JoAnn Fabrics has a great variety of fabrics and decorative storage boxes. Purchased several decorative boxes of all sizes. The on- line sales are great. Will be purchasing material from them to recover four rattan chair seats. I missed a really good season- end sale for the fabric I needed. The saying goes you snooze, you lose! I use their on line ordering and curbside pick-up. They usually have my order ready in a couple of hours!

Plenty of sewing supplies and fabric. If you enjoy sewing, this store will seem like heaven. The store is well-kept and clean. The staff is helpful.

Great store and wonderful deals but pricing isnt all listed, which is annoying, so I go on their website to see what it is. Ive also had issues with pricing not being accurate at the register. It can be very frustrating. Although they did, one time, give me the price that was listed online.

Cutting persons lack of knowledge about types of material ie (jersey vs knit) had the nerve to say(duh) to me! She called for help and stated to the person on her mic to be prepared for A really dumb question! I stated that I truly wouldnt be asking if I knew the answer myself, but seeing that you work here... It took a customer behind me to point out the difference about the 2 materials and that I should go with the felt.I truly feel sarcasm from employees should not be tolerated!!

PRO TIP: there are ALWAYS coupons and sales, so you can avoid paying their tag prices by checking out their app. (their prices have HUGE markups so it always looks like theyve got good deals when stuff goes on sale)

The customer service here is great. They have a large selection of yarn and fabric. You can save a lot with your coupons.

Keep looking for different material for blankets. Some stores have a nice selection and others are lacking.

I updated my review to comment on their covid standards. Staff will not enforce mask wearing even though theres a sign posted on the door saying youre required to wear one. Not many customers were wearing masks and the maskless were getting into mask-wearing customers faces. I loved JoAnns until this experience. Will need to find a new place to buy my jewelry-making equipment.

Went for cricket supplies, since my wife is getting a cricket. They have a wide selection of consumables and tools for the crickets, recently priced. Cashiers were friendly and knowledgeable. Didnt encounter any employees on the floor though.

I make masks by the hundreds, with about 55 or 60 designs in my inventory. Joanns is a great place to find hard to locate fabrics, the staff is wonderful and efficient, the cashiers are polite and accurate, and the location is convenient.

Weve always had very good service here. The store is set up with a smart layout. The cutting counter has a number system which is very nice to avoid people skipping. And they have one line that feeds into all the registers which also avoids the skipping problem at so many stores.The staff is very helpful and work hard to help you find what you need.This last weekend I witnessed a real Karen of a customer who was being awful to the staff and other customers. Despite her repeated complaints (she was on her phone and not following directions, trying to skip people in line and just over all being a B) the staff stayed very respectful. They were firm about helping customers in the correct order, but polite to the ride customer despite her over the top rudeness.The staff there should know they are doing a great job.

Quite a selection, I went in there for stickers for my Grandchildren.

This particular Joanns has a larger selection of crafting, floral & jewelry supplies, with a modest selection of fabrics. Service was ok, store was clean & organized mgr. Was excellent, he helped resolve a coupon issue for me.

So nice to finally be able to get my mask making supplies at a store with incredible selections, and great prices!Everything almost was on sale, and with coupons, and weekly sales up to 70% off, youre almost never paying full price for anything.Hobby lobby is great, but no store in Milwaukee can compete with Joanne when it comes to sewing, crafting and notions..

Curbside pick up is horrible. Waited over 20 minutes, even after I called the store to alert them I was waiting outside.

A majority of the staff is rude. I took a photo of the 50% off sign by the yarn I was purchasing and they still had to double check with two other associates. Least friendly when attempting to use coupons, get the correct price, etc.

All kinds of crafts to choose from, plenty of inventory for your projects. The staff are helpful with ideas and how to do if you are not sure.

Store was not busy so shopping was nice. Was directed to the wrong place for the Satin for a blanket Im repairing. I did finally find it.

We ordered 2 pieces of fabric for curbside pick up and learned that very little attention is paid to curbside. We headed there shortly after placing the order assuming it was not that hard to fulfill. But 3 hours later they still havent even started it. We needed to call a manager and basically demand they find our order. The app gave no indication of how long it takes or anything??? They did not think it through. If you are going to offer a curbside service...think it through, have a process and explain it. If someone shows up and the order is not ready. Just fulfill it instead of saying you are too busy to handle my order.

If you want bad customer service then youve found the right place!! And if you want to feel rushed to leave the store after youve tired to ask 2 questions to the one nice employee you talked to then have them try to speed scan your items and find on your receipt they over charged you because they double scanned something... then youve found the right place!!

Wonderful selection of beads, great sale on spring flowers, clean and organized store. Not giving it 5 stars because it didnt carry tatting needles. Now I have to order them online. Otherwise its a great overall store.
