Good place to work

My brand new deep fryer was defective out of the box. The retailer told us to call this company to do the fix under warranty. I called on Thursday stressing the importance of having this fryer functioning over the weekend. The operator out of Greenville SC booked a tech to come out “possibly Friday and no later than Monday”. No one showed. I called Wednesday morning and was told that they did not even have us on their service call. There was no management available to talk to. The elderly lady on the phone obviously did not care or try to correct the problem as she did not listen to anything I had to say and kept talking to someone else in the background. I am returning the fryer ASAP to the retailer.After 20 years in the restaurant industry, and this company is on our list of top 3 worst appliance repair companies to use. They just do not care.

These guys are incompetent at best. Takes them forever to get back with you. Never use them under any circumstances, they will over charge you to look at the equipment and Over quote for the repairs. Before buying any equip, find out if these guys are the local service center for the equip you are purchasing. If they are the repair center, find another equipment provider. What a racket.

Dont set the bar high... impossible to get answers from and takes forever to perform repair

I have made several calls for service and have requested for a return call on numerous occasions. Technicians never show up. They are not equipped or prepared. NO ONE returns calls. I paid $588.00 for a $98.00 part. Over $200 for labor and over $200 for a trip fee. I still have broken equipment and we are working on a 2 months span! This is ridiculous!!

Waste of money and charge way to much for their services. Besides warranty repair, I WILL NEVER USE THEM OR RECOMMEND THEM.

Save yourself some money call someone else !

Three weeks and five trips and they still dont have the oven repaired. Ordering wrong parts was just part of the problem. They dont call and let you know whats going on at any time. I call and complain that I havent heard from anyone and I get an attitude from them. Go somewhere else if you have any other choices this place doesnt know what customer service is!

No service! Tell you they are coming then never show! Most unreliable company!

Terrible company, will never use at my place of business again. Beware and stay away.
