I was driving by and had to use the restroom. It was completely filthy! It looks as if it has never been cleaned, EVER!!

This place should be shut down by the health inspector. It is unbelievably filthy. The restrooms had smashed cockroaches and urinal cakes on the floor. The coke fountains had dried syrup with gnats mixed in between the machines. I will be contacting corporate.

Ive been shopping there for nearly three years. In the last year the place has become really run down, and they never have product. When you ask someone you get a smart answer from one of the girls. They are always eating and talking about drama at home or with boyfriends and you as a customer are bothering them. Sometimes they are outside smoking cigarettes and you have to ask for someone to help. Not professional at all, its a joke. I will never use the restroom there again, it was so filthy I got sick from it. Why did something so nice have to become such a hole in the wall?

Worst gas/service station ever. Not only is store filthy but so are employees. I dont know where that get their managers but probably at the welfare office which isnt bad cause at least they are getting jobs but maybe someone needs to teach them hygiene and customer service. Avoid this place even if I need to go out of my way.

I have a medical issues and this evening I had an episode. I blacked out it the floor not breathing and unresponsive. The staff did absolutely nothing to help me. My fiance finally got me conscious again and we left. I busted my head really hard. I cant not believe they didnt even offer to call 911. If it wasnt for my fiance I would be dead.

I’m giving it one stars not because of how well kept it is. But by the staff. One lady I know is rude every time I’m in there, short answers, attitude in her voice. Just plain out a vibe killer for the gas station, most of time I go in to get popcorn chicken or breadsticks. I stopped because that lady is usually the one that serves and I don’t go into a gas station to be servered by someone rude. You work at a gas station. You don’t like your job, don’t take it out on the customers? Just a disappointment.

The store in greenfield Indiana never has enough help. On a recent Saturday there was only 1 person working. I walked and there was at least 10 people in line. People buy lottery tickets on Saturday. Get a grip management. If you cant get enough help, wheres the damn manager? Get help from another store. Or pay enough to get people. I felt bad for the one lady struggling with that pressure. She was stressed. Good thing for thieves though, you could help yourself in this place. But the clerks would probably get blamed for that. I know Ill never go there on a Saturday again. I know management doesnt care. Pitiful.

Terrible rude counter lady who yelled at me because I didnt have my ID to sell lottery tickets. Then refused to sell them to my mother in line behind. Obviously no one cares about this place.

Went in to grab some sodas. Out of what we wanted and some crazy employee was screaming about retarded workers and how they messed things up. She doesnt need to interact with the public. She was disgraceful.

No coffee made on ANY machine 8:30 am. Never coming here again.

They are usually short-staffed and there is usually a bit of a wait
