I had Zoe helping me out and she was amazing!! Super sweet, honest, very helpful. She gave me her full attention and listened to all of my opinions on my dream dress. At times it felt like she read my mind haha. She made it super fun and a great experience. The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is because the store did not have bigger size dresses to try on. I’m normally in between a size 12-14 and many only went up to 8. Which I could not squeeze into therefore I did miss out on a good bit of dresses I would have liked to try on. I’m just taking that as a sign I wasn’t meant to have those dresses. But this may upset many others who are bigger like myself. Other than that great experience!

I worked with Angie to find the perfect gown for my wedding. With Angies excellent expertise, she helped me pick out many options and different styles within my budget to try on. I enjoyed the individualized one on one shopping experience. Angie made wedding dress shopping a very special experience. She also helped my mother pick out a gorgeous Mother of the Bride gown.The entire staff at MB Bride was wonderful and attentive. I would highly recommend MB Bride & Special Occasion to anyone looking for the perfect gown.

I will NEVER go back. I bought my wedding dress from there and the lady I had was not patient at all with us. On top of that, we ordered a belt to go with the dress and they never called us when the belt came in. We finally went it to get my veil a week before my wedding and they handed us the belt that we never knew came in and argued with us about making us pay for it. Then when I got home, my veil was crumbled up in the bag that we had to spend HOURS steaming it to get all of the creases out. I do not recommend wasting your money here. The customer service is TERRIBLE and they do anything to get your money.

I bought my prom dress from MB Bride, and when it was time for me to look for a wedding dress, I knew MB Bride was the only place that would have what I needed. Their selection is HUGE! The staff is awesome too. I had a covid wedding and had to buy my dress and get alterations done in less than a month. Crazy, right?! This was no problem for MB Bride. Allison in alterations had my dress fitting like a GLOVE in under two weeks! I would not recommend any other place to find the dress of your dreams.

This Bridal Store is very professional and wonderful to deal with!From the time I first entered looking for a dress, Sue assisted me with selecting , trying on, and then , ordering. She answered every question and phone call. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant. She made me feel confident and secure.In my experience, I called the store a few times with questions and all of the girls I dealt with were very attentive and helpful as well. It really puts your mind at ease.Recently I had my first fitting with Ira, and I loved her too. Its a big deal who is altering your carefully selected dress and she like the others was so knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated her input. I have not been back for that final fitting yet but, I have all the confidence Ira will do it beautifully! Thank you Sue, Ira and all the girls at MB Bride.

The dress shopping process here was so easy. They let me look through every single dress in the store. The alterations department was very meticulous and precise with their work so the dress turned out perfectly! The veil did come in a little later than I was told it would, but it still came in time for the final fitting so no harm done. Overall great experience.

It was a great experience from looking for bridesmaid dresses to a very unexpected wedding gown. Angie is my sales representative and her personal interest and listening skills are second to none. Angie and the owners went to the most extreme measures to find a special order dress only a few weeks before the wedding. Their efforts were well beyond anything I could have expected. Horrible experience ……. I don’t see the lady’s name at all on the reviews the one that help me at the store but she was not at all meant to be there. Did not suggest dresses pretty bland when I found a dress that I wanted that was clearance I asked how much it cost to fix the zipper because it was broken and she could not except it up and she said I don’t now did not offer me anything to drink I had to ask for it obviously didn’t want to make a sale nor cared Basically gave me instructions not to touch the dress she would put it over my head and was very slow and made me wait each time I took off a dress till she put it back on the floor and then came back to assist me with another dress , I had to ask for water and she brought me a small Dixie cup of water . The dress I was really interested in was the broken zipper one when telling the manager this she just apologized for my experience and didn’t offer to let me know the price of putting new zipper on the dress .

We made an appt and had a dedicated service attendant. She was wonderful.

The location and business is very nice and well kept. For someone getting fitted for a tux their first time, the lady was very patient and extremely helpful in determining the proper sizes. I will definitely continue using MB Bride & Special Occasion for any future events, and I would recommend them to anyone.

