Had a screw in my tire and pulled up they only had about 15 minutes before their lunch. They put a patch on and pulled my car up to the entrance in 10 minutes and didn’t charge me a thing. Great service with a smile!

I called a few different shops, but my call with Matt stood out.Matt not only quoted me a very reasonable rate for an inspection, but he asked more about my specific situation and offered many helpful tips to consider when test driving and looking over the car myself. Also, since he had a Toyota specialist on staff, he made sure I came for the inspection during that workers hours so that his expert on Toyotas could be the one to inspect the Sienna I was considering.I ended up buying the van and today I came back to the shop to get new tires put on it. I had called Matt ahead of time and while he didnt have my tires in stock at that moment, he was able to get a set delivered from his supplier quite fast! The tire change itself was done quickly and expertly and my van drives noticeably better.Im planning on going back soon to have one other issue with my van corrected. My first visit, I needed tires and brakes. Being from up north Im not use to repair center saving me money. I arrived for my appointment, Matthew comes out tells me he changed the tires I asked for to a better tire with a longer warranty, asked if I had a problem with his decision? Lets see he saved me $70.00 and a better warranty. His brakes come with a 24 month 24k mileage. Thats looking out for you customers. Thats why the 5 star rating.

Just had my second oil change here and I will come here from now on. They got me in the same day I called and I was out of there in less than an hour. Anytime I have to take my car in somewhere, my anxiety gets going because Im always ambushed with all these things I need done and should do for my car (except when my husband is with me 😒) You know theyre out to get every penny from you. BUT, this place is the exact opposite!! I feel so relaxed and confident when I take my car in. Theyre genuinely honest, caring and have earned our forever business. Thank you!

Had horrendous brakes, Matt informed me that they were booked up for the next two weeks so I was about to leave and he rescheduled some of his appointments for the day so that he could fix mine. He said several times that he would hate to let me go and something bad happen, as it was unsafe to drive. July 5 2017 i went around 3:30pm had order 4 tires and payed in cash. I brought 4 wheels that had chrome finish. i waited in the customer Lounge for about 1hr and i thought wow there been careful. After they got done we inspected the tires but noticed scratchs on every rim near the center hub. These were new rims never been off the car before this so i brought it to his attention and he said non of are equipment can damage tires like this. Then he went to show me im wrong by taking me to the two machines that he used one being the machine that puts the tires on and off of the rim the other that balances the tire. The first machine didnt do anything near or around that area. The second machine uses a cup to hold it in place that matchs up perfectly with the scratchs. And its clearly what caused it. After i said that is what did it and then said i was wrong it couldnt be us. So after i told him i know it was them. He then kicked us out.UPDATE: July 6 2017Have been contacted by Manger.Will update what happensManger offered to polish rims, so we took one and when we got it back it still had the same places but was better. I will leave my review at a 3 star. This was my first time here and maybe i just had bad luck. But this is my review and my experience. Last update 8-7-17

Took her car here and was told that her brakes were in great condition and what was the likely issue with the noise she was hearing. Great trustworthy staff. They went the extra mile to make sure my vehicle was safe. I never felt like I was being scammed and I 100% trust these guys with any repair on my vehicle.I went back to this auto repair shop 8 months later to get my oil changed and the owner still remembers my name. You never feel like you’re paying more than you should and you know you’re getting the best work done on your car. Our customers will always be considered friends, as a company with 73% female customer base we strive to make sure every customer is satisfied. We do NOT give quotes for service/mechanic work over the phone due to the fact that there is no way to know what may be needed without proper diagnosis and therefore we can not truly give the customer the best price available without knowing the needed repairs, we dont guess because that only leads to trouble and that is why the last customer to rate our store was only given a starting point. Mechanics are just like doctors except we work on cars instead of people, I wouldnt want my doctor to diagnose my symptoms over the phone and leave me hoping he was correct, I for one will always and I mean always make sure everyone is treated very fair and respected by myself and my staff.

Great place! I stopped in awhile back to get air in my tires because my boyfriend put my caps on too tight and I couldn’t get them off. So I went in and within seconds my tires were filled and ready to go. So when my car started acting funny I just called to get information, Matthew was very nice over the phone and assured me if I brought it in they would figure it out. I couldn’t bring in right in and HE CALLED ME to check on it! I finally brought it to him and dropped it off within a couple hours he called me and explained to me what was wrong and ALL of my options. He gave me an honest and GREAT price. Talked to Matt on Saturday about service on my car he told us he would look at it and call us with a price. He called with the price and promised the car on Tuesday. Recently while on vacation in town, my daughter and family had a overheating problem. Far from home they stopped here .The problem was found fast. As I was sitting in Walmarts line for the tire center for 30 minutes without being acknowledged or talked to while their employees stood around and smoked I decided to call up this shop... BEST THING I COULD HAVE DONE! when I called Matt picked up the phone and told me he could get me right in. So I left Walmart, arrived at Greenville tire and performance and just as he said he got me right in. By the time it took me to walk to the Shell station next door to grab a drink and walk back he was already finished. Not only that but he gave me the best price in town! I have nothing but great things to say about this company. I had problems with my car right before I had to leave to head out of town. He got my car in right away in the morning when I called. He got it in and fixed car and I was able to make it on the road that day for my trip. He was so friendly, respectful and helpful.

I made a stupid mistake while working on my brakes. So I called Matt and he said bring it to him right away. He really bailed me out of a serious jam. He found a used part in Hickory, NC and his wife drove there to get it! Now that is true service and a true “Family” business! The used part had a bad wheel bearing in it which he replaced with a new one for the same price he had quoted originally. My mistake cost me a lot of money but Matt proved there are some very honest and helpful businessmen around. Thanks again new friend!
