Rafael and Cindy are very rude. Rafael doesn’t seem like he really knows what he’s doing. I came in to get my registration for my vehicle and they gave me the run around. When it finally came down to filling out the paperwork Rafael thought my car was registered to someone else. Cindy has to come over and tell him what was going on. When I had questions he looked over to Cindy for help. Cindy made it a point that she’s been working there for 17 years so she’s got it figured out. When she was explaining things to me, not wearing a mask, her facial expressions really give off that she doesn’t want to be talking to you. Her elongated words and hand movements are off putting and just rude. 17 years of unhappy employment apparently. Rafael had me pull my car up to the curb so that he could verify the vin even though my car was the first spot in front of the building. No big deal I did it. He came back in did some more paperwork, then asked me to move my vehicle out of the fire lane because it wasn’t aloud to be there. When 2 minutes prior he told me to move it there. I moved my car back to the same spot it was previously in. Walked back inside and he told me to go outside and check the mileage. If I’m getting title work done, shouldn’t the person filling it out verify the mileage? He said “If you want this paperwork to be finished today, I suggest you go outside and get your mileage.” Not a word from Cindy still playing on her phone. Only talking when he looks to her for help. I walked back outside and got the mileage for him. Then it took him another 20 minutes to finish everything while I was standing there. Mind you, I had to exit the building to make a phone call I was told while he was doing paperwork for me, but could stand there for 20 minutes while he was doing paperwork not on the phone. Cindy was sitting 2 computers away from him on her phone listening to the whole thing and how rude he was being. I’m sure this wasn’t his first day so shouldn’t he have known that he was going to need the mileage to finish the forms? I think he did it purposely so that he could have control of the situation, I’ll give him that. $231 later I still don’t have a registration in hand and now I’m right back where I started. This office is a joke and they are rude. I’m taking this as high as it needs to go.

They screw up on their end and even admit it and Sinequa ( from corporate) has the nerve to say yes we messed up but there is nothing we can do to even try and help the situation. Great way to run a business.

My rates have never went up and have in fact went down quite a bit, I pay for 6 months at a time and its perfect and highly affordable! My questions are answered fully instead of getting the run around! My last insurance company I was on a monthly plan yet I would get a bill every 2 weeks and it went up over $100 in 3 months so I was worried the same thing would happen again. I am extremely happy with AAA, payment and customer service wise!!

Went to get a Title transferred and the lady working at the Greensburg office (Diana) was very rude and snippy. Very Unprofessional

I got passport photos here. Staff was super nice! I am a member for a long time. And I really like having AAA. I would recommend having AAA for ppl who travel,senior citizens that still drive,and it makes a great gift for someone!

My wife went there for notary service. A title transfer and power of attorney for our car insurance company. The two women that worked at the notary did not know how to do a title transfer. I even sent a sample page from the insurance company instructing them what exactly was needed. They were very rude and sarcastic. They tried embarrassing her for not knowing where to sign and what to fill out. Youre supposedly the professionals, do your jobs! Or just read the sample page I sent along! She has been a member for over 20 years. Seriously thinking of not renewing this year.

The actual workers in the field have always been great. AAA has hidden policy to punish you for too many calls, even if you lock keys in car, which takes 5 minutes, is a strike on your account. Some unknown number if strikes and your membership drops to the cheapest basic membership when I had the most expensive for RV and motorcycle coverage. But they wont tell you the rules of their game.

Worth having towed us out of trouble quit a few times and even brought us gas and unlocked my truck when I locked my keys in with it running , also have insurance now just changed to it got more insurance and cost less so far so good stop in and check them out

We booked a cruise for Aug.2020. They didnt explain things very well.They dont get back to you promptly, if at all.

It beats waiting at the DMV and better hours but you have to pay a yearly fee for something you use ones every few years.

I have the top of the line triple a service and my truck broke down in a entrance a hr from my house i called them and they said they would be there in 45 min and know one shows up i called back a hour and thirty minutes later and they say there to busy and they sent a cop out to where i broke down at and he ask for my lisecenes and then said he cant do anything so now my trucks a hour away from me in mcdonalds parking lot i sat for 4 hours and finally got a ride and they called me 4 hours later saying none of there truck drivers would come out i work 12 hrs and had to sit 3 hrs just to get a call saying they dont have anyone whilling to do it so why do i pay for triple for horrible service and they want me to pay out of pocket to hire company when i paid them to do it its the biggest joke ever

The web site a pain to use. Just for basic info you have to sign in with password.

I ran out of gas and am sitting and waiting for them to bring me gas I am running late for work and sitting in a hot car luckily I got my windows down so its not to bad. I just hope they get here soon it should not take an hr to get here.

Better office than the White Oak office, dont get your passport photos done at the White Oak branch because they wont get approved at the post office when you apply for your passport, let the post office take them and I recommend the Irwin post office for getting your passport.

As far as helping to unlock my door ,good thing I was at a Dr office it took 2 hours ! Need towed and it took 5 hours for a tow truck!! I broke down in Greensburg they called a tow truck to come from Uniontown!!! The policeman was not happy about it! He even talk to them ! Well I feel they do get you help!!! But by snail service, better than nothing !!

Was waiting for over 3 hours in the cold waiting for a tow. Kept giving me the go around. Never ever using this company again.

Purchased a gift membership for a family member ,specifically requested they not notify the recipient until after Christmas becasue it was a present. Found that the recipient received a congratulations membership email about 7 minutes after I purchased it !! I hope they respond that fast with roadside assistance !!!