My experience at MB Bride & Special Occasion was exceptional! Caitlyn was my consultant, and I felt that she really understood what I was looking for. She provided me with a lot of great options within my price range. This was my first wedding dress appointment ever, and I ordered my dress that same day. They told me that I should expect my dress to take 6-9 months to come in. It ended up arriving about three weeks after my original appointment. I cant say enough good things about MB Bride and my consultant, Caitlyn!

Please avoid MB Bride at all costs.I took my two bridesmaids to MB in May for my October wedding, thinking that would be plenty of time to get their dresses in and altered. I will never for the life of me understand why the saleswoman made my bridesmaids order dresses that were 2 to 4 sizes too big. She assured us that this is the common practice because it’s easier to take a dress in than to need to let it out. We trusted her judgement and went with her recommendation.Months go by, no word from MB on when the dresses will be in. We each call several times and get no tracking information or updates. It was not until the beginning of September that the dresses came in. 4 months later and now we have a few short weeks left to get the dresses altered. Since the dresses we were told to order were many sizes too big, we knew we needed alterations, but of course MB was unable to do them for us (which they had assured us they would be able to do back in May when we made the purchases). My bridesmaids scrambled to find someone to do such major and costly alterations in a short amount of time.This has been an extremely stressful process for all of us as we had so little time to get the dresses ready for the wedding. MB Bride not only did not honor their promise to us, they ultimately ended up costing us nearly twice as much as we should have spent. Again, the salesperson told us to order a dress that was FOUR sizes too big. The alterations shops where we ended up needing to go were appalled by how inaccurate the sizing was. We trusted MB Bride’s judgement on this, but that is not a mistake any of us will make again.

Dresses didn’t come in when I was told they would come in. Then when dresses did come in, no one was contacted until I complained about no one being contacted. Then my veil came in & no one called to inform me, I had to call & ask. & when I called to ask, I was hung up on by an employee. Take your business elsewhere I beg you.

Went to MB Bride for everything for my wedding. Which I was pleased with them up until it came time for my groomsmen to get their tuxedos. All five of my groomsmen had issues with their tuxedos- either not fitting right, things missing etc. I do think one way this business could avoid this would be to order in and have guys pick up their tuxedos much further in advance instead of two days before a wedding…. My husband tuxedo did not come in completely until the day before our wedding, and when he was called to come pick it up they then proceeded to tell him it still wasn’t in and he would have to come back..

I’m a Philadelphian who came here for a friends wedding. The woman who did our bridesmaid fittings forced me and my other friend in the wedding to size up because the dresses they have people try on constantly are “stretched out”. Well the size 10 dress arrived and it is so big on me. My friends is too big as well. And we both now have to spend $200+ on alterations. That’s more than the dress cost itself. Idk why she said what she said. Absolute lie. And these are gowns not cotton dresses there’s no stretching happening here.

Had a last minute dress emergency. The staff was nothing but helpful and was able to get me in a dress despite my wedding being four days away.

Went here because my wedding is coming up and it wasnt a perfect experience. While they have a large selection, the stuff in my price range at the moment was very very small. At max 6 dresses. It really upset me but its not their fault. Sales woman was very nice I just wish I could remember her name.

We had a great appointment to search for the perfect wedding gown. There were so many gowns that I loved seeing them all. The girls who work there are so special and helpful that I would send anyone there.

Was not impressed at all, We came in to find a wedding dress for my best friends wedding, first off soon as we walked in the woman sitting at the desk looked at us like yeah you dont belong here which was totally judgmentally wrong. Next the sales associate showed us back to the room never once asked about budget before they went out to look for dresses She waited till after they went out to ask for the budget, she then proceeded to bring back three dresses that werent even close to the style that my best friend wanted.... The dresses she brought back were off the clearance rack which is fine whatever but they were dirty, one dress even had snags in it and she said they could be pressed out but she couldnt guarantee anything like really? I would not recommend this place to anyone

