Walked in, immediately acknowledged and was seen. Their process for finding you a shoe is very technical but straight forward.. they explain everything clearly so you understand the what and the whys of shoes. Staff was very professional friendly as well. Will definitely be going back for business.

I had a great experience at Fleet Feet of Greenville. I walked in the store and was greeted immediately. I was able to talk with a sales person and discuss the specific reasons I was at the store. I liked that there was scientific data available through my foot assessment to determine what shoes would work best for me. I walked in wanting the ever popular Oncloud, however I learned that those shoes were not the best for me! I would have been miserable wearing them 12+ hours at work. I ended up with Brooks and I have been very happy with the shoe. I have already spent more time walking outside with a comfortable shoes that made for my foot.

I have zero insight into the technology behind the foot scanning and pressure analysis. That said, even if its a complete ruse (and, to be clear, Im NOT suggesting that it is), it definitely adds to the cool and fun factors associated with -- of all things -- buying a pair of shoes. I loved it. More importantly, however, the service I received was incredible. When it comes to running/walking shoes, and just running/walking as a hobby in general, I have the knowledge of, perhaps, a toddler. Complete novice. In contrast, this Fleet Feet store is clearly staffed by people that are passionate about running (and possibly feet in general (no judgement here)). The rep that worked with me (Nick) actually held school records in cross country as a student-athlete at ECU. It would be easy for such experts to be dismissive or impatient with someone like myself -- a complete, yet inquisitive, rube within the running (and feet) world. Instead I was treated with respect, grace and an inordinate amount of patience. In short, it was one of the best customer service/product buying experiences Ive had in a long time.

The reason for my search and purchase from this store was due to not being able to find the product I wanted to purchase at any of the big box stores. I am glad that I was able to find my product at this store because the great customer service and knowledge from the associates have made me a returning customer. Being provided with such great selections and service, made me reflect on the importance of appreciating local businesses whose mission is to serve their community. I live an hour away from this location but I dont mind traveling for the quality products and customer service that your company provides.

Fleet Feet staff are amazing and patient and most of all, very informative on the technology and what will work best for your feet. The foot scan they have is pretty cool as well. I got some inserts and new shoes for work because I am constantly on my feet all day and since I got them, the pain in my feet decreased significantly just the first day wearing them and continued decreasing daily to having no pain at all.

I have a neurological disorder (CMT1A) and my feet are bad! I have wider feet with really high arches and high instep. Andrew had me in the scanner so he could see what my feet could share. He took that info and we tried a bunch of options. Ironically the shoes I came in to buy were awful! We found a pair I loved and then found them in a better color. I’m not sure the staff knows how much I appreciate the positive foot vibes and patience they all exuded!❤️

Great place! I’ve had double knee replacement and am extremely active so it’s important I have the right shoes. The staff took all the time I needed to work with me and find them. They also understood I had a price range and didn’t just try to sell me the most expensive shoes. This is my go to place for athletic shoes from now on. Thank you to all the staff there.

The staff greet you immediately, asking if you would like to get helpful foot measurements to help find the right shoe! And even if you have your eyes set on a particular shoe prior to walking in, they help with showing how that shoe may be great for your foot! And they have military discount. Ted helped me this time. I can buy my shoes anywhere or online, but I love the customer service at Fleet Feet. I had never been to a store where I was assisted in putting on and removing my shoes, they even tighten and tie the laces, such a helpful gesture! I appreciate the foot scan and pressure pads that help find the perfect fit of shoe for my foot and gait, and how knowledgeable and friendly the staff is. I recommend Fleet Feet over and over again, and will never shop for an athletic shoe anywhere else. I wish all stores treated their customers so well!

I frequent Fleet Feet for my running shoes/apparel but I have never experienced as great of service at any other branch as I had with Justin. I walked in, expecting the normal straightforward guidance towards the running shoes that I needed but Justin surpassed my expectations. He was very informative, vibrant, and eager to help/share his knowledge with me. Instead of just walking out with a new pair of shoes, I walked out with knowledge on different styles of shoes for different kinds of running (trail vs road) and a factual vs opinion based comparison of popular shoe brands based off of his experience and technical recommendations tailored to my own running style. I wasn’t just persuaded to buy a shoe that fit my style - he explained how other shoes worked and how it may or may not affect my running and allowed me to evaluate which path I wanted to take. I really appreciated his breadth of knowledge and eagerness to teach when I walked in.In short, I love all Fleet Feet locations. All of them that I have visited have been able to help me with what I need and because of that, I have not had any running Injuries since trusting their recommendations for gear. The staff were on top of their game. I think the woman who helped my family was named Bria..? Anyway, she worked incredibly well with my brother who has special needs and needed custom shoes for his flat feet. She was extremely patient and caring. The foot measuring technology they have is also incredible! Very state-of-the-art. I gave it a go and found out all sorts of interesting facts about my feet. Also ended up getting a pair of Brooks!!This store also has a nice selection of merchandise, beyond just shoes. Workout recovery tools, snacks, sunglasses, etc. I highly recommend this store for people who want top quality customer service and a custom shoe experience.The only downside was that none of the male associates were wearing face masks. Perhaps they are already vaccinated? But theres no way to know, and it made me a bit uncomfortable. I am very concerned about my brothers health. Even though he has hid vaccine, he is immunocompromised. I sincerely hope that the people working here are following Covid guidelines and received their vaccines.

