We are beyond happy with our new service and machine. Brandon and the boys are top notch. They came got the install done in no time. When they come for their monthly check up of the machine they polish the whole area for you and make sure your running good. Their customer service Is second to none. I can’t stress how much better they are then those bums Ecolab. Best decision i ever made firing them and getting auto Chlor. Can’t recommend them enough.

When we started working on opening our restaurant, Brandon came to our building to discuss the services Auto-Chlor can provide for our dishroom. The building was still empty as construction had not yet begun. Brandon helped us visualize where and how the dishroom should be built for efficiency and correct sanitation practices. It took us a long time to officially open our restaurant due to many building issues that we never expected. Brandon would regularly check in on us and he never made us feel like we were less of a priority for him even though we signed a contract then produced no business for Auto-Chlor for well over a year. Thanks to Brandon and Ian, our dishroom was the first area of the kitchen to be fully installed. They worked so hard in a ridiculously hot building for a couple days and did an amazing job installing everything in a really small space. Brandon’s positive attitude, ongoing encouragement and true professionalism has gone far beyond just servicing our dishroom! He is the best there is and we are so happy we partnered with Auto-Chlor!

First off, i never write reviews but these days , when customer service is at an all time low and in many cases non existent , i feel the need.I work for a gentlemen that owns several personal care homes.Operable dishwashers may not seem like a big deal, however, when it comes to the elderly, things like a common cold can be devastating. Our dishwasher is a vital means of sanitation that stops the spread of colds and flues. so when our dishwashers arent working, it is a really big deal! I cant say enough about this company and the people who work there. They treat every phone call as if it were the dead of winter and it was your furnace that was out of commission. Rick is our technician and he treats us great. He is always showing us ways to save money We know that we can rely on him to give us honest and friendly service, he trains our staff on proper usage and he keeps our equipment going year round. we will never use any other company.

Rick services our dishwasher and brings all necessary supplies each week. He even keeps back-up parts for our specific dishwasher, just in case we should need it. On a busy Saturday, we encountered a problem with our water booster heater. Rick was not working that day, nor was he on-call, but he put us in contact with someone who could help us right away. Rick even checked in on us later that day to make sure our issue had been resolved. Now thats exemplary service!

I have also switched my paper products with them. My bond and thermal paper are now through them. One less thing I have to order is always a plus.