We bought bridesmaid dresses and rented a bridesman tux from MB. Everything started off great and the attendant who helped us was super friendly. Everything. And I repeat. EVERYTHING. Quickly spiraled from there. I bought a plus size dress. The tag said one price, and when check out they advised there was a $25 fee for extra length. The dress was already dragging on the floor so I asked them to take it off because we would not be needing extra length. “Sure no problem!” I get home and check my email for my receipt to find that the $25 fee is on there and the price of the dress is more than what was on the tag.I call to inquire and was advised that I was wrong. The price on the dress was higher and I must be mistaken. I wish I’d have taken a photo of the tag for proof. I dropped the complaint there since I had no physical proof, and instead switch gears to ask about the mistaken $25 length fee, only to be told BY THE MANAGER, that this is a plus size dress fee, and that it is applied to all dresses over a certain size. Never mind what price tag was on the same size dress I tried on. I said no one mentioned this fee, and I was told it would be taken off because the price tag on the dress nor any employee mentioned a plus size fee. The manager continued to say I was wrong and that it was policy to add a plus size fee. She made me feel like an idiot, and that her staff did no wrong. I was fat shamed for being plus size, and made to feel like a total moron. After complaining and trying to take the fee off she very rudely says “What, will taking off the fee make you happy?” And I said “it sure would be a start.” She did credit me the “plus size fee” but I was not at all pleased with the complete lack of professionalism from this woman. She was an absolute nightmare. Fast forward to the wedding, maybe 2-3 weeks out and the bridesman never received a receipt for his tux that he paid for in advanced. They call the bride to confirm the rental and literally. Every. Single. Selection. Was wrong. Size, color, bow tie, everything. It was finally “fixed” after many calls but the staff was again unprofessional and rude throughout the entire process. This place is an absolute nightmare to work with, and hide disorganization behind a very thin veil of smiles. Stay away, and go somewhere else. It’s the worst.

I had such a great experience choosing my wedding dress here! It was only the second store I had tried on dresses at and I found the one I loved! My consultant Connie and Shelby (who was training) were great and really listened to what I had to say. Connie was great about asking me what I liked or didnt like about the dress and getting rid of it if I didnt like it. Shelby was so sweet and pulled my hair up and fixed it so I could see how it would look with my veil! I would recommend MB bride to anyone looking for a wedding dress!

I had a great experience at MB Bride. My sweet future daughter in law bought her gown here, so I am able to get 10% off of a dress. I actually went to their website and signed up online for an appointment. Within a few days I received a call from Sue confirming the appointment. I also received a reminder text which was helpful! They have an amazing selection of gowns and dresses! I like that you have to set up an appointment because it means they are making time just for you! I was fortunate to work with Sue who was very efficient in helping me try on dresses. She was even kind enough to take a few photos because I was by myself on my first visit. I have narrowed it down to three and am headed there again tomorrow with a friend to help me choose. Its so hard to decide because all three dresses are beautiful and unique! MB Bride is being very careful with Covid. I look forward to shopping there again because everything about my first experience there was beyond a 10! Excellent customer service! I highly recommend! Susan was AMAZING!!! I came in on the 13th with 3 members of my family and she made the experience so much fun. She laughed with us and cried with us. She was so helpful and understood my vision! She was wonderful every appointment. Absolutely 10/10 recommend!

They woman who worked with my fiancé today, 8/7/21 was extremely rude, pushy, and mean. She scoffed at our wedding plans and was visibly upset when my fiancé didn’t like a particular dress she picked out. Totally unprofessional, callous staff work here. If you don’t want to be treated like trash, shop for a dress elsewhere.

If you like to plan and have open communication with people you are working with, I would steer clear of MB Bride.- Susan, the stylist, failed to inform me that the alterations package does not cover all alterations that need to be done to your wedding dress.- The wedding department failed to contact me when my dress made it to the store.-Tina, the seamstress, was not helpful when tailoring my dress, she kept hurting me with the pins and was not careful at all.- Jenn, the store manager, failed to apologize or assist me for the inconvenience MB Bride has caused and hasnt taken accountability for the lack of communication the bridal department and alterations department has.- Susan, the alterations manager, wrote the wrong date of my wedding on my information sheet and when I had an appointment to finally pick-up my wedding dress, said that my date was erased so they didnt make any attempt to call me and ask for the missing information so I drove to my appointment just for them to say that I needed to come back to pick-up my dress and never apologized or compensated me for any inconvenience.Overall, horrible experience with MB Bride.

