I am a Confined Space Rescuer, so I came in to try to find some boots and Flame Retardant gear. Lou (not sure how to spell it), the man who helped us find some, was extremely nice! Fun to talk to,very helpful, and knew what he was doing! Great service, and I will definitely be coming back in the future if I ever need to buy FR gear, boots, or honestly anything else they may have.

So much to choose from but the staff is always very helpful and never pushy ! If you cant find it here you wont find it !

Absolutely best motorcycle shop in the area. Decent and fair prices. Usually have most things you could need there and in stock. . If it isnt in stock it can definitely be ordered. Employees are friendly and for the most part knowledgeable. If someone doesnt know exactly what you might need or what you are asking, they point you in the direction of someone who does. The leather there is good quality, work boots, riding boots, and riding shoes all good quality and good prices. If you shop anywhere else in the area for anything motorcycle related you are selling yourself short. Keep in mind they do not accept returns. Do your research and try stuff on. If you want to see if something works for your bike ask them and they will walk out with you to see if it works.. Definitely check M&M out! You wont be sorry!

Always always always helpful, and they know bikes!They can order just about anything even in metric, and they have a wide selection from lights to exhaust and everything in between.Prices are competitive and they offer discounts on many items if not most items.Also they offer clothing, boots, jackets etc.A true 1 stop shop for all of your motorcycle needs and more.

I phoned this company to find out if they had the boot I wanted in stock in my size 12W. The lady on the phone said they had them in stock. Drove after work for an hour to pick up the boots, only to find out that they did not have the boots in my size. The young brunette with glasses working there was very rude, when I spoke to her. I found out it is the owners daughter. She was very snotty and rude. In addition the boots were listed on website for $139.95, but in the store the price was $217.95. I asked why the huge price difference, and the rude girl said “I’m in charge of the website, I’ll need to go on and increase the price.” I wasted an hour driving there only to be treated poorly. Avoid this place.

I will never purchase anything at this place again! No matter what you purchase if you need to return it, they will only give you a store credit. No refunds. I work too hard for my money for customer service like that!

I needed extra wide work boots with composite toes. I was greeted and offered help immediately. I got exactly what I needed and I just had to choose. They pulled them for me to try and they had plenty of choices! Never going anywhere else. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

I got a few set of boots here over the years and this year was extra special! It took me forever to select the right pair of boots. I made this poor girl pull out atleast 20 different pair of boots! She worked with me for over an hour and had not a problem with it at all. Like she said no problem and you could just tell and feel it wasnt a problem! Wish I remembered her name to give props but either way, hands down great job this year ! Staff overall is very knowledgeable on boots per application!

Great place for bike accessories... The staff is pleasant and helpful... would have given five stars but its quite a bit too travel for me and you run the risk of a long wait at the parts counter ... Still there is a ton of merchandise and apparel to browse while waiting.

I went in not knowing anything about motorcycles or helmets. I think it was obvious because a very kind woman guided me through buying a helmet, teaching me how to take it on and off with my glasses and talking to me about What bike I should buy. She legitimately spent probably a full half hour making sure I got what felt comfortable.By the end of the trip I had to give her a hug, I felt so happy and secure that I was buying the right gear for me to start with. The trip to Greensburgh is a bit of a hike but Ill be making that trip as often as I can from now on

It’s a great place to shop for anyone who rides. I live in the South Hills. I travel to M&M for any and all of my gear. They have everything, and are always very accommodating if you need help. I’ve never purchased any parts or tires or other equipment for my bike here, but they have a huge selection of stuff and a parts counter that is lined with thick catalogs. It seems they can find anything you need, if they don’t have something in the store. Its well worth a visit if you are already out at Z&M.

I have been to M&M many times and have made several purchases. It is amazing that I am more impressed on every visit. My wife and I have been searching for a seat for the scooter that made us both happy. I needed room for the boys and my wife needed something comfortable and supportive for her rear. I have bought a couple of seats on line that didn’t work. While at M&M looking for yet another seat we met C.J., she was awesome. She was knowledgeable and understood what we needed. C.J. My boyfriend and I went in to get an idea of what boy he wanted to get. Due to being low on funds we were going to wait until the following week to purchase them. The gentleman ( I didn’t catch his name, I believe god initial’s were JS) who helped us was a saint! So very nice and helpful and told us about the layaway option. He also threw a bottle of boot wax on the house! Couldn’t be happier with their service and I will definitely be going back for a lifetime. Recommended to everyone!

Always had a good experience here over the years. Just stopped to buy 2 pair of boots, was the only customer in the store. After looking around for 15 minutes and no one offered to help me, I walked out. I was in plain view of at least 3 of the 4 workers there, but everyone seemed too busy discussing the Bill Cosby sentencing.Off to Locust Grove.
