Our 2 most recent car purchases, a 4Runner and a RAV4, were made within weeks of one another. We always seem to buy from Toyota of Greensburg ( total of 8 cars) and these past 2 purchase experiences were by far the best. Our salesman, Mike Tell, was amazing. Great Display of EffortWent to buy a used car for my daughter today as they had a couple of nice teenage cars on their lot. Arrived at about 10:30 and walked the lot....3 times!! No one came out to help or direct us to the vehicles. There was 1 sales person who was a young guy checking out his friends recently purchased Jeep from a neighboring dealership. This guy had zero cares about helping us and just kept loving up his buddies Jeep. What a great representation of a dealership!

Went here with a family member to pick up their new car.It was your typical dealership. Doesn’t matter which brand vehicle you by. They all push stuff you don’t want or need.That’s just car buying.The facility was clean. The staff / sales were reasonably knowledgeable.But the financial and the legal people need a bit more training. They seemed lost like it was their first day on the job.

I spent over a week contacting dozens of dealerships and private sellers all up and down the eastern USA. I was open to new, used, and lease. Every time I saw a price that was too good to be true, there would inevitably be thousands in bogus fees tacked on. Fees for not financing with the dealership, fees assessed to every car, a hefty fee for the keys, etc. It was a scam every time. So many dealerships did it that I was questioning myself. Cochran had the same pricing almost down to the dollar but then added a destination fee around $999. Thats part of the supply chain and not the buyers responsibility, but I had given up. A fake $1000 fee was small compared to what else was out there. I was going to buy from Cochran and, at the last minute, contacted Toyota of Greensburg to ask what kind of fake fees they had on their low online price. To my surprise, there were NONE, just reasonable fees related to documentation and registration. Their too-good-to-be-true online price was actually real. I got a 2021 for the best price id seen anywhere, and Greg bent over backwards to help with various things.

Purchased my 2011 M3 from this dealership sight unseen from MA. Worked with Ryan and he made the process simple and easy for both parties. Made clear to what was and wasnt perfect about the car and when it arrived it was exactly in the condition i was told to expect it in. Normally with dealers especially when buying from far away there is lots of guesswork and doubt however this was not the case here. We have bought 2 cars so far from Cory Miller and he has blown it out of the water both times. The first purchase was a 2021 Toyota Camry for myself and then my fiancΓ© got a 2021 Toyota Venza. Although the venza was 45 days away from being delivered when we ordered it, it was well worth the wait. Cory allowed us to test drive the rental venza they have so we could get a feel for it. He is ridiculously knowledgeable on every feature of the car. Ask for him before you make your next purchase, if hes not available, leave him a voicemail. He always called me back within 5-60 minutes. Also, the delivery coordinator helped us one day, I cant remember his name but he is a younger guy. He has a very bright future ahead of him in the car selling game. He was extremely nice and entertaining. Thank you guys so much.

Watch out. Service department is a trap for inspections. I used to take my new truck here years ago through the warranty period. Then after warranty was over I had several experiences with the service department telling me whats wrong with the truck, I decided to look at these required things that needed done to pass inspection, I realized they are not required. Then, this past week I purchased a second hand Toyota truck from a friend and decided to give them another chance. Took it in for inspection... again your rotors need replaced because they have some rust on them, your power steering lines need replaced, your brake lines are rusty, etc. I went back and looked...they are fine. I asked what tolerances they use...they told me and then said it is up to the technician. I said take it down off the rack and I will take it somewhere else. They tried to charge me for the inspection, but I refused to pay and they made me to sign off that these things were bad for inspection or I cant get the truck back. Finally they credited the inspection and I left. I took it to another mechanic, showed him the items, he agreed that they were fine. Anyway....its probably a good place to take a new vehicle. Never Again for something past warranty for me.