UPDATE: I called MB Bride based on the response from the owner and left a message the same day the response was posted, which was the day after my review. I have not heard back since. Buyer beware.The staff were friendly but I would not recommend this shop. I originally called them about trying on a dress I saw on their website and was told they had the dress. When I arrived, the dress that the girl brought to me was similar but not the one I asked about. She assured me that it looked different because it was the full length version. I ordered the short version of the dress. I later found out that it was indeed a completely different dress. Two weeks later I was informed that the dress was discontinued but there was another size in the long version available at the warehouse. I agreed that they should order that one since they offered to cover the cost of alterations. When I visited the shop for my alterations fitting, we agreed that the jacket sides needed pulled in. I asked if the jacket could be tapered in the back as well and was told no, it is supposed to flow. I felt that it made me look large. I noticed that the hem pinning on the dress made one side longer than the other and pointed it out to be corrected. When I went back, I asked again about the jacket and was told the same thing. I also noticed the inner lining was sticking out from beneath the lace outer lining. I pointed it out and was told it could be fixed quickly and to wait downstairs. When the dress was brought to me, I saw that the lining still was visible. I went back upstairs but became frustrated that I couldnt find anyone to help. I decided to leave and when I returned to the front desk, two separate women asked with big smiles if everything was good now. I stated that it wasnt and neither asked why or offered assistance, they both went silent. I ultimately took the dress to another seamstress and she offered to correct the hem and was able to pull the back of the jacket in for a more flattering appearance. I personally will not return to this shop or recommend it to others.

Not a good experience! Very disappointed on how my bridal experience went. This was not the first time I have been to MB bride but this was the first time looking for a wedding dress. I was hoping my bridal experience would be different than it was for bridesmaids dresses but it was not. I informed them of my wedding date before the appointment was made and was told there would be NO issue getting a dress in on time. The consultant did not ask for a budget and began pulling extremely highly priced dresses. I was very disappointed that my mother couldn’t even help look for dresses for me but understand the COVID restrictions. After about 1.5-2 hours of trying on dresses, I was informed that no dress would be in on time for my wedding unless I bought one off the rack, which some had stains. The consultant told me that she gets commission off of what she sells me and that’s why I’m assuming she was picking higher priced dresses. I left very disappointed and will definitely never go back.

Was very upset with how my wedding dress appointment went. Was judged the minute we walked in. We want back to the room and told about covid guidelines which was fine but then want straight into looking for dresses, it did not feel personal or like the consultant even wanted us there. When looking for dress was never asked my budget and told me to start looking. When I addressed my budget to her she mediately starting tilling me about the payment plan and how I didn’t have to have it all at one. Told her that doesn’t matter my budget is set and will not like to go over. Then she keeper pulling expensive dresses but showed me the clearance station. Picked three dresses that where in budget but because they where clearance dressing they looked really terrible. The 30mins I was there all she did was try to get me in dress I could not afford. I learned about this place at a bridal show and I asked them what there dress price range is at there store before making a appointment. Therefore I know there was dresses in my price range.

Welcome to a year of stress.. MB bridal hung up on me, when I voiced that they were not very accommodating when it comes to scheduling a bridesmaid appointment . It’s crazy they only allow 3 people at one time per party, but they can have multiple other parties at the same time.I requested 2 appointments at the same time so I could have all of my bridal party in the salon, and she said we have other appointments going on that’s not possible . But we schedule 2 separate times.I assume that you may be missing the entire point of what I was asking , but hanging up on a future / potential client doesn’t look good.I also know other salons that are going above and beyond for brides that are potentially going to be spending a lot of money at their salon.. so I hope that your future front desk manager or staff doesn’t HANG UP on clients in the future .UPDATED : mb bride have responded to my review, I’m so glad that you encourage your staff to hang up on people. I never moved raised my voice I simply stated you aren’t very accommodating , and after looking through your Facebook there are PLENTY of photos with brides who have way more than 3 people.