I received excellent service! They mapped my walking, foot size, and problem areas. Then, recommended shoes to alleviate the pain. While they were getting shoes out of the back, they gave me a roller to use to ease my foot pain. I thought it was refreshing that they werent just trying to sell something, but rather genuinely cared about my pain. Their shoe recommendations were spot on. Im pain free for first time on 15 years!

I was in hit by someone in a head-on collision which broke my ankle and needed some new supportive shoes once I was cleared to walk again. My grandmother offered and took me to Fleet Feet. The foot modeling device is very cool! The person who helped (upset with myself that I forgot his name) get me fitted was very kind and thorough with fitting me. I love my shoes and have already recommended Fleet Feet to my mother and will recommend them to more!

They take the time to listen to their customers, scan their feet, analyze their gait, and guide them methodically through the process of selecting shoes and inserts. Fleet Feet exceeded my expectation! The 3-D foot scan and walking pad showing how feet strike the ground was very informative. I went with the most cushioned Hoka shoe and Oofos recovery sandals and both are extremely comfortable.

Andrew helped me out when I came in the Greenville, NC location on 1/18 to get my feet scanned. He was very helpful and didnt make me feel like I had to buy anything. Since I had such a great experience, I was willing to take the plunge and purchase the shoes that he recommend to me!

The employee took all the time I needed and was very friendly and helpful. She did not try to sell me anything I did not want or need. The shoes were a little more expensive than another store. But, the customer service was way beyond what I have received anywhere.

This place is awesome! They scanned my foot and then showed me a image on the iPad. They went over the results and then the recommendations for shoes. I liked that they took the time to find the perfect shoe for my foot. They tried different shoes and different inserts, they told me to walk about the store and they didnt seem rushed or ready to get me and my husband out the door!

They helped me find the exact shoe that I needed for my specific feet. I had a brand in mind and while the make was no longer available, we were able to find a pair that were similar. Excellent customer service! Mr. Andrew was awesome! He took me immediately to the 3D scan and we tried on the recommended shoes. He was not pushy at all. I was in/out within 1/2 hour(probably a bit faster)and Ive been wearing my shoes ever since. I was born with a tarsal coalition(a fused ankle bone instead of two)in my feet. We chose HOKA One One Bondis. They wear great! It may be a while before I come back, but I know just where to go and who to see. Thank you Mr. Andrew!

I came in with absolutely no knowledge of what I needed and the woman that helped me was extremely helpful and kind. The scan of your foot gives so much information I would have never known otherwise and watching yourself walk and hearing how it affects your whole body is so cool and makes the importance of proper shoes very clear. I just went on my first run with my new shoes and inserts and am excited to do it again!

I visited Fleet Feet after my podiatrist recommended it. Along with the doctors advice to visit the shop, he also recommended a couple of types of shoes to help relieve my foot pain. Katie assisted me, first mapping my foot and then showing and explaining the results to me. The mapping software was very cool and it happened to recommend the same shoes the doctor recommended. Katie was patient and kind, making multiple trips back and forth to the back as I changed my mind on which shoes to try and even tying my shoes for me! I walked out with one pair of OOFOS to wear around the house and I will be back soon, likely for a pair of Hoka. Thank you, Katie and Fleet Feet!

Best service around!! I went in looking for new running shoes and the staff was very nice and informative. They did a foot evaluation and I did a walking test and were able to give me a lot of information about the size and shape of my feet. I tried on a few shoes based on their recommendations from my foot evaluation and I have never had such a nice fitting shoe for my foot type. I was previously wearing running shoes that were a size and a half too big and not wide enough. I left with the perfect pair of shoes and have loved them since. I was never pressured into buying anything which was nice.

I am so thankful I dropped by the Greenville Fleet Feet. The owner was kind and has a great store. Nick was so patient in assisting me in finding the best shoes Ive ever worn IN MY LIFE. I never felt rushed. They have one of the best selections of the latest styles AND SIZES, than any other store Ive shopped, in the area. And, the prices, were quite surprising, too...in a very good way.

The foot scanner was impressive. They were able to figure out my problems (extremely high arches) in less than three minutes. Combine that with the knowledge and service of the employees and I dont think Ive ever had a better shoe buying experience. It was a very similar experience to the personal attention that you receive at a high end mens clothing store where you work with a tailor to find the best fit. The shoes are great. They really know what they are doing.

Chris was super helpful in helping me determine what type of shoes I needed. I am a beginner at running but now feel very motivated to get started. They did an analysis of my feet and let me try on several different pairs of shoes until we found the perfect fit with arch support insoles. I will definitely be a returning customer.
