While traveling from Tampa to Kentucky, we decided to stop in Greenville for a couple of days. On the way there, our x5 was not driving quite right. We recently had 2 new tires installed (in Tampa) and when driving at high speeds the vehicle was almost fishtailing. We called Century BMW and drove straight there. Our service advisor, Emily, got us in right away. They drove us to our hotel and kept our car for assessment. We ended up needing 2 additional new tires because the tires installed in Tampa were different from the original tires still on the vehicle. Emily as well as her service technician were amazing! They were honest, upfront, thorough and fast! This is 100% the way a dealership earns and keeps customers. If we lived in SC this would absolutely be our dealership. I’m tempted to drive to this dealership to purchase my next BMW! I would highly recommend Century BMW.

Great car, unfortunately I did not notice the vehicle had two reconditioned ( painted ) wheels. Noticed the day after I drove it home in better lighting…. Rim is flaking form cheap paint and wheel locks are missing. Inspect carefully when purchasing here.

I just want to say out all the BMW Dealers Ive been to from NJ to FL, Greenville, SC is by far the best services I have ever had. Izzy has been a top notch supervisor. I do not live in the area, but have been here twice for service and both times, was excellent. This is my first time going to century BMW and I had great experience. I must admit I was a bit skeptical hearing things from some friends about century not being at the top of the game as expected but that didn’t stop me considering it’s a luxury car place and customer satisfaction should be number one priority. I’d like to say thanks to the entire team and special thanks to Nick Gubitosa. He was a pleasure to work with and it made my first time experience a pleasant one. I had the most outstanding experience today buying a used BMW from Justin at Century BMW! From greeting me when I arrived for my appointment until all the paperwork was complete, he was exceptional in all ways a representative of your luxury brand should be! Our salesman (Kevin) was great to work with. We built a 2021 Mini Cooper S convertible online and Kevin was helpful the whole. He gave us weekly updates on where the car was (my wife is a teacher and her kids were tracking the car on a globe). We live almost 2 hours away so it was nice that when we arrive the car was ready to go. They changed out the shifter for us with no hassle. We were happy with the deal - it went down smoothly.

The service was timely and good. Per the email I was told to sit in car and someone would come out to my car. I sat around 5 minutes with no one coming out. Finally some came out and told me to come in. Other than the initial confusion all else was good. People were friendly and again accomplished the work in a time they so indicated.Would return for future service.

When I initially went to Century BMW, I waited 15 minutes at the front desk before anyone acknowledged me as a customer, although staff were standing right next to me having conversations. However, I remained optimistic about the experience because this was the only dealership in the area with the vehicle I wanted- Mercedes S63 AMG. The negotiation process was fair, however I was not offered pricing on a warranty- only a protection plan which I declined. Usually at dealers, the finance manager will speak to you about warranty options and discuss the pricing/cost, but the only interaction I had with the finance manager was when he swiped my card for the down payment. I guess it was late that evening and he was ready to go. When they printed my temp tags, it was all messed up and I was told to put it in the window. My husband had to make it presentable to use when we got home. They did not care how I left the dealership- just sign and be on your way because it’s late even though the tags are messed up. Well, less than 30 days later I noticed a clicking sound when I make slow turns, so I messaged the dealer and the only resolution I received was take it to Mercedes. He did not offer to say, let’s have our service department take a look to see the issue (I would have paid for it if I had to, but that was not offered to me.) I was told, take it to Mercedes. This was very disappointing to me because I felt a dealer as “prestige” as Century BMW would do what they could to make the customer experience right. I could see if it were months later, but it was 30 days. (I have not even received my tags, yet I am experiencing this with such a major purchase) When I reached out initially, I had already scheduled an appt with Mercedes. When I contacted Mercedes, they were so pleasant and asked if the original dealer I purchased the car from would look at it because it was a recent purchase. When I called BMW (still optimistic) because it has only been 30 days, this was the response I received. Century BMW did not care about the experience from the moment I walked in the door. This is what happens when you give the benefit of the doubt despite your first impressions. I guess since it’s not a BMW, they could care less. My experience, do not purchase non-BMW cars from Century BMW because after the sale is made, they could care less. I finally received my dream car, however this was such a hurtful experience for me- the element of excitement for achieving a personal goal was taken away from me. As I read through some of the comments of other customers experience, some people had great experiences. What is it about me that caused such a different experience? This has been very hurtful.

We were greeted upon arrival for our appointment and everyone was very friendly and efficient in processing our repair. We needed a new key ordered and the rep at parts desk was very courteous and helpful. I am giving 5 stars even though when replacing our recalled airbag, two very small scratches were made on our dash. I did not say anything but this should have been mentioned to us when they brought car back. I would highly recommend this dealership and will return when needed.

My experience was exceptional. Izzy had several things to work out with my car. He did it with ease. I never worried once while my car was in his care for an entire week. He kept me updated every step of the way. I live in both Simpsonville and Myrtle beach, but work in Myrtle Beach. I could have easily left my car with the Myrtle Beach dealership, but have had nothing but good experiences with the Greenville location. Friendly, and probably okay if you have good credit and/or are just there because you like to buy expensive cars, but otherwise kinda lame. The dealer doesnt let you test drive off the lot. Instead, he takes you where he wants to go, then tells you where to drive the car. No highways or hills, and not much traffic. Just a couple of roundabouts in a quiet area. This makes some sense for new luxury cars, but not at all for buying used. Available used cars do appear to be in fair condition, but if you don’t have decent credit then Id say dont bother, especially if you haven’t financed a car in several years. They run credit kinda weird compared to other places Ive purchased from. All in all, pretty underwhelming.

