First time ever stopping in one of these stores. Major plus- they allow dogs! We took our girl Penny with us and the staff was so friendly! They were super helpful and loved on our girl🥰 they had a lot of clothing - Patagonia, Columbia and north face. Lots of selection of sizes and lots of sale items! We bought some ladies shoes, bandanas, a toy for Penny and a dress that was 60% off! Honestly the staff is what MADE the store for us- I cannot say enough about how nice they were! When we are back in the area we will most definitely come back just to say hello! Definitely worth a stop if you are close by- lots of great quality gear! Tents, hamocks, kayaks, skateboards and other camping gear!

I went into the store and I didnt get a single hello, hey, how are you or anything. I went to the specific thing I was looking for and not one associate came ask if I need any assistance. After standing there 10+ minutes looking and associates walking by, I decided to leave. Just like when I walked in not a single employee said have a good day, thanks for coming, or anything along them lines.The store was clean and had a good selection. My only complaint was the lack of customer service.

I want to love this store, but the one in Greenville, NC has the rudest employees. I’ve been in twice and both times was greeted half heartedly and asked if I need help, not that they acted like they wanted to help. Both times, employees were standing at the counter talking to each other acting like they didn’t want to be bothered. Probably will never step foot in the store again.

If you want to wear a mask then this is the place for you. The dont greet you with hello....all they say is Where is your mask.....and then I remembered there are other stores that sell what I was looking for.

Way over priced, but staff was attentive and welcoming. They didnt have much selection of key outdoors gear. Adding a few big brands like Columbia or The North Face options would be a huge help in shoes and sandals.

Nice staff, great selection of products, and decent prices. Whenever Im in town I stop in to see whats new. Ive purchased a hammock, hydration pack, disc golf discs, and lots of misc camping bits and pieces.