They gave me more than other dealerships offered me for my trade,and their vehicle had much more safety features.I have bought a lot of cars in my life,and I will say this dealership was fantastic in every respect.GREG NALEVANKO was my salesman. Greg is about the best salesman that I ever encountered.He has an absolutely no hard sales pitch like the rest of those other sales people. I have a 2016 Toyota Rav4 that I bought used from Toyota of Greensburg. It needed inspected and I had a coupon so I made an appointment. On my appointment day I was running late due to recent surgery, so I called and explained the situation, the girl who answered could not have been nicer ! She told me not to worry and to take my time. When I arrived I must say everyone I came in contact with went above and beyond for me. I am disabled and walk with a walker, the staff went out of their way to help me, very friendly and courteous! My car unfortunately needed a lot of work, they called and explained what was needed, in language I could understand, they told me what it would cost and how long it would take. The work was completed on time and the coupon took off more than I originally thought! Bonus!!! Upon leaving the staff without hesitation helped me to my car and even put my walker in the back seat for me! Toyota of Greensburg will have my business for many years to come!

Baffled by my negative experience at Toyota of Greensburg.After several emails and an in-depth phone conversation, a salesman informed me that he had just what I wanted on the lot. I offered to come that same evening at 2:37 on a Friday, however he suggested Saturday would be better due to the dealership closing at 5pm (I was only 30 minutes away). I arrived at my scheduled time the very next day, waited a little longer than expected too, which was not a problem at all. Was shown the vehicle, went over paperwork and prices only to find out that the car was sold minutes before showing it to me. I signed up for the text alerts and responded to confirm my appointment. I thought I was doing everything the correct way.The salesman literally looked at me and shrugged his shoulders.As if the experience was not bad enough, I was then approached by an extremely rude, ill mannered manager, Marina Stefano. Marina actually rolled her eyes at me as she sat down, flipped her hair and introduced herself as the manager all while leering at me from across the table. She then proceeded to tell me it’s a car business, first come, first serve. I explained that I had an appointment, and was willing to come at any time. I completed all of the steps that Toytoa of Greensburg expected of me, responded to emails, spoke with a dealer, confirmed my appointment, and arrived before my scheduled time; however Toyota of Greensburg did nothing to follow up on what they offered me. I asked if they would be willing to search the system for a vehicle that met my expectations and Ms. Stefano responded with, β€œNot on a Saturday, I do that on Monday.” I think my mouth hit the floor. I understand that it is a business and they are there to make money and sell cars but the lack of empathy and flat out rudeness of the manager was totally unacceptable.Shame on you, Toyota of Greensburg, you just lost a paying customer. If you are looking for a Toyota I strongly recommended #1Cochran in North Huntingdon. Two hours laters without an appointment, they surpassed my expectations. Only 13 miles down the road, check them out.

Early this week I sent an inquiry to ToG about an older Camry that Ive been seeing elsewhere and really like. Ive been looking online for a month, and its been very frustrating, to say the least. I spoke (texted) with Jamie, and I was approved for the purchase. On Wednesday I told her Id like to come out on Thursday. Got no response. I live in Pittsburgh and would have to use Lyft at a cost of $120 to get there. My car died a.month ago and everyone is busy, so I have no ride. Thursday morning Marina informed me that Jamie is off Thursdays. She asked me if I was coming out that day and I said no, tomorrow, because I was thinking Jamie would be the one to wrap things up. I then told Marina that I have to pay Lyft $120 to come out there and asked if they ever deliver. (Never hurts to ask, right?) She came back and said We do not deliver. I never heard anything more from her. Jamie texted me on Friday saying she was only going to be there for an hour. She also said they were going to be very busy since it was the last day of the month. I said maybe Ill just wait until next week, and she said shed have to have a $500 deposit over the phone to hold the car for me. I said never mind, Im not real happy with ToG. She asked why and I texted the whole story later that day. So, everything was fine up until Jamie was off Thursday and Friday and I was left up in the air as to what to do. I certainly wasnt going to ask Marina since she gave the impression that she couldnt be bothered with my cheap old car. Never even followed up with me to see if we could get my deal included in Aprils sales. Not impressed at all.

