Hadnt been in Greenfield store in years. Found some popcorn for work & home snacks. A new ceramic microwavable soup mug & some no salt spice rub. Looked for small recliner found two, floor model of one wasnt in good shape, but the size, make & ulpostery where suitable. Slightly overpriced, will need to shop a sale. Both good brands. Im very short, its very hard to find appropriate priced and sized furniture. Nice selection on beds, bedding, (not mattress pads) blankets & pillows. Its where lots of foster parents obtain beds & bedding for foster kids. Clothing selection very limited, no PJs.

Staff was VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY!!! THE gentleman helped me with loading a mirror to my car and helped me with all the loading!! THE others were helpful and friendly too!! Cudos! I appreciate the great service!!@

Big Lots has done a great job handling the pandemic. I feel generally safe shopping here. Employees are properly masked and customers are encouraged to social distance and required to wear masks. Store is neat, clean and well stocked.

The store is always clean and well organized. You can find unique and interesting stuff, and sometimes get really good deals on clearance items.

You never know what you will find here, so its necessary to check back - Often!

Checked the store put the other day... Im a bit indifferent on my views on this place.Furniture was priced on par with all major competitors which was disappointing because i remember big lots as a discount chain where you are supposed to be able to find good deals... and the good deals may be here but not with furniture items

Nice place to shop. There is a wide variety of foods, clothing, furniture, household goods and plenty more. Prices are lower. Employees are very nice and add a special touch to the store.

I absolutely LOVE Big Lots. Years ago, I remember it being more of store that carried overstock/discontinued items. Not anymore tho. They have lines they carry that I find to b very good quality. The furniture/ home decor areas are my favorite... Very nice, well made, original items. I do think they can be slightly pricey tho at times. Its also been my go-to place for Bluetooth speakers, power packs, etc and they have always outlasted ones bought from anywhere else. I can always find cool stuff there I dont see elsewhere and I like that. I will ALWAYS recommended Big Lots!!!

I love going to this Big Lots!!! Theyve remodeled and certain aisles are still being stocked and seem to have a ton more name brand items then before but still at a great budget friendly price. And their rewards program is awesome!!

We went shopping Sunday for a sectional. Went to Big Lots first. We found one we liked but was not in stock. We were told we could be put on a waiting list with 10 percent down. Most places have wait times of month or more for furniture. I asked if we would get money back if we found something else they said of course its our fault its not in stock. So we found something else that was actually in stock. I went to get money back and was charged a 5.00 cancellation fee. If I had known that I wouldve just looked around more without putting my name on their waiting list. Not happy at all about that!!! Its not alot of money but let us know we will be charged 5.00 for cancelling!!

Its a little messy some days, but I love the prices for the kids bedroom stuff!

Big Lots is a wonderful place when you are looking for that onething no one else carrys.it is always fun to just wander around to see the new seasonal items that were recently put out..The furniture at Big Lots is really good furniture (Broyhill).I am always greeted with a smile and the staff are always helpful,cordial and are knowledgable about what they carry in the store..in my opinion BIG LOTS is a good place stop at when you just want to kill time and look at something new..Who knows you just might find that odd item you have been looking for.Thank you Big Lots

I have to return alot of stuff because its not what it says it is. New Manger wasnt friendly at all, I think she was prejudice because iam white or because iam a senior

They still had sell prices advertised for water, and dr. Pepper, they didnt ring up that price, so we had to wait an additional 10mins just to get the price as advertised. You stay 6ft apart in line, but at checkout you are virtually right next to the other person. So whats the point.

Was having a problem and all the staff was very helpful and nice except for a bad apple. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. She ruined my whole experience.

This is actually a fairly nice Big Lots, unlike others Ive been in. They do their best to keep it clean. But since it is basically a clearance store that attempts to sell what other store couldnt sell, most people treat Big Lots as a junk store. This one in Greenfield gives a bit of a ray of sunshine on an otherwise dismal, gray chain store.

Needs more furniture choices

Had not been in this store in quite some time. I was blown away. It was organized, clean, and very much a really good surprise. They had a great choice of furniture for the whole house along with everything anyone could want to decorate their home, room or office. My friend and I have made plans to do our Christmas shopping there. She found the cast iron skillets she had been searching for and I found the cake pans and bathroom rugs I needed in the color I love. A very nice surprise that this store was so clean and organized. Definitely not the same store it was the last time I shopped there. Worth the time exploring this store. Staff was helpful when asked questions.

Its okay. The prices arent as great as you would think since it is supposed to be overstocks and buy outs from other stores. Their prices were better years ago, but something has changed over the last few years. I do find occasional deals here.

Very patient and helpful! Unfortunately I was one of those customers you hate... Come in at 15 till close browse 13 1/2 minutes on stuff you wasnt there for and have enough nerve to come to the counter put your things you didnt need up there and remember what you actually came for and need directions to the isle.. Wish I said never mind when I realized I was being THAT customer... Lol

Big Lots has changed. The have moved from being named brand overstocks, to low priced imports. I miss finding high-end product at bargain prices.

Big Lots in Greenfield, IN, was great. Had everything we needed and then some. Very clean, neat, spacious store, with efficient, friendly staff. I recommend it!

The Big Lots staff was very helpful....especially when the Serta Stay mattress was defective. I was told to take it back to another store which had it in stock.....no hassles! My mattress was ready for pick up at new store.....showed receipt and I was on my way. P.s. Replacement mattress was perfect!

The Big Lots is marine field is not like other Big Lots stores. It is Well organized as lots of room to walk around and browse. The people are friendly and helpful. And have a good supply of stock on hand. I would suggest if youre in the market for a great Christmas gift going to Big Lots in Greenfield.

Stores employees are always kind and the store is always clean. Best place to buy your paper goods trash bags and pet supplies. They have all there Christmas stuff out took a walk through to get ideas what I want. Prices are awesome. Wont go anywhere else to get my paper supplies been getting them here for years. Plus prices good for everything there too.

I really enjoy big lots. I love their home decor, and its a really good place to look for gifts when youre not sure what to get someone. I run into the coolest finds here. My ONLY reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the staff is really impersonal, sometimes borderline rude for no reason. But that doesnt stop me from continuing to shop there.

To me big lots will always be a store that offers products that are somewhat affordable. I do not see and have not seen any high quality product in their stores. We have bought everything from food to furniture from big lots and we do so at times because of the price but never because of the quality. We bought an oversized recliner from them and after about 3 months it started ripping on the seat. Of course after 3 months you cant take it back and they could blame the rip on the user. I also bought a portable heater that just plugs into the wall to give you immediate heat. I had to take the 1st one back because it was not connected to the base at all. They exchanged it no problem and the 2nd one I got worked for about 2 months and then died. You can go there and buy dishes and linen, things like that, that will stand up to time but if you go in there to buy an electronic item or some furniture, something in that range youre basically going to get what you pay for.

I purchased several big pieces of furniture tonight. A couch, outoman, two dressers, and an entertainment center. This woman helped me the whole time I was there with any questions and even helped us load all of our furniture AFTER 9:00pm. Very helpful staff, much appreciated!

Was very disappointed. Not handicapped accessible as far checking out with card pad. No electric carts. Wheel chair one only and it was very hard to self push. Prices to high. Applied for card. Girl did not offer assistance i could not see pad put in wrong info and was declined. Should not have been. Just not happy at all to hard to get around😞
