As always there usually arent any employees to find. When you do theyre RARELY knowledgeable in anything you need.Selecting quilt fabric is a nightmare. All of what you have is sorted by color. There are so many designer lines you dont even carry.Your quilting supplies are lacking as well.

Havent been there for a long time. Had huge sale in all departments good place to stock up on for gifts especially the fleece

I prefer online shopping to actually going in the store which is really sad. I do actually love to go into the store but just a little never to actually buy anything. every time I go in there the cashiers never know what theyre doing theres not enough there to check out the long line of people and theres always this one rude cashier. shes literally the reason that I wont shop in there. We found some stuff for 70% off and it wasnt just put there by people it was stuck there with signs when we tried to explain to her she refused to believe it until we said we didnt want anything. I then walked out and said I would get my things at Michaels instead and suddenly she was trying to give us sale prices that we originally said they were supposed to be. Very disappointed.

Workers were very nice. Everything was signed correctly. Store was busy, but the employees managed it well.

The store is not wheelchair friendly. Most isles (especially in the fabric section) are too small to get down them in a wheelchair. It has been this way for years (at least since Ive been going there). No matter where we went in the store, my friend was continuously moving things out of the way. Id shop at a more wheelchair friendly store, but Michaels is not much better and there is nowhere else that carries what I need within a reasonable traveling distance.

The cashier was very patient with me in helping me set my phone up to receive coupons in my email. I was very pleased.

Love this store. Has everything you need to be creative. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend shopping here for all your creative needs.

JOANN FABRICS is now taking out double the order total when you place 1 single order until the orser is shipped. However they now have stated within our third e mail a different story that they have 7 to 10 days to with hold your own money even after the full transaction amount has cleared and you have received your package. Sheetz used to do the same exact thing and they were sued for it. Use amazon. They have the smae products and are legitimate and fair with small busineas owners.

The associate was very kind & patient helping me to download app to get a discount on my purchase. She did this without neglecting other customers. She didnt make me feel like a burden or dumb! With this new saving tool I will shop there more frequently! Thank you!

BUYERS BEWARE-If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I had been a Joann’s customer for years. I recently placed an order online for curbside pickup totaling $99.77 and was prompted by the site that my payment information contained an error and to “review information and resubmit.” All of my information was correct after both me AND my husband reviewed and resubmitted several times. The next day I went to pay for a salon service and my card was declined. After looking into my banking account I found that Joann Fabrics had charged me 9 TIMES at my original order total. My account is now at $ZERO dollars and HAS BEEN FOR 5 DAYS NOW. I have spoken to 5 different people, called, emailed, and spent a total of 5 hours on the phone for EVERY PERSON to tell me it could take up to 7-14 business days for reversal. I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH JOANN FABRICS AGAIN. If you like being charged 9x what you’re supposed to pay, keep on shopping online with Joann’s. I’m disgusted and horrified. Not to mention I have multiple doctor appointments for my children this week, automatic bills that come out of my accounth, and every day expenses that I can no longer pay, thanks to Joann’s and all I’ve heard is “We’re sorry. There’s nothing we can do for a few days.” “I can’t reach the department responsible” “Unfortunately, these things happen...” etc. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on. If you decide to remain a Joann Fabrics customer, good luck to you!

The store has the usual products but was picked over. Of course my visit was the day after Independence Day, so its to be expected.

So many craft supplies and great sales.

Lots of everything. No good if your in a wheel chair as they fill the walk ways so you cant even use their electric scooter. Like a huge junk store any more ! No room to turn. Carts full of returns just sitting in isles so you cant get by them. Sales people must not get breaks as they eat while stocking isles

Its clean, well stocked, and it was nice to see them enforce their mask and social distancing rules. WAY TO GO!!!There was one grumpy employee, but there always seems to be that one person who is like that where ever you go.Still cheering for them for trying to make a safe place to shop. Thank you.

I went with friends who are crafters and Im just a crafter for fun. But the employees there were always helpful to see if they could find something for us. Enjoyed looking around.

