Staples not a bad place They have very good items technicians there are very good They can maintain your computer very well I know I took Minds there. Before I did I was going to throw It away but that technician save my computer. Am very grateful, Because Then I didnt have to buy another one.

Get a lot of engineering and architectural plans printed there. Great staff always helpful. Two Thumbs up!!

Excellent service and excellent prices. Even though I came in 10 min before closing, the night before Christmas Eve, I was greeted with an incredible welcome at the printing desk and received enthusiastic, thoughtful, caring support for my printing job. It came out great and the price was perfect.

Employees willing to help. Very nice and courteous. Out of the long list of items we were looking to purchase, there were only two we couldnt purchase. It was a great experience . I also found clearance items for children who cant have candy. This being Halloween, we wanted all children to have fun. Thank you for making this a great experience for us, and a fast check out. Every time I go to Staples. I always have good experience. Its welcoming atmosphere and Im always happy to go back. It reminds me of the Staples back home in Springfield MA. They really go out their way for you. I didnt get the woman named who helped me in copy area. She helped me with faxing. I had my twenty-three month old daughter in strollers.An she was the kindness and most patience staff member . I dont have any problem with spending my money at Staples that day I paid twelve dollars in faxed papers. I know it slot but when you have great service sometimes it just worth it.

Way way overpriced they wanted almost $30 for a USB cable. They also wanted almost $40 for a usb bluetooth USB dongle.

I really like this Staples location. It is always very quiet and dead. I know thats not really good for business, but its actually very relaxing to shop for office supplies in the unbelievable silence. They always have everything I need. Plus the store is always very clean. The staff is alright. There helpful if you need. Usually they just leave you alone. Another thing I personally like but others my find annoying. Overall a fantastic location.

This store has a contract with Soda Stream company to sell and exchange CO2 cylinders for use with Soda Stream products. They now refuse to exchange the cylinders. They will only sell new ones for double the price. The sales clerk told me the policy was permanent, not temporary due to COVID-19. This is a violation of their agreement with Soda Stream and Staples customers. It is typical of Staples arrogant and deceptive customer service. I am in touch with Soda Stream Company about Staples breach of their contract.

Five stars to deliah in the copy and print center no stars for manager and tall bushy hair guy in the computer center. Do not care for the new managers manner..... Missing max

This place is a joke. Slow service, poor stock, over priced. No I dont want to buy a $5 protection plan for my $15 USB cable. No I dont have a staples credit card... Not a place for in and out service.

They need more help in that store to have to wait forever for someone to help you

At some of their stores they wont honor their return policy. According to their corporate office, stores are required to return online purchases but individual stores do or dont at their own whim. Plus some of their employees are just rude about it.
