I have not used the express oil change service but have had a few great experiences with the mechanics in the back shop. I’ve dealt with two of the mechanics, Michael and Chris, who are both good communicators and nice to deal with. This past Saturday, my radiator blew out at 10am, I called in and dropped off my car with Chris at 11am and by 2pm he had my radiator replaced and the car ready to go! To say I am grateful for the quick turnaround, is an understatement. Check these guys out for your car repair needs. You won’t be disappointed.

I got my oil changed at the new express shop in simpsonville and they messed my car up. I called the Greenville location to see if they would fix it and John the manager was awesome! Brought me in, replaced the oil and fixed the problem free of charge! Great customer service and friendly staff here! Thanks guys!

I can not give as many stars as I would like… this service team was on point!!I Was barely able to turn my steering wheel into this location. My ride was screeching so loud they heard me pull in.. They immediately inspected the situation, Casey,The Manager ordered the parts ASAP and Patrick the mechanic not only kept me honestly informed on what was going on but went above and beyond to insure I made it to a scheduled event.. Just as he promised I was safely on my way in the exact time he predicted… Amazing Service!! Highly Recommend!!

I wasn’t quite sure how this place would work but I found out it’s simply a drive in full auto service and it took less than 10 minutes for them to change my oil. You get to stay inside the vehicle, they provide a complimentary windshield cleaning. Workers were friendly, courteous, professional and made sure to inform you of everything they were doing. After their services have been rendered they check to make sure no warning indicators show and your headlights, break lights, high beams, blinkers are all in working condition. All of this happens within 10 minutes and I have to say I was quite surprised they did not sell me anything

I busted a tire BAD on woodruff road. THANKFULLY I happened to be right near this express oil change (clearly was being watched over that night!) It was closed but I carefully Moved my car to their parking lot, left a note on my dashboard and got a ride home. I called first thing next morning and explained the situation and hitched a ride back. They kindly checked out the tire for me, did not have the tire I needed but they put my spare on for me for free. They were SO kind about it and I was flabbergasted and so grateful! Thanks guys!

Came as soon as they opened was my first time. Staff was prompt and friendly. The staff had completed my oil change, cleaned my windshield, and did a safety inspection. Price was good a little below average from other places. They started servicing at 8:01am I was out by 8:11am. Will definitely be coming again.

Booked an appointment online, viewing the tires they said were in stock. Get to the appointment for them to tell me they don’t do online appointments and even if they did it didn’t matter bc “all these people got here before you”. Not good business.

Theyre nice people they do a good job

I arrived around 9:30 in my 2015 RAM and asked for an oil change and air filter change. I interacted with 3 different attendants during the process, who were all clean, polite, and well spoken. The gentleman who was going to replace my air filter brought it to my window and pointed out that it was still clean and didnt require changing. I thanked him for his honesty. During the oil change process I remained in my truck, and they also checked all the lights and horn and cleaned the windshield. What was particularly nice was the fact that they didnt try to sell me anything else like their competition does. Since I was first in line, I was in and out of there under 20 min. This is the 3rd time Ive been to this particular Express Oil Change, and my previous visits were just as nice and fast.

Ive used this location at least 100 times for oil changes over the past 13 years. On average they are prompt, efficient, and polite. They have a nice top-up service in which you pull car in between oil changes and they check everything and top up fluids as needed. Women get a discount on Tuesdays, I think.

I was leery of coming based on an experience at another location....but my experience here was outstanding. They even treat one another with “yessir / no sir / please / thank you”, which is a quality of internal respect thats hard to find these days. I appreciate the kind of customer service these guys are bringing to the industry again. It’s like things used to be (exactly the kind of CS I expect at my own business). They didn’t try to talk me into anything I didn’t need, either. Will return & recommend.

Today was my first time ever at express oil change! Casey the manager took excellent good care of me! He walked me through everything he was doing and did do! I work in customer service as well and his customer service skills are definitely on point!! They definitely do not tell you that you need all this stuff, they give you a print out and it suggests things that needs to be done but there’s no pressure put on you. I think I’ve found my new oil place!

Was greeted immediately when I pulled up. Braxton introduced himself and was very professional. My windshield was cleaned, topped off my fluids, and let me know my belts and filter and tires looked great, which I was really stressed about beforehand!! I will definitely be back for all my oil changes!

When I went a little after lunch there was one person ahead of me and the oil change took a total of 15 minutes exactly. Speedy service and they dont seem to push things you dont need. Also they always show the full oil on the dip stick.

This is my third oil change here since I moved to the area in February. These guys are phenomenal. Very thorough and they have great communication with the customers and with each other. In and out in 10-15 minutes every time with no issues. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone I know.

