There’s the pharmacy worker Elian and SarahThey said that your ibuprofen is doesn’t cover your insurance. So I call Emergency department or Froedtert&MCW they said tell them the pharmacy call us and switch medication your insurance coverage. Elian doesn’t want to call Froedtert&MCW Emergency department. When I talk to him he is angry to me in front of the customers.

The staff here was helpful and speeding at the register. Some of the things I was looking forward not in stock so that was frustrating, but for the most part I found what I needed and the service was quick.

Had issues on two most recent photo orders. On some return address labels, one of two pages is completely off center so they cant be used. Since these are relatively cheap I just kept them. Then I ordered various cards. After buying all these the prices became comparable to online invite shops. Anyway, the quality was awful. On two types of the cards they left white strips where the design wasnt aligned. Text was cut off from the card completely.If they couldnt get the design lined up for some reason I wish theyd at least tell me upon picking them up rather than handing me the package and letting me find out at home that the cards were unusable.

I pick up my prescription every month, and every other month they give me complications about my insurance cuz they dont know how to bill properly. I always end up hours on the phone with my insurance and they always say it they cover my meds there is no problem that the problem is on Walgreen end. So I waste so much time getting the run around.

Pharmacy staff are very rude and dont do their job! Meds arent filled when they are supposed to be and if you need a pre-authorization they wont contact you or the doctor. They want you to go in apparently to find out and make their customers angry! I will be switching to a better location!

I’ve been coming to this location for probably almost 30 years. This morning, was followed around the store by multiple employees, almost instantly. They hovered around me wherever I went, pretending to be genuinely concerned about helping me, asking again and again if they could help find something. It’s 4 aisles, I’ll be fine. Then police show up, giving me some story about fitting a “description”. A description of what, a Walgreens customer? Yes, that’s me! As they leave I see one of the workers come back inside. Thanks for making me feel like a criminal, as I shop for diapers and candy. Hope it was worth losing one of your most loyal, longtime customers. By far the worst pharmacy Ive experienced! I had to wait in the drive thru for 45 minutes. Only to get to the window and be told my script wasnt ready (although I had the text from them stating it was ready for pick up). Employee told me it would be 10 minutes as they were just finishing it. She told me I had to leave the line and go back around. Only to do so, and wait another 35 minutes and get to the window and the same employee tell me that the script was still not ready! She said the pharmacist was doing Covid vaccines and wasnt able to finalize the script at this time. She said I wouldnt be able to get my prescription tonight seeing as they would be closed at 8pm and the wait was longer than that. I had to come back in the morning. I will be transferring my scripts as well as my other family members scripts to a different pharmacy.

Pharmacy is terrible I remember i asked question about something and the girl with blond hair she didn’t care and just answered with one word and she wasn’t paying any attention , she was talking to her male co worker like she was flirting with him or something like that , SO RUDE … other than that the cashier staff are always awesome.

Pharmacy is awful and I saw another person mention the store manager Jessica. I think it says something when multiple people are calling out a specific manager. Honestly Ms Jessica you should get additional customer service training or rethink your career choices. She was very rude to my elderly grandmother..we wont be coming back to this location

They just sent me home with a ton of a med that is notoriously horroble tasting for my 4-year and gave me nothing to measure it with. An oral syringe would obviously be ideal as it is not going to very pleasant to get down and that is the fastest way, but no syringe, no cup, no measurement tool at all. I would normally give them benefit of the doubt thinking they just forgot this one time but its always something. Will be switching.

Walgreens pharmacy is one of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever been to. For one I waited 30 minutes in the drive-through, the pharmacist technician had my medications all mixed up took another 20 minutes to get a correct, and they feel like they have control over that your prescriptions. If you experience the same problems I have I would switch to Cvs !!! The staff can be very rude, You’re not treated like a customer your treat it like a number. From my experiences I am completely done with Walgreens pharmacy!