MB Bride is absolutely wonderful! It was the first store I visited to try on wedding dresses and I ended up finding the dress of my dreams that day!Jenna was my sales consultant for the day and she was absolutely wonderful! One of my biggest fears of walking into a bridal store was being stuck with a consultant that I would be unable to talk to or click with, but Jenna was far from that. She was attentive, respectful, knowledgeable about the dresses, and absolutely great to work with! She listened to what I wanted and really brought my vision to life. When I would feel doubt or had questions about anything, she was always offering great advice and thoroughly answered any questions I had. Jenna truly went above and beyond for me, even if it meant taking a dress off of a mannequin for me to try or hitting the racks with me several times until I found my dream dress. Jenna never pressured me into anything, I felt completely comfortable the entire time and she always carefully listened and valued my opinions about every dress I tried on.When I found my dream dress, Jenna ended up completing my look with a beautiful veil and matching shoes, all of which I ended up purchasing that day with my dress. She truly brought my wedding day visions to life. When I had a specific question about ordering the dress in all white, Jenna and the MB Bride team immediately put a call into the designer to get the exact answer. Having shopped on a Saturday, Jenna called me that Monday with the answer and reassurance I needed from the designer. Overall, Jenna is a stellar consultant that truly puts her heart and dedication into helping brides make their wedding day visions come to life. I visited Davids Bridal and MB Bridal in the same day, and I have to say, without a doubt, that MB is 13957% better. The people there were so personable despite the stress of covid. Connie was great and made the experience really fun. I would recommend it to anyone in the area, and Ill likely be getting my wedding dress from this boutique.

My experience at MB BRIDE was awful. My cousin was set to get married this year. Well due to family issues and covid to top it off we were left with bridesmaids dresses. Paid in full. Now what they don’t disclose is that most of these dresses that are “made to order” are truly shipped in from another store. Meaning that your dress has been tried on multiple times and drug around. I tried to express my displeasure with the manager and she stated that she didn’t care about covid and that policy was policy. On top of a canceled wedding if you pay upfront for your dress you get a discount. We were not offered that discount and we paid upfront. I asked if the store would resell the dresses. She said she would not. I informed her that I would consider store credit due to an upcoming wedding this year but again rudeness and no return of calls because the owner was out on the town galavanting during covid.

I had an absolutely wonderful time picking out my wedding dress at MB. Taylor helped me, and it was a great fit. I came in with no idea of what I wanted and really couldnt answer a lot of the initial questions. I thought it would be a really overwhelming and nerve raking experience, but Taylor had a game plan and really made me feel at ease about my utter cluelessness. It took about three hours to find THE ONE. I must have tried on about 25 dresses trying to figure out what sort of style and look I liked, but by the end I was giggling and swaying in the mirror like an idiot with a ridiculously large smile on my face--and thats when it all felt real. It couldnt have been a better experience.

Excellent experience today with my friend!! She needed a gown and didnt know what exactly she want and THIA her consultant was AAAMAZING. Helped her stay within her budget and still found the perfect gown.

MB bride was the first bridal store I visited in search of the perfect wedding dress. My consultant for the day, Thia, was so helpful and patient with me. She listened to exactly what I did and did not like. She stayed within my budget and did not pressure me to make any decisions. I’d highly recommend Thia and MB bride!

If i could give 6 stars I would! I was able to book an appointment for a bridesmaid dress for only a few hours later after finding out my dress from another store would not be shipped in time for the wedding which was only 2 weeks away. But Elena was able to help me find the perfect dress (and shoes!) which I was able to take home that same day. Couldnt have been happier with the entire experience.

When I got to there location this morning it was like an ice skating rink.all I did was give them a hand putting down some ice melter.the staff told me after I was done with my fitting that my tux was on them.i would do that for any lady that might need help.you you are the best ♥️ the mazary hladney family 👍

I can’t say enough about Jennifer! She was so great. She was friendly, helpful and I felt that she really listened to me. I knew what I wanted and she didn’t try to talk me out of it but instead helped to add to my ideas and make them even better. I started emailing MB Bride during the COVID-19 situation and they emailed me back so promptly and answered all of my questions. I was happy that I was able to have my appointment! They are going above and beyond in my opinion to make sure everything is clean and everyone is safe! I ended up buying my dress there and I can’t wait until it comes in! Jennifer was awesome, thank you!!!!!