The Greensburg location is a lot bigger and has more product choices than the Johnstown location but the Greensburg location is not always as organized since it is much larger. I love to craft so I am thankful that we have both locations within an hour drive regardless.

Was able to find everything I needed to finish project for friend.Staff helped find several items and offered suggestions for item that they did not have. Worked perfectly.Will return.

A lot of good selections but prices seen a bit high. Couple complaining that coupons are only good on the weekend and only for regular priced items not what is marked on sale ( small discounts). Need more sales staff. One checkout open for 6 people waiting to check out.

I love this store, but the experiences are hit or miss. Most of the people who work here are incredibly helpful and kind, but I have had multiple experiences where individuals couldnt be bothered to answer my questions or explain changes in how the store is functioning with the pandemic... it seems mostly that management are the ones that dont care about providing customer service. The regular sales associates and team members that I encounter more often are always lovely to deal with... all the same, I think Ill be shopping elsewhere now

I love this store! They are a good variety of stock. Everyone is nice and very helpful. The only issue is that there are never enough cashiers, so you frequently end up waiting in line to check out for more than twenty minutes.

Waited our turn at cutting counter was told just hunt and come back. Then went to front customer service and said I will be right back to assist you. No one came. The school teacher said oh they will help you well they didnt. My daughter is in tears.

When I was waited on the clerk was wonderful! She helped me In every way to help me get the proper supplies! This store was confusing to me for I generally go to one in another city. They did not have the same products that I was looking for. I explained the issue to the clerk and she helped me gather supplies to make my project work! She was so smart!!! Thank you

Customer service is friendly and helpful craft supplies are reasonably priced and easy to find.

My husband and I went there on New years Eve and of course it was very busy. My husband ordered the chicken and I ordered homemade spaghetti. My spaghetti was fine. The chicken ended up being ice cold in the center. My husband couldnt eat it. We informed the waitress and she gave him a new meal. He decided to go with the spaghetti. The waitress was very good and took care of everything. She gave us a discount on our meals. The waitress was also very efficient on this busy night. Also there was only one cook working on this busy night,(one of the other patrons mentioned that to us,)

15+ people in line, and two registers open. One of which took 10 minutes to check out one person. Unacceptable, especially with doorbuster sales going on they should have been better prepared. Service is always so slow here, be prepared to wait. Limited selection of anything other than fabrics

Huge selection of fabric and other items. The store was very neat and clean. Very inviting. The ladies at the fabric cutting station are very nice and have great conversations. Stephan that works at the register was extremely nice and helpful with coupons very great and hard working man

It is a case of the retail workers making company policy and deciding they have a right to punish shoppers with Sonic or electronic devices if the customer spends too much time in the store or doesnt purchase enough.My friends and I no longer go to the retail store. I used to spend considerable time pattern shopping then fabric shopping and looking for matching notions and any new items to include in my stash of sewing goodies. I would note everything down then go home and order online where I could think away from the screaming kids at the store and where I didnt have to worry about how I would carry purchases home while pushing a walker. I buy from other stores online now as they usually also have valuable coupons and sales.Spending time at Joanns used to be my regular monthly treat to myself and I immensely enjoyed being there. That physically capable retail workers would join together and find it within their scope of employee privileges to harass and physically hurt seniors and handicapped customers is, I suppose, a sign of the times, or perhaps just a practice in this particular neighborhood.

Today is Saturday, do you feel like wasting a Saturday? They have one slow moving, very flustered cashier open, one manager on the cutting table and not one other employee to help with the 30 person line. I love wasting time in line due to corporate mis- management. People are walking in and then right back out. This store is definitely struggling. Ill be shopping at Michaels.

Love buying decorations and flowers here. I also LOVE their scrapbooking section so many ideas and variety of products to buy. The assortment is so large and amazing. The staff are friendly and prompt, especially at the fabric cutting table. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I enjoy going in to see whats new. The store is large with an ample amount of merchandise. Its hard not to find what your looking for here.