****update**** Toyota called and rectified the situation. Went in for an inspection last week and I could already tell things were different... Thank you Toyota of Greensburg. I appreciate it!!!!Satisfied with sales, and customer service, but completely annoyed with the service techs. The front end of service is fine aside from not going over tread depth and brake wear like usual, but to go in for an oil change and tire rotation and for the techs to not even touch the tires!!!! Really? They didnt even check the air pressure!! Theres tire sensors on the car so the techs can just look on the dash to see that the tires werent at equal pressure. How annoying to make a second trip from MONROEVILLE the next day just to have them do a job that should have already been done. Wheres compesation for my gas, and my time? Not even an apology from the service guys. Poor front desk service writer had to apologize for them. So be warned, check your stuff make sure the techs are doing their jobs and not trying to pull fast ones on you. If I wanted Walmart quality work, I would have taken it to Walmart. I choose to go to Toyota because I want Toyota quality work. I understand that since I bought my car at Toyota that my service is free for the first 30,000 miles... to my understanding that is factored into the price of the car... So it might look free to the service guys, but the car payment I make every month says quite differently. Thanks for letting me rant.

I bought a certified pre-owned Chevy Sonic here that it turns out had been sold with bare, exposed wiring. Extremely dangerous.For a while I had minor nuisance problems with the car. Mainly, the interior fans would keep running when you turned off the car, draining the battery. It didnt seem like a big deal, as long as I remembered to turn it off. Then this summer, after having the car for almost a year, more major things started happening.The MyLink radio started flashing and rebooting over and over while on the load screen. The entire HVAC system stopped working, except for the fans which would still stay on when the car was off unless you turned them off as well.I took it to my local Chevy dealer Rohrich Chevrolet, as Greensburg is quite a haul from here, and after a series of visits over several months, where theyve replaced HVAC modules and body control modules, they brought me back to show me the bare, loose wires they found sitting on top of the spare tire under the hatchback compartment, touching bare metal. Someone - either the previous owner who sold the car to Greensburg or Greensburg - had ripped out a custom stereo system with a subwoofer and replaced it with the factory gear, leaving the subwoofer wiring and amp connected, fuse in place, still getting power.Rohrich was good enough to consider everything they replaced under warranty, but the MyLink radio is still fried. Im told other more catastrophic failures could have been possible and someone could have been electrocuted. The Chevy dealer said they would mail me a detailed report for anything I might dispute regarding this or if I wished to complain to Greensburg. Waiting on that, but the mechanic did send me pictures of the wires.This has been an ordeal. Knowing that I was sold a death trap should probably make me angrier than I can manage right now. Im more relieved its mostly fixed by a more responsible dealer and that no one got killed.Be extremely cautious. Check everything. Absolutely everything. They sure as hell didnt.

Neither the GM Brian or Maria the finance person had the courtesy to even put on a mast when sitting across from us. My family and I just moved here from South Florida and were due to renew our lease for our Rav-4. We figured that we would take advantage of the holidays to get a good deal. We found Toyota of Greensburg because my parents have done business with them in the past. A little back story, both my brother and father-in-law had worked for Toyota in south Florida for many years. My brother-in-law was a GSM and currently is a GSM for a different store in FL. Literally my whole entire family owns and drives Toyota’s. Now for my experience with Toyota of Greensburg. Our first time in the store we were introduced to our sales representative Mike, who was a genuinely nice young man. He dealt with the difficult situation of us having a lease from a different state and was very patient in figuring the in’s and outs of what we need to do to get the deal accomplished. He initially gave us a quote that was out of our price range for the vehicle that we wanted, A new Rav-4. We did find it a little weird that they did not try to negotiate, basically a take it or leave it. That did not work for us so we decided to leave. We spoke to my brother-in-law about our experience and he asked for their number so he could call. When he talked to the Sales manager Marina he asked them as courtesy, what they could do to get the deal closer. Mind you, the initial deal was $0 down $389 @ 15000 miles 39mos. She as courtesy counter offered a deal of $369 @ 15000 miles. That’s when my brother-in-law asked what she could do at 12000 @ 39mos. She said she could do $0 down 12000 miles for $353. This was this past Monday night. We decided that we would concede and take the 12000 miles so we could be closer to our original number, give and take. Now it’s Saturday, we get to the store to finalize everything and were told that we needed to switch our insurance over first to get the deal done. This is understandable due to moving from another state. They were extremely busy given the end of the year and they are not open on Sundays, so we had some time to burn while the deal made its way to finance. We left and got the insurance sorted out and waited for the callback to come and sign the papers. Once we got back, we started to sign the papers. That’s when the finance lady told us that gap insurance would not be included. This is not something that we have ever heard of. They told us that it was a Pennsylvania thing. That of course was surprising to us but nothing compared to what happened next. The finance lady then says, β€œso this is for 10,000 miles.” We said no, that absolutely was not the deal. Everything then began to fall apart. The sales manager Marina came in and said that is what was discussed. First off if that were the case, why would her sales representative come to us with the deal that was discussed with my brother-in-law and her? At that point I said we are done here. We walked back to our car and ran into our sales representative Mike who was equally taken back. He was also on the same page with the original deal $353 @ 12000 miles. He apologized and changed our plates back. I went back in to have a conversation with the Sales manager who by then was ready to argue. It just happened to be in front of the General Managers office. That is when we went into his office to talk. She proceeded to lie about the deal in front of him. At that point I didn’t have much to say other than this was bad business and I’d be leaving a review. At that point I got my brother-in-law back on the phone so the 3 of them could talk. My brother-in-law laid out their conversation in detail only for her to interrupt and tried to talk over him. It was apparent that she was in damage control at that point. At the end of it all, we decided to walk because regardless of what they had to say, they would not get us to our number. In the end, they wasted our entire day and due to the end of 2020 deals ending Monday, we will also miss out on those as well. I will absolutely never do business with a company that lacks integrity. I implore you to do the same!

