was not the staffs fault, but rather a lack of staff. Management should have planned for more business at this time of year (Christmas season).

The Target employees were the ABSOLUTE BEST tonight!!! I was in the empty toilet paper aisle (of course) and they were cleaning up, and I asked if they knew when they would get some in. They didnt know, but suggested I try to come early in the morning. I left and wandered back to the back, and one of the employees saw me and said they were looking for me. They had found a package and hunted me down in the store to give it to me!! THEY WERE SO AWESOME!!!!

Poor customer service and long waiting period, a total mismanagement. I have been told to wait in the line where one customer was returning and exchanging and again purchasing products. Cashier could have been transferred me to another register but she didn’t even eye contracted with me. So unprofessional. And there were 20 people behind me who were sent out to different another cashier and self check out booth. When I asked the guy transfer me to another register since everyone is behind me checked out he told me to wait couple more minutes. Guess what I waited on the line and those customers behind me checked out and left. It got me so annoyed I just had to leave me stuff over there and wasted my hour long time. Target you lost the business today from me.

Every time I come to this place the lines are extremely long, always walking around the store. It’s 7 at night, like why do they not have enough staff to cover the demand??

Very convenient. Will use the curb side delivery all of the time!! It took me just a few minutes to browse what I needed, add to cart & pay - I chose walk-out delivery option and when I pulled up, they brought it right out. Amazingly convenient.

I never experienced such committed Customer Service anywhere. I had a small issue and the Guest Services went far above and way beyond to make sure I was taken care of and got what I needed. Kimberly was authentic and genuinely concerned about my experience. I am horrible with names, and not great at spelling. But the girl with the Clemson Shirt just wanted anyone to know, they are awesome, and my husband absolutely loved it =)

Another great shop at Target today.I got a nice pair of jeans, a Cami top to match, two phone cards and a lipstick, foundation and powder for $50 and 5% off with my Target Red card. I could not have asked for a better deal. All items on clearance.Nice selection of cosmetics, swimwear, summer clothingAnd a Starbucks and a pharmacy. Curbside pickup, delivery available, special shopping hours for seniors. Handicap accessible and parking, social distancing markers are in place. 🎯

Target has great standards. The employees are great and they try their best to keep the store tidy and clean.

Went to this Target tonight and was checked out by a lady who happened to be deaf, I absolutely love seeing Target hiring associates with different abilities. Great job Target!

Terrible customer service, I understand I got the wrong item, I also understand you have no return policy until the end of April. What is the purpose of saying Its not my fault. Who told you it was your fault, WHO told you that it was your fault???? I already made a 30 min trip back to the store and tired. Who told you that it was your fault for Gods sake? No reason for being smart Alex!

Target stores are always clean and well organized. Friendly, helpful team members who smile at you when eye contact is made. Team members are happy to help with items you are not able to locate and dont run and hide or pretend to be busy when assistance is needed.

I love Target, but Ive noticed that the aisles are getting smaller and smaller. Its nearly impossible to get a cart through, especially in the clothes. I have a health condition that sometimes requires the use of a wheelchair, so on those days I am not able to shop there. Which is a shame, given the big push in Targets advertising for inclusivity.

I applied for a Target Red Card thru TD Bank and got approved. I also am a member of the Inner Circle. I receive 5% discount on all purchases plus special offers. Social distancing markers are in place, plexiglass is up at all cashier stations, carts are wiped down also curbside pickup and delivery thru shiptz is available. Great selection of cleaning supplies, hand sanitizers and I picked up a box of face masks today 20 in a box for $15. I pick up groceries as well and have the option to pay when I get my statement. Cashiers and customer service friendly and helpful. Handicap accessible and parking.special area for curbside pick-up.🎯

Zack from electronics was very helpful and very nice. He didnt have to walk me to the customer service desk on New Years Eve right before his break, but he did. Nathan or Ethan (dont quite remember his name ) was also helpful at the customer desk. Overall great customer service.

I really cannot find a lot of stuff that I have bought in the past. I am giving the rating for their online experience. I was able to find compression pants that I could not find in any store or on other websites. They had them and that was great.

Easy to order online and curb side pick up was fantastic! Customer service in the store was very helpful and accommodating.

The service was incredibly fast and convenient!! This is such a timer saver for moms of little ones!!! I didn’t have to get my daughter out the car and got exactly what we needed even with such short notice!! I love this better than the Walmart pick up!

I attempted to do my first online pick up and I apparently did it wrong bc I Called and whoever was working with Aj, short hair and glasses told me I had to come inside to get it. I understand I did it incorrectly but I then asked is there anyway someone could bring it to my car because I have small children in the car. Especially with Covid going on. I literally had 2 items. She said no & I had to go in. I already left a message with the supervisor because that in my opinion isn’t great customer service. I then went to Simpsonville for my other 2 items that I needed to pick up and I called and explained I must have ordered it incorrectly and she interrupted me and said I will be more then happy to come out and assist you. Again this is Simpsonville, she came to my car, walked me through what to do for future purchases and I didn’t even have to ask her to bring me my two items she said she would be right back with them. Thank you some still show customer service. Definitely not at this guest services.

I really enjoyed Charlie at the Customer Service Desk. He resolved a pricing issue that I had with my order. It seems like its a rare occasion when you interact with someone in a service industry that really enjoys helping people. He was pleasant and considerate to my needs. Employees like Charlie are who you want to represent your company. Kudos

The cashier was very friendly and she was a young lady who expressed what real customer service was all about. Too bad we couldnt remember her name and it was not on the receipt. But this young lady deserves recognition. Thank you for making our shopping experience an enjoyable one.

Today was exceptional I was in the store shopping by 9:45am which might have been a shift change for employees? Regardless I was looking at clothes and listening to the 3 employees folding and hanging clothes talk about their goals for the day and quizzing each other on protocol and I told them I’m very impressed with their comments and work ethic! They were so friendly and helpful to me finding my clothing and various other items. Overall it was a very refreshing experience. I love Target 🎯

I wouldnt give no even 1 star, but oh well, the manager Kimberly is by far the most horrible person for customer service, she denied our return for something that have nothing to do with us, is factory issues, we went to target simpsonville and we didnt have any problems with the return, and while we was in line we encountered another customer coming from greenville location with the same exact problem, his return was denied. I will never shop in Greenville location again.

Tired of spending my money at Walmart. Target has better customer service and stores are cleaner.

First time using the order pick up and it was great! Ordered in the morning and it was ready within the hour. Goal was to limit my time in the store but I ended up shopping anyways so oh well. Great, fast service that I will definitely use again

I love to shop at Target, I am able to find what I need and more, and if they are out of stock on something I can easily buy it online through the app and it ships free and fast.

I have to drive to this target multiple times every time i come here for an item. We have the item in stock i get there is in the back oh no...wait its on the truck please come back after 2pm. I come back we still have not got the item out of the back room, come back later we will have it for you. I come back we have sold the item but it was in the back room. I call corporate oh we have the item we called the store to hold it for you sorry for the inconvience does that work for you? I get to the store sorry we have sold the item. This target and its employees are a total joke. Corporate does not even give refrence or case numbers please do your job. People are tired of wasting their time and gas.