Went shopping for my wedding gown here. I was anxious upon arrival but the staff was friendly and very welcoming so I was able to loosen up a bit. Jordan was my consultant. She is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. She immediately picked up on my style and chose some amazing selections for me to try, including the one I said yes to! She was fun, energetic and patient. Im so happy to of worked with her and to of chose MB Bride for my gown (and tuxs for the guys soon)

I had such a wonderful experience at MB Bride in Greensburg! My consultant, Caroline, is absolutely amazing! She was beyond helpful, patient, sweet, funny, and charming. She went way out of her way for me and made my experience there so fun. Its evident that she is very skilled in what she does; shes a true expert. MB Bride had the best selection of dresses around the local area for what I was looking for and I would recommend them to anyone! My experience could not have been better! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I would honestly give 0 stars if I could and I’m also baffled by how they have over a 4 star rating. Today the bride picked up my dress because I refuse to go into the place after my first time visiting and that being a disaster. But I tried the dress on and it FALLS off my body, mind you I have not lost weight. The size of the dress was chosen by the consultant for the simple fact that she told me I was 3 different sizes based on measurements (whom also was rude about it) and pretty sure she chose a size that wasn’t any of the sizes based on measurements. Now I will have to pay for a dress to be altered to fit probably 2-3 sizes smaller than what it was.

My experience at MB bride was more than I could have ever wished for! My bridal consultant Cathy was absolutely wonderful! She was so helpful, knowledgeable, & comforting the entire time. Finding my dress at MB Bride was a great experience. I had 2 appointments there before “saying yes” and both were perfect. I loved that I was able to look through the stock of dresses to choose ones to try on. I worked with Taylor and Ashley and they were helpful and attentive. Ashley was able to figure out exactly what I was looking for and found the perfect dress for me! I would recommend dress shopping at MB Bride to anyone.

Judy was absolutely wonderful to work with in finding my dress and my moms dress. We drove over 3 hours one way multiple times for each of our dresses and it was worth it! Judy reminded me so much of my aunt who recently had passed away. She was a calming influence and knew exactly what looked good on me while also listening to what I wanted in a dress. Thia, my stylist for my bridal dress appointment, was INCREDIBLE! She made me feel so confident and beautiful in the dress I picked for my wedding and made my overall experience fanatic! My daughters and I drove 2-1/2 hrs from NE Ohio, and it was so worth the drive. We found the MOB and Bridesmaids dresses we were looking for and the service was excellent. Kelly took care of us for everything and was charming to work with. Excellent selection and prices. Highly recommend.

I was recommended by multiple friends and coworkers to look at dresses at MB bride and I am so glad I did. The selection of dresses was very large including options in many different sizes. The consultants I had did a great job listening to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect dress well within my budget. The seamstresses were very skilled and my dress fit perfectly for my wedding. They even helped me to ship my dress and veil for my destination wedding and everything arrived well packaged ready to go. I’ve received so many compliments on my dress since my wedding and was happy to get the look and fit I wanted without going over my budget. I have and will continue to highly recommend MB bride to any newly engaged friends or family members.

My consultant Kylee helped me find the perfect wedding gown. She was attentive, engaging, and so much fun! They have a great selection and are very upfront about the process to purchase, order, and alter your gown. I picked a gown and got a great folder and tote with lots of helpful tips on the gown timeline. They also allow you to make payments on your gown - they order it when it is half paid, and alterations begin after final payment is made. Definitely recommend this local shop!

My daughter and I ( mother if the Bride) had a wonderful experience at MB Bride. They had a huge selection of bridal gowns and Mother if Bride dresses. The bridesmaids even found there gowns there in less than 30 minutes. The staff were all friendly. Great place to go! Worth the drive!

Caroline is a keeper! She spent two days with us and within 30 minutes on our first visit she not only was in sync with my daughter but she saved the best for last which ultimately was the dress she decided to purchase. Caroline is extremely knowledgeable and keen on design, textures, and material. She is very personable and makes you feel special and welcomed.