Rude, obnoxious and uncaring,This is my local pharmacy and I’m considering switching because I have had it with the pharmacy staff. EVERY time I go in there, the people are unfriendly and uncaring. I understand that they can get busy, but don’t take it out on your customers, get more help! Most of the time, however, I find that they are just incompetent; the techs don’t know what they are doing, or they can’t do it because they don’t have access or training to do something on the computer. There’s one older, female pharmacist there that is the worst – always grumpy… they should fire the whole pharmacy staff and start over!

Went in to get a prescription filled that was sent in by a provider for my boyfriend, the lady told us it would be hours because the adjuster might not approve it, as we tried to ask a question she walked away and ignored us. WOW REALLY???? I have never in my life seen someone treat people this way. I get my prescriptions filled at the Walgreens on Beloit and while at times its super busy and a hasel NEVER have they been rude or dismissive to us.

Terrible pharmacy treats their patients like criminals. I have been going there for three years as I am on a disability from a painful spine disorder that I have two prescriptions I come in for every month, both require paper copies. Depending on the pharmacist they treat you like you are a criminal trying to cheat the system for pain medication despite they have three years of records that I come every month. I have to depend on others to drive me and use the drive through as I have such pain walking.Several times I was told that it would be available in a few hours only to come back the next day and be told they are out of stock - no one ever calls!One time, after having my prescriptions filled there every month for over two years the pharmacist decided to play GOD and told me he wont refill it until a 72 hours hold. I have almost zero overlap on refills and that was not an option as I would have been in so much pain it guaranteed me an expensive trip to the ER. I called my doctor and they called the pharmacist. My doctors office said he told them he wont fill it until they tell him my medical history and the diagnosis why I am getting it. This is after 2 years of them refilling it every month.I felt the pharmacists has no right to refuse a refill until he is told my medical history as it is a valid prescription and they clearly have a record of me. In hindsight if they pull that again I shall file a complaint against their pharmacy wherever they have their license registered.It is bad enough to have to live with this terrible pain and on top of it be treated with such disrespect by some of the pharmacists at this Walgreens. Shame on you Walgreens for having such bullies as pharmacists!

I went to fill a prescription. I have a really bad gum and sinus infection. I dont like medications but will take them if absolutely necessary. A medication prescribed by my doctor was refused coverage by the pharmacy as I was accused of being an addictI dont like medications. I havent had what was prescribed in a very long time and prefer not to have anything if I can help it. To be screamed at in front of everyone for asking simply why it wasnt covered and told to take what I had and go was unprofessional and disrespectfulIve been coming to this Walgreens for years for my children and their needs. We will be switching to ProCare.

Terrible customer service. The worst attitudes Ive ever seen. I went in to fill a prescription and they told me my innsurance wouldnt cover it. I told them that was a mistake. They just said next like I wasnt still talking to them. Well two hours later it was filled and they never contacted me. I went back a week later and they said its been sitting here for a week. Like what? I had some questions and the pharmacist was completely dismissive. I am going to a different pharmacy. Absolutly ridiculous. DONT GO THERE!!!

Dropped of a prescription and was told it would take 45 minutes to fill. After 45 min I checked to see if the prescription is ready only to be told it wont be ready for another 45 minutes after that. Of course I wait and then find out that the billing system for my insurance is down and nobody bothered to notify me, they just let me stand by looking at crap i dont need for an hour and a half. But hey you would think with that hour and a half they would have taken the time to prepare the prescription so it was ready when the billing went through. NOPE!!! I understand that it is difficult to put a pill in a bottle but if you dont like your job then dont do it.

Walgreens on 76th coldspring has selfconcious girls there in photo. Dont feel stupid when people need help. I dont mean to intimidate people with my looks. You still need to ask people if they need help. No people skills among other things and your stuck making 8/hr rest of your lives. If thats why your not too happy to help people go start a course that will assist you in a comfortable future. Oh and put a smile on your faces..

This one is open 24 hrs!!! Sometimes that is a life saver. Yah since the new laws, the pharmacy treats you like a criminal if you have a hydrocodone prescription, I know they have to do certain things now, but they dont have to look at you like that.