The Manager, Rob Henry, has gone out of his way to help me with a warranty problem on another vehicle. Had a new frame installed on my Tacoma here. The brakes werent bled and when I told the service snake last name of Henry about it he said I needed a 1000 dollar brake booster . Then he proceeded to tell me what a huge favor Toyota of Greensburg did me that this was a 15000 dollar frame job I got for free. Update 5/18/20:The response from the dealership below is all for show. Ive sent two emails over the last 7 days to Mr. Moore, and havent received a response.I purchased a BMW two weeks ago from Toyota of Greensburg. Everything went smoothly until it was time to drive the car off of the lot. It was not until that point I was informed that the vehicle only had one key. A local BMW dealer has quoted $425.00 for a replacement key. An expense that large required to make the vehicle right, should have been disclosed up front. Its certainly a material omission. I would have been willing to split the cost of a new key, but several inquiries to the sales manager have been ignored.Its ridiculous that you should have to confirm that a vehicle will come with TWO keys, but it seems you need to do that at Toyota of Greensburg.

Wish I could rate zero stars. This organization mislead my wife and I twice on our purchase of a 2019 Toyota Tacoma. We were told first that they could take the Predator Step running boards off of one truck to be placed on ours and it would be ready when we signed the paper work the following Monday. They also said they would include the cost into our financing. After all the financing was complete we got our truck only to be told they are ordering our running boards and that we would have to schedule an appointment to have them installed. Frustrated but we agreed and took the truck home. Tuesday we called to have them scheduled to be put on. Wednesday they called us and told us that we would have to pay full price out of pocket for the running boards because they forgot to add it to financing. I called to speak to the sales manager, Corey. I left a detailed message and nearly three days later still no returned phone call. Now we had to pay out of pocket for something that should’ve been included with financing. Completely unprofessional and a bunch of scam artist. I highly recommend everyone not only go to a different dealer but maybe even consider a different make of vehicle.

I showed up to my appointment on time was greeted right away they took my truck at my appointment time told me I would have to wait 1 hour which seems like a lot for an oil change and tire rotation. One hour and 35 minutes later I asked the cashier if she had my paperwork. She didnt. I looked in the lot and my truck was there.I went to the service area and asked what was going on. Someone waited on me and found my paperwork sitting on AJs desk. AJ was not around.I then checked out and left but was very disappointed with that service my time is valuable to me and if Im respectful enough to be there at my schedule time I expected to be treated with the same respect. I was also told my truck would get a free car wash that didnt happen.

My son calls standard service visits Toyota Party. There is a special Toy Room with its own TV for kids. The waiting area is very comfortable. Coffee machines.The service people are prompt, polite, and professional. The service visit ends with a wash. I believe they also have a courtesy van available. But who would want to leave?

