Despite doing good work, they practice bait-and-switch pricing. Dropped off the piece and was told a price only to get a call seven days later telling me that the price would be three times more than what was quoted. After you drop off furniture expect a call with higher price after they discover problems they didnt see before. They are successful with the tactic because they know you dont want the inconvenience of having to take it somewhere else.

Had table and 4 chairs that needed to be refinished. Got quotes from several refinishers. Greystone had good reviews and had the lowest quote. There were a couple of chairs that had some broken spindles and they repaired them. You cant tell they were broken now. They did a good job, but it does take them a while to finish the project as they do stay quite busy. The final price was $300 or $400 more than the quote.

I emailed the company to see if they buy furniture. I was asked to send a picture, which I did. It has been over 2 weeks and no one ever responded, yes or no.

The price went up considerably between the time I dropped off and the time it was fixed.
