Service department was great !! Made appt. online...they confirm with txt msgs. O-L-F & tire rotation done very quicky. They had to order some parts & didnt want me to drive my vehicle, for safety reasons---so they put me in a loaner vehicle for over night!! Good communication --- and they always call & give u an estimate before performing any work that is not scheduled. Definitely recommend SVG !!

Had an appointment scheduled to see a vehicle today right after work. Confirmed availability and appointment with SVG rep. Had to leave work early to get to the appointment on time.When I arrived, I was told that they sold the vehicle right before I arrived, but they could sell me a brand new one for twice the price. Very disappointed.