Clean facility, has a wide range of not only craft supplies but also home decor. The prices are a little on the high side, specifically for home decor, but theres always a ton of sales going on to offset the price I presume.

I made a big purchase last night near closing time, and Casey the younger girl who is the cashier attending to me is so kind and patience even though it’s already 9pm, and help me check-out my items. I just want to give a big shout out to her that she is doing a good job.

Recently went to Joann’s to get fabric to make a tree skirt. The associate at the fabric cutting station was helpful when determining what amount of fabric we needed to complete the project but the quality of the cut is a different story. I ended up losing about 3 inches of material. At $50 a yard losing those inches was upsetting to say the least. Wish the worker had taken her time to ensure a quality cut.

It didnt go so well today. I dont understand why they have numbers at the cutting table when you take one and the system wasnt even used. Im waiting my turn and another lady after me takes a number, claims she only wants to set her bolts of fabric down because they are too heavy. Fine. I dont have a problem with that but the clerk should not assume that shes next to be served. No numbers are called. Im to be next...this is what ticks me off...If your not going to use the number system, get rid of it but dont assume that the next person to be serve is the one at the counter. So, inconsiderate.

I always enjoy shopping here. I bought clearance Halloween fabric and fleece that was on sale. I also bought scrapbook paper normally .99 a sheet for .17 a sheet.

I needed a mat for a picture. The one I purchased was too large. The employee in that department was very helpful. I didnt know they could cut to fit. JoAnns is just like any other craft store.

Everyone loves JoAnn Fabrics! I found the sparkly yarn to make scrubbies there and it was even 25% off! Cant find that particular scrubbie yarn anywhere else that I know of! Fast and easy service. I love Joann fabrics but this store never has enough staff. Waited over 20 minutes in line to pay after finding no one available on the floor for questions. Only one employee on register with line extending beyond the roped off area. When questioned manager stated she only had 4 employees to work the entire store. This is not unusual for this location always plan on a long wait to pay as your time is apparently of no importance.

Need prices marked better. Nice people to help you.

This JoAnns has one of the largest selections of fabric that I have even seen. If you cant find the fabric there you are not going to find it anywhere. The space is big and filled to the brim!

Workers always willing to help. Best fabric selection in the area. Awesome home decor. Wonderful baking section. Informative classes. I cant say enough.

Employees were so helpful with my daughter on her first sewing adventure!

Selection of yarn is poor , shelves nearly bare

JoAnnes is crazy. They have everything. Like if you want blue edible low-carb glitter icing for your cake, theyre all, yea aisle 14 half way down on your left. And buttons. If you need any buttons at all, look no further. Thousands of buttons, people! I usually go here for hat yarn but some times I watch a 4 year old and I find all kinds of cool stuff there for us do/make/paint/decorate. And definitely get the app so you can always have some kind of a coupon.

They have a huge selection and staff is pleasent but the coupons can be misleading so if you have any make sure you read them well.

Love this store, didnt have time to look around but always enjoy going there..picked up a candle light for my window, & extra light bulbs...they are the silicone bulbs I use in all my lights...I hope they dont discontinue them...

Has a good selection of supplies for arts and crafts. They tend to have good sales also. Price is about average to maybe a little on the high side but overall its a good store.

Such beautiful fabric. I really wish they had a better art department, tho, especially with Pat Catans closing.

All of the women there were very helpful and wonderful. They were never far to find either. Highly recommend going here. They answered every question I had, gave me good sound advice on sewing and I noticed that they helped each other and kept the lines down.

Great store. Only issue is that they offer coupons on non sale items but too much is on sale.

They have good sales but their wreaths could be fuller, more substantial. Even Sams Club has nicer wreaths.

Staff is usually helpful. They stock their shelves pretty regularly. They have a better selection of apparel fabrics than other stores. Their yarn selection is diverse and offers all different yarn weights, color, and fiber contents. I would have to say overall Greensburg joann fabrics is one of the best in the surrounding areas.
