This shop is absolutely the only place you should be bringing your car after an accident. I had a 2014 Hyundai Genesis Coupe repaired here and I am overly detail oriented about the car. The front of the car had been hit while it was parked and I was extremely nervous about the repairs. From paint matching to body lines gaps, the car looks 100% perfect. Jason and the rest of the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. This is the ONLY place I will be bringing my cars should they need collision repairs in the future.

I highly recommend this company. The Collision Shoppe is the only place I would take a vehicle. Their customer service is second to none. Over the years I have used Jason and his excellent staff of professionals 4 times total for both my personal and work vehicle repairs. The paint job looked better than I ever could have imagined. No difference in appearances between the parts they replaced and the original paint! I found their office staff friendly and courteous. The one repair was very extensive. Their office worked seamlessly with my insurance company and made the process stress free. The office also kept me informed of the progress which I appreciated very much.

Had estimate done here a while back after I was hit, minor damage. Girls in the office were nice but seemed preoccupied. I sat and watched the estimator ignore me even after they told him I was there for an appt. Fifteen minutes later, he confirmed a few details, wandered around. Took pictures. Clicked on the keyboard for a bit. Then half heartedly explained the quote. Maybe the great customer service is only reserved for the big dollar jobs. Either way, shop around!

Everyone there was really friendly and explained everything to me so the process wasnt overwhelming and confusing. They got the work done earlier then expected and did a great job.

I stopped by to get an estimate on a very small issue. A gentleman there took the time to explain what needed to be repaired even though the work was not going to amount to very little money.

I will never ever take a vehicle anywhere else for body work. The folks here are outstanding, their work is second to none, and they treat their clients like family

The entire staff here is incredible. They are so friendly and helpful. They made my whole experience easy and stress free. The technician that fixed my car even called me to tell me I have free oil changes at the dealership and asked if I’d like to use one!

They offered to arrange for my rental car, kept me updated throughout the process, and fixed my car faster than expected. They also worked very well with the insurance company, making better progress with them than I could. Finally, when I went to pick up my car, it was completely clean inside and out. They cleaned my car! I wasnt expecting that, but what a pleasant surprise and a very nice touch. I know that kind of service isnt random. This is clearly a well-run company with a vision of customer care that is consistent across every department. Leadership is apparent, as is quality training. I highly recommend them.

I have always dealt with dealer collision shops and after my experience here..well to say the least Ill be coming back if an unfortunate event that need professional service. Let me just say there was a little misunderstanding and when it was brought to my attention things were fixed with no worries..and to add that the shop owner Jason personally called me to assure things would be taken care off and eased my concerns through the whole process. Friendly staff and great work done here. just picked up my 2016 Subaru WRX and I think it looks even better than it did before the accident. Also very thankful how they worked with me with some of the aftermarket parts I had put on my car. Have worked with this family business before and they always do a great job but hopefully I dont have to see them anytime soon. Thanks for taking care of my baby!

High price, told me pre and post scans were mandatory, which is not true ( recommended for collision which impact electronics per toyota ... not for scratchs), wanted to unnecessarily tear vehicle apart because this is only way to warranty even though I did not ask for a warrenty then hung up on me for questioning practices.