Yesterday was my first visit to the Toyota of Greensburg Service Center. I bought my new 2019 Toyota 4Runner at Toyota of Greensburg back in January. First off, Brian Dowling was a very helpful Service Advisor. He walked me through and explained the 5,000 miles service recommendations. Even though he did not know if the Eco bar could be removed from my dashboard, he was able to talk to a technician and solved the problem. He also had my FOB configured to roll down all the windows with one button for no charge... which I appreciated. Everyone was very helpful and personally walked me through the drop off and pick-up process. My vehicle was inspected and checked over in a very timely manner and I was only charged for emissions and sticker... which was explained to me in detail and again, greatly appreciated not to be nickeled and dimed for basic service.On the other hand, I was disappointed that the alignment machine was not working properly, so I was not able to take advantage of the complimentary wheel alignment offer, since I recently put new tires on my new 4Runner.But, I was shocked when entering my vehicle to find dirt all over my running board and inside my drivers side door. I keep my 4Runner in pristine condition. Finding my vehicle in this condition after service at your dealership was very disappointing. I hope to find my 4Runner in better condition as I continue to be a new loyal customer with the entire Toyoya of Greensburg experience, and receive the excellent service that you are known for at Toyota of Greensburg. Note: Service Manager has not replied to my email.

After my last Toyota gave up after 225,000 miles, I went to the dealership without my heart set on anything. I just knew I needed a car, NOW! I told Stefan my requirements - price, gas milage, full financing, and need immediately. He asked if I wanted to go walk the lot and look at cars. It was freezing, I did not want to do that. Within a few minutes, he had two cars on his computer that met all of my needs. After test driving both, he gave us a few minutes to talk. I picked one and Toyota arranged financing. I left happy and it didnt take the entire day. Toyota has even fixed the chipped window and antenna without a hassle or charge. (I did purchase the warranty I was offered). I will return again. This was the second car I purchased at this dealership.

I had very good experience with buying my new truck there and I recently took my truck in for the 1st 5000 mile check and intermittent transmission operation. I reviewed my transmission concerns in details with the service manager and I was told it would be checked. After service was completed, the service manager very honestly explained the transmission operation (good and bad). Unfortunately after returning home, I read the service report and there was nothing about the transmission being checked or customer reporting intermittent operation. I was very surprised the dealer is not properly recording service or customer concerns.Update:2 star changed to 4 star. I was able to get updated report to include transmission symptoms and service testing done. Service manager explained what is next if it’s a reoccurring problem.

They must do well because they are the #1 Toyota dealer in the area but their business just isnt for me. Too much back and forth between the salesman and his managers to try and get you the best deal. Spent 2 hours there recently where they kept give you more for your trade when all they did was increase the sale price of the car I wanted and increase the trade. . Salesman didnt seem awful but I dont have time for their back and forth style. Ive bought 3 brand new toyoto vehicles in the past 5 years and Ive talked to Greensburg each time but ended up purchasing somewhere else.

Came in to look at a new truck after my old frame rusted out. Toyota stood by its warranty and i got a good trade in. Test drove a Tacoma TRD off-road, came back a week later to buy it. My frame was under warranty so they had to cut the bolts off of my side steps to replace frame. No problem. I didnt find out until I arrived and the steps were in my bed. When I asked about it and if they would put them back on for me, the customer service rep said they didnt have bolts. What kind of garage doesnt have bolts or a way to get bolts. They could have called me to ask if I wanted them to buy the bolts. I would have gladly paid. They called to tell me they could 1300 dollars worth of more work but couldnt mention the bolts. Oh and this was after they backed into my truck and had to get more body work done Kept it for another month. So I was told it would be 2 weeks or less, ended up being about 2 months and I didnt get my truck back the way I left it. I would take to Johnstown. Customer service is much better

I scheduled a test drive online. They found exactly the car I wanted to try out and are open in the evening on most days of the week. I was in the car, trying it out, about 10 minutes after I arrived. (The Prius Three is a nice car, by the way, and what I think I am going to go with.) There were no high pressure sales or offer only good today type of things before, during, or after the test drive. Will be buying my car here.

As soon as I walk in the door I was greeted by a sales person. I told him what vehicle I was interested. We jumped on the golf cart and found it. Took a test drive and then negotiated the price.It took a while to finalize the paperwork,the accounting department was backed up. Besides that everything went pretty smoothly.