[UPDATE] I still get my oil changed here exclusively, but recently Steve in the service shop was able to help me with some fairly big auto issues. Steve and his team had my car fixed for a reasonable price in less than two hours, and its running great. I seriously cant recommend these guys enough. Some of the nicest mechanics in Greenville._____Get my oil changed and car serviced here almost exclusively. Never had a bad experience. All the mechanics are trustworthy, friendly, and personable. Very reasonably priced.

I use these guys exclusively whenever I get oil changes or headlights replaced. They are quick, professional and helpful. One event that sticks out in my mind was when I had a rattling under my car. It sounded serious so I had made an appointment with Firestone, for around noon. I was getting my oil and lights changed before that. While doing that they told me that the rattling was coming from a heat shield, some metal plate that was loose. They removed it free of charge. It was a bit embarrassing to have to cancel my appointment with Firestone, but I was very grateful that the Express Oil guys had taken that extra step to help me. I like being able to drive up without an appointment, to get these services.

The hours listed are quite difficult to get to if you work a normal 8-5 shift, considering they are open 8-6 weekdays. Today I left work and fought traffic to get there before 6pm. I managed to arrive at 5:49 at the garage doors and there was no line. The young man standing outside looked confused as I was asking what lane to pull into. He was talking to an older man in the garage. Then comes up to my window and lets me know they are done for the day. Then says they will be open tomorrow from 8am to 5:50(specifically). Evidently they dont follow the corporate times there and have modified them to fit their personal preferences. So for anyone looking at their hours online note they are subject to change by the employees.

Best oil change in my experience. I have experienced a lot of oil change places in the last 20 years and this is the most professional one to date. They were quick, friendly, instructions were clear and concise, they checked ALL of my fluids and filters, reported the condition of my fluids and other systems, did a thorough safety inspection, cleaned my windshield and wipers and did not try to sell me anything I did not need. The techs and manager were courteous and the price was reasonable. They offer fluid and oil top offs for free between services. The entire service took place while I sat in the car and lasted about ten minutes. This is my new go-to oil change service and I highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

I immediately thought the oil change line was going to take too long, each bay had about 4 cars and it was a busy Friday afternoon but the crew worked like a team and had me out in an hour. Super nice about it too. Then I was sent to the back for an AC check up. The service crew, especially Michael, did a fantastic job and my air runs so cold now. For a trip to get my car serviced, I was pleased.

I would give negative stars if it was possible. Had our oil changed last week, spent $100. This week we took the vehicle to a friend for inspection before selling it. While test driving he noticed a problem, and thankfully was able to fix it before it caused anything serious. Apparently they did not drain all the oil before adding new oil. If we were not selling this vehicle we would not have known that there was something wrong until it was be too late.

I would give this service station 10 stars if I could. My daughter has been taking her car here for years, and has always been very happy with the service and very fair pricing. Ive always used AAA car care, but you always need an appointment and they are always super busy. I was having issues with a used car that I purchased about 6 months ago, and was afraid that the repairs would be costly. As a senior living on SS and a small pension check, I knew that I would have to save for repairs, so the car sat in my driveway for months. When I took my car for service here a few days ago, l was greeted by several team menbers, and spoke with Steve, service station manager. He asked me to leave my car for diagnostics and would call me with an estimate. A few hours later, and after a bill of less than $65, I had my car back. I will return here for service for my car in the future. Wonderful service, no empty promises, affordable car care, and wonderful staff. Thank you, Steve! I very highly recommend!

Had them change the oil and rotate the tires when I got back in my car it smells like someone had smoked a pack in the car, and When they gave me a price on changing my brake pads they said it would be $200 plus tax and I called waters tire in woodruff and they said theirs is $89 plus tax. Totally tried to take advantage of my wife and now I have to have the car cleaned.

I happened upon this place by accident - I desperately needed my oil change, saw the business, and turned in on a whim. I’m SO glad I did!! Everyone was so polite and professional, and I was shocked when they told me they’d only been open a few days. I’ve never had a quicker oil change - I didn’t even have to get out of my car, so no worries about potential germs!! Can’t say enough good things about this business, and I will CERTAINLY be back.

I took my car in, explained the issue, paid for a diagnostic. About 2-3 hours after taking my car in, they call me to tell me I need a new engine. I did not believe it, car barely had 80k miles. So I took my car to the dealership and it turned out to be a 1500$ fix (still not cheap, I know, but compared to the 6k engine replacement they said I needed here, it’s a lot cheaper). They did not look thoroughly at my car and tried to take advantage of me. On top of that, the reason they said I needed a new engine was perfectly fine, it wasn’t even remotely close to what was actually wrong with my car. Never returning here. Don’t do service at a place you can’t trust. It’s cheap for a reason.

Fast service however I was charged for a replacement oil plug noted as required by Ford by the tech. I later confirmed that claim is incorrect.
