I have been coming to Tire Store Service Center for almost two years. They are trustworthy, kind, great prices with the occasional bundle deal, and fix small things I didnt know where there free of charge! I needed an AC line replaced and they popped in my light for me - after hours too! They are passionate about what they do and genuinely care about their customers. Go see them for high quality work and friendly service.

The service was excellent. Staff was fast and friendly. Very knowledgeable and great prices. If you ever need tires or oil change they will get you fixed up and back on the road.

We needed a a used tire, and parked with the broken one in the trunk.The guy helping us had something to say to me because I was dealing with my business and my wife was doing the purchase. Called me amigo, smoking his cigarettes while talking to me as well, very rude person.

6 months ago I reviewed them as 4 stars simply because I had no long term experience with this business. They were good but I didnt know how well their customer service or workmanship would hold up over time. Im proud to say that it has held up fantastically and I am back to give them that extra star and leave this review. They have always helped me out with everything I need at a reasonable price and with a smile. If they cant help me with a particular issue they are happy to give me a recommendation to a local place and to date all of those have turned out well. This has definitely become my default tire shop.

Awesome place, highly recommend. I found this place a few months ago and Ive brought my cars here a bunch of times and I always get fast friendly service at an affordable price. I was looking for a new car shop after moving and being frustrated with the shops I had used near my new house until I found this one. I have never had a single problem and never felt like I was being overcharged. This is my go to shop for all my car services (at least the ones they offer) and I will continue bringing my cars here for years to come.

Had a blowout on my boat trailer. Got it changed with a friends help. Took the boat to the tire store to verify the pressure in my spare and other tire. Very friendly employees. Asked the price to replace the blown tire. Was suprised it was so cheap. Picked up a tire customer here. Dont care it is 40 miles away. Thanks guys.

I picked this business to do my brakes based on all of the good reviews. I was not disappointed!They got me in quickly and called me to let me know how much services I needed were going to be before performing them. They were fast, and inexpensive. I would recommend them!I also would like to note that I did wait to see how my brakes were before I left a review. Absolutely perfect.

I bought some new tires here... They chipped the inside of my tire .. Then blamed me and said I ran over a pothole.... Bad Service....

Took my car in to have them look at the brakes. Brakes were fine but I needed two new tires. Was going to get used one but the owner gave me a good deal on new tires. I was in and out in an hour. I will bring my car back here. The staff was helpful too. The heat wasnt working in the lobby so they sat me in front of a portable heater. Nice guys.

Drove in on a complete flat told them I was on the way to pick up my check so Im flat broke all I had was 10 bucks and needed it to get to my check then back so I could cash it . All I need was for them to take of the flat tire and put on my spare because for some reason my tools wasnt in my car. They did it but can you guess what happens next? They charged me the 10 bucks. I told them I can come back through and gibe them cash when i cash my check and they said that wouldnt work. I had to wait in parking lot for 45 mins so my mother in law could come up and loan me the gas. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

They are who I will always go to for tires and any maintenance they can work on for my car. The prices are the best Ive seen around. Theyre always so nice and speedy. Even the waiting area has free coffee and refrigerated waters.

Absolutely amazing! Thought I needed all new tires and was willing to pay, but they are so super honest and kind. Turns out I didnt need any tires replaced, just rotated. Did quick work and welcomed me to come watch and see what was going on for myself. Most mechanics treat women pretty poorly, but these fellas felt like friends! Would recommend 100%. Very quick service! It surprised me at how fast they were done actually. Fair price and nice folks. Ill definitely be back if I need my car worked on again. One small thing I would recommend is having someone on breakroom duty to make sure the coffee is stocked and it is clean in there. It was a little dirty and there was hardly any coffee left. Great experience over all!

It’s hard to find honest place to get your car worked on but you have one here. I went in for an alignment and decided last minute to rotate the wheels too. During the alignment, Mike took me out to my truck and explained why he thought I shouldn’t get my wheels rotated. Instead of doing what made the money he made an honest suggestion and in turn forfeited that money that he could have made in order to make sure I had the best results. Just great honest work that was a breath of fresh air. Not to mention very fair pricing. Great place for tires and wheels.

Got an oil change. They dumped old oil on my engine lower area trying to proof I had a valve cover leak. Took pictures and called my normal shop and had them look at car too and they said that someone dumped it and no evidence of valve cover leak.... saved myself over $300 from a shop trying to get more money out of a $25 oil change.....Washed it off and no leak at all....

They usually are amazing and very honest people but we took out car there yesterday to get a starter replaced. they original quoted us 175 and than after we dropped the car off they called us and said it would be 290. The new quote was $50 to $70 more than any other mechanic had quoted so we would have gladly went to a different mechanic. When they told us the new number they had already done the work so we couldnt just back out of the deal. We will not be coming back to this place ever again. Which is sad because we had beening coming here for over a year .

The staff is always helpful and nice. Ive been to this place for about 3 years now. Today, they went out of their way to help me when I was broke down on the side of the road after I left the shop. These guys care and the mechanic John made sure my truck was taken care of and got me back on the road again. He didnt have to, but he did...and I thank all of the guys at that shop from the bottom of my heart. That meant a LOT to me and my daughter. I recommend these guys to anyone, and I will go back anytime.

If you live in theIf you live in the Greenville area this is the tire place to go. Ive only used them once but the guy was very personable and his prices were reasonable. He tried to help on price and the tires that I needed. I saw him help other people in the same cordial way. I ended up buying two tires new and getting two tires balanced. Right across the street is a good place to sit and wait at the Churchs Chicken.

They mess up a lot , got an oil change today and they gave me 63 miles for my next oil change. Another time i had a tire patched and they forgot to tighten the lug nuts lucky there was no damage to my car or an accident

Friendly staff and decent prices on used tires and new tires

I bought a car a few days ago and I needed to get two new tires for it as well as a spare. I called around to different places to check out the pricing. NTB was going to charge $195.63 total for two tires plus installation. Discount Tire was going to be $247.03 for two tires plus installation. I called the Tire Store and they quoted $125 for the same thing. I went with them and even though they were busy, they were able to get me out pretty quickly. I wanted to get my car checked out to make sure it was mechanically sound and they stated I could bring it in tomorrow and they would do it at no charge. So far, I am pretty happy with the service.The only thing I was taken aback by was caused by a misunderstanding on both ends. My car didnt have a spare at all so I was going to keep one of the tires they took off to use as the spare. I asked them to put one in the trunk for me so that I could do so. Any other time I have done this at other places, they have put the full tire- tire plus the rim- in the trunk. This time all they put was just the tire. I wasnt clear enough about it and they didnt let me know it wouldnt come with the rim. It was nobodys fault completely.
