Like family took my new to me car in for our first oil change and asked Bill to check it out good as I purchased it used. He found an issue still under warranty and saved me $700 + great people you can trust.

I brought my car here to have the alternator replaced after my car broke down far from home. The car had to be towed, so I needed to find a place that wasnt too far from where it broke down. After reading so many positive reviews, I decided to have my car towed here. That was a big mistake. This place charged $600 to have the alternator replaced! I dont know anything about cars, but this price still sounded pretty high. My brother called the place this morning, looking for a better breakdown of the billing. The person was incredibly defensive, interrupted my brother on several occasions, and talked over him. Extremely rude. DO NOT GO HERE! Unless you want to pay a ridiculous amount of money and deal with rude staff, take your business elsewhere if possible.

I had some questions about a noise my 2016 Acadia was making. They squeezed me in next day and told me they would take care of it. I showed up a couple minutes late and they were ready for me. They are practicing social distancing and are sanitizing common areas. They took my vehicle in right away and took the tires off. Turns out I live in such a high moisture area that my brakes squeaked sometimes. They assured me that it was safe to drive. I trust them,they were very professional and honest. They were so good they didnt even charge me the full inspect of my brakes. I will be back for any future work. Thank you to the great staff!

Got here after a bad alternator replacement at another Meineke branch at Laconia, NH. After they replaced it again other issues popped up and the car wouldnt run. Wanted to charge us 95$/hr to check what went wrong. If they would have taken a few minutes to look at what they broke they would easily see a pipe was dislocated. Service was not friendly.** Follow up on Meinekes comment **I actually already reached out to customer service at the 1-800 number three days ago and told them everything that happened. Was already told that they will escalate it to higher levels. Still waiting to hear back from them.

Only been here a few times and the staff is very nice. Had a mechanic say the filters are had and need to be changed went here and they said there was no problem with them.

I had problems with my pick-up today and called and spoke to Doug. I have been here before and always got prompt, good service. He explained to me that they were really busy but that the AAA man could bring my truck there and that they would do their best to stay after hours to tend to it. I could see they would go the extra mile to help me and my ailing vehicle. As luck would have it the truck ended up elsewhere due to no time constraints at the other facility, and I was rather embarrassed to call back and state that fact, but Doug was very pleasant and polite about it all. Quickest mechanics in Greenfield. I always get my oil changes here and there is zero hassle or soliciting from them. They dont tell you that you need a service and theyre extremely honest. Brought my 2013 Honda in because we backed over a tree stump, it started to rattle. We got a same-day appointment at Meineke. They checked my exhaust, no problem and found the rattle was the heat shield. They just pulled the heat shield away from the exhaust. They DIDNT CHARGE US ANYTHING! My thanks to Bill Pease, Shop Manager!

I was taking my car periodically for maintenance, last year, all the services in the car were done at meineke. During the last brake service, I came home with a noise in the rear, it was not like that when I took the car, I came back twice to see if they could fix it, they couldnt help me.Very upsad I came home and by myself I looked under the car, I saw a plastic screw loose in the bumper, after a brief search I found the spare in Amazon. I replace it in 10 minutes.They did not help me, just wasted my time and money. A lot of money I dont trust and dont recomend..

I love these guys! My 1990 (yes, that is right!) VW van gets her oil changes here. They were great from the moment I called to make sure they would service it, through the rotation of tires and replacing some belts, they were efficient, cheap and very friendly.

Brought my car in for an Oil change and their employee got my shifter locked in the Manuel position. They took no responsibility for this mishap said it wasnt their fault. So manager took my shifter apart showed me issue and put my shifter back all messed up. Now when I shift it grinds. I will seek legal action.

The place to take your car for almost it seems anything. If not Im sure they will find you the place that would do the job if they couldnt, it is that kind of place. A little small not much of a waiting area but thats the only down side.

Called ahead for an appointment. Informed owner of the problem I believe I had, and the parts I had previously purchased, was told to bring the parts in and he would have them put on, went into the appointment on time, he asked for parts I did not mention that I had, I informed him I just replaced the parts hes asking for 6mths ago and I wasnt going to replace parts that I didnt need, he informed me then that without those added parts he wont even look at it and turned me away, had he just looked at it he would have seen that not only were the parts that I thought went bad were actually perfectly fine, and the parts he wanted were actually fine also, he would have also seen that those parts on my truck were the only thing holding my rear tires onto the truck, and by turning me away he put my entire family that I had brought with me in a life threatening situation not to mention the publics,I took my truck to a real garage and they agreed to do the job I asked Douglas the owner of Meineke to do and he agreed to do over the phone but turned me away, they couldnt believe the tires were still being held on by nothing more than the brake calipers and that any garage would have put my family and the public at this risk.Not only would I not recommend taking any vehicle to this establishment for the danger he put everybody in, but also this isnt the first time he tried ripping my family off saying parts were needed that werent to pass inspection, after getting upset with him he did the work that was only needed, I figured he learned his lesson that I wouldnt be conned out of money by his lies and sales tactics, I was very wrong and all should be warned of his questionable business practices.I called corporate who forwarded my complaint to Douglas and others from what I was told, I recieved a threatening, harassing, email from Douglas the next day, threatening me and anyone related to me, refusing to do any further work for anyone related to me, which I happened to be born and raised in this community and have brought him thousands of dollars in business, however after the recent transactions between us, maybe he was ripping them off also, but I have diverted everyone I know to use another local garage that appreciates customers.The hundred dollar job that I went in to see him for, turned out to be a $900 dollar repair which could have been his if he just treated his customers with a little respect.I highly recommend finding another garage for any vehicle maintenance or repairs, there are plenty in the area to choose from that wont rip you off or put your life in danger. Unless someone takes it over from him I would stay away. This Douglas could run a donut shop into the ground on a fat farm. No business ethics at all.