My experience with Century BMW, was absolutely phenomenal. Everyone was so great to work with while buying my car. Even though I didnt purchase a BMW, I purchased an Audi, the team at Century BMW was extremely helpful. Especially Bayne, I reached out to him a few days after purchasing my car, regarding my car key battery and even though he wasnt sure if they held batterys for Audi keys, he figured it out and was able to assist me. Bayne was wonderful, with me purchasing my car on my birthday and it being a special moment for me, he made it even more special with providing a red bow for me to take photos before driving off the lot. My drivers side tire was losing pressure and they kept me informed of the progress and tests performed the entire time I was waiting . I highly recommend this dealership . I do as much as I can myself on my BMW. There are certain things I won’t try to fix myself, and I would rather have Century BMW work on it than anyone else. Their quotes are ironclad, they let you know other things that should be done soon or that they can wait. Emily is very nice to work with! I got a good deal on my trade and a fair deal on a new X3. Everyone at the dealer was great to deal with. My situation was an odd one and they accommodated my needs and stayed open 90 extra minutes. Car was prepped well they even laminated the window sticker for me. The purchase did not involve going into see the Financial manager where most dealers push un needed add-ons on the customer. Very good experience with Century BMW.

Emily (service adviser) and Chris (mechanic) were both wonderful. Emily made sure the entire process went smoothly and that I knew what was happening every step of the way.Chris explained everything that he found on my car and why it need repaired (or in some cases why it could wait if I wanted to spread out the cost). The use of the courtesy vehicle while mine was out of commission was also very appreciated as I was able to keep working my normal schedule.I know dealerships often get a bad rap for service and repair work, but I felt Chris was more honest than most independent mechanics Ive dealt with. Although the staff was friendly, I wouldn’t say it was an easy experience. It took 4.5hrs just to ‘print paperwork’. The car and price was already discussed before arriving at the dealership and although I was told that everything would be ready for me to have a quick and streamline experience, that was definitely not the case. It was a huge waste of my day. I did leave with the car I wanted but it was not easy or quick. Would not recommend especially considering there are so many other dealerships that are so much easier to work with.

Bob Whiston is truly a class act! I’ve had a working relationship with Bob for the past 13 years and I knew when we were in a position to purchase a BMW that Bob would be my “go to” guy. We’ve bought three BMW products this year, mostly because of our relationship with BMW, and also because of Bob. He takes his time and makes sure you thoroughly understand what you’re buying- before, during, and after the sale. My personal experience over the phone and in person was good, but the advertised 2021 pre-owned used mini had mileage of 7m (even had a close up shot of the odometer) but turned out to be 4000+!!! when I arrived to purchase. The website had not been updated. Very disappointing :-(

The check engine light came on my new car over a weekend. I called and was told that it would need to be checked out. I made an appointment for Tuesday morning and took the car on Monday afternoon to leave it . I explained to the service technician that we had a family situation and that I really needed my car soon. He immediately assessed the car to see if it was a simple fix. Unfortunately, it was something that required attention and it would have to be checked out. I left the car thinking that it would be afternoon Tuesday before I could get it. By the time I got home, they had called that it was fixed. When I returned to pick up the car, Nick was so nice about wanting to get my car fixed earlier than the appointment time since he knew I was in a bind. It was a simple fix but it did require attention. That is what I call customer service and I wont forget it.

I recently purchased a 2021 M2 competition from Century BMW in Greenville. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The M2 competition stopped production in June 2021 so I was trying to find one of the last allocations in May. Century did not have another allocation for an M2 but Kristi Raines and Ian Long found me one at another dealership and traded for the allocation. Some dealerships around the country are charging above MSRP for the M2 comp, but Ian and Kristi still gave me a great deal! Kristi also kept regular communication with me while the car was being built. I was so excited when my M2 competition showed up at the dealership earlier this week after my 2 ½ month wait. When I picked up the car, Juawan Etheredge was quick getting all the paperwork processed and answering all my questions about the car. With this kind of service, I will be back for maintenance and when I am ready to order my next BMW.

Century BMW took care of my vibration problem I discovered after the last service visit. I was hoping it would disappear by itself but that wasnt the case. Thankfully it wasnt a big ordeal and I had my car back within 3 days. Hopefully the vibration noise is gone and wont bug me anymore. Thank you!Thank you for your reply! Unfortunately as I drove my car today for the first time since picking it up the vibration noise is back now at a higher miles per hour speed and a steady noise till it drops to a lower speed set.... I couldnt believe it when I heard it and truly speechless, all I wish is to have my car back the way it was before I brought it in for the oil leak. My car is my most precious gift, I love my car to no limits and just want my car working the way it was before.

The service department is simply too slow and too unorganized. I experienced this multiple times since I have a Company Lease car with them. Every time I need a service, a new tire, an oil change, it takes forever and I am wasting a lot of time. It is a frustrating experience and I will not get a Lease Vehicle from them again.
