Very nice and clean place. The sales men were great and I fell in love with the bike. The biggest down fall is the wait to pick up my bike. Part of the whole experience is bringing the bike home. Especially after over hearing an employee say they push out side bikes through service first. Still waiting for my bike. Would be a 5 stars if it wasn’t for that.

I took my 2008 Harley to them for updates/Add on new handle bars n ferring...the wires on my handle bars and Brakes are way to Long. They did not give me my shield back or offer it back. My saddle bags has indentation and scratches on them.They are supposed to be professional the work I paid for should have been done Right the first time.i should not have to bring it back to get it corrected.

Stopped in to look. Met a sales man with in a couple minutes Kelton. Very knowledgeable about the bikes pointed out many features. how to identify features and properly use features. Example on some models hill brake assist . talked for close to an hour never felt any sort of pressure what so ever. Would recommend 100%

This place has so many things for free! So I always make a donation to their cause! They really help people. And just seem wonderful! They have events for familys and kids too! Went to their BBQ. Good food. Had some better than your average potato salad! and sour mash was playing. Good music! In the summer they have food trucks on Tuesday nights. You buy your favorite food..mine is Yoshi food truck . and then chill and listen to a band play. Or browse their store invintory.
There is no other Harley Davidson Dealer anywhere that treats its customers so well as does Z&M. No wonder why they have so many repeat clients as it does. You are a member of their family at Z&M. The salesperson came up to me even though I was with my boyfriend, never had that happen when purchasing previous bikes. Finance person was friendly and efficient and parts person knowledgeable. Even the people who sold clothing were all friendly and helpful. Fair price on my trade in and fair price on my new bike.

Z and M Harley is awesome on many levels. I had an oil leak issue. The service team jumped on it. I was in immediately. After an hour they had cleaned up the mess and gave my bike a clean bill of health. I then asked them to change the oil— 30 minutes later they had that done and my bike ready. While they were changing the oil I went and looked at a street glide. One of the sales staff showed me the new 2021 colors of the new bikes. Super friendly, super helpful. This is how H-D should be. If you’re the owner of this dealer and you’re reading this— you have a great store.

Recently picked up another bike off z&m. My salesman was Bob V which is very through in going over details on the bike and any other questions you have hes willing to help or get you the answer he is also not pushy. They gave me the best trade in price and worked a deal I felt was fair and reasonable for both partys involved. Bob is great as far as service he will remain my salesman if I decide to make any other purchases. The rest of the staff is also kind and helpful. Karl picked up my bike and was professional on time.

Bought 2 brand new bikes there in the past 8 years went to try to get a service yesterday that I was heading out of town for 2 months told they were where to busy. I understand that I guess after all after buying the bikes they still acted like they never met me before always treated me like a stranger. Then outside I tried to ask the service manger about something on my infotainment system pretty much blew me off telling me he was old school and not the guy to ask.

I had a wonderful experience at Z&M Harley Davidson. I bought a 2011 Sportster 883 superlow. Every staff member involved was friendly, helpful, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. I have only been riding for a year and staff was sure to give some helpful riding tips as well. Such a great place! They do a lot for the community (fundraising, free events, family friendly).
