I always find what I need at a great price.

Staff are really nice this is the only thing I like about the store but they’re always out of items if you are in dire need of something this location isn’t reliable. Sometimes the website will say they have it but then when you go to the store it isn’t there.

Out of stock all the time. Store is pretty disorganized. Area has lots of crime.

The place was pretty neat and the staff were kind. There is an employee in particular name Anthony that is responsible for the carts in the parking lot. He helped my mother and I today with putting a bike we bought in our car. He was very respectful and patient. He provided such great customer service.

I was having a problem looking for a certain item. The employee LAURE helped me very much, she was awesome! Without her I would’ve been lost. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the store. Target has a good one; EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you Laure!!

I want to thank the employee at the returns desk who provided excellent customer service last weekend at the Greenbelt MD Target. She listened to the story about my CO2 bottles being sold to me but empty, she empathized and she resolved it very quickly. I’m grateful for the help desk folks!

*cashier Ronette please work on your self before working in a public place*Target is fine items usually in stock but-the cherry on top was when some UNmannered girl from the cashier decided to stop the line just so she could keep talking to a costumer, on the side then when she decided to scan 3 items of mine she then stopped again and proceeded to talk to the costumer on the side once that costumer left she started scanning my items (didnt even greet or apologize for the hold up for her personal conversation i understand lines would stop for that sort of thing but for only 5 seconds not her treating it like shes not on the clock or that people are on her time) she would pick up toss my items on the belt just cause they were not her items, gives her NO right to be ugly with others.

Truckers take the 3rd right, there is a back way if you’re delivering to Target. the main mall entrance is way too tight and you’d have to turn into the oncoming lane. Wish they have more signs up for deliveries. You can enter and exit through this route.

Noon on Sunday, meat section is barren. Cold items on shelves going bad. One cashier just opened and Ive already been in line for 10 min waiting for self checkout.Hire more people.This place is disgusting and dirty after the recent renovation.I want 5 options for meat, not 12 options for bar stools.

Very bad attitude when closing!, the manager turns off the light with customers inside the store and sends workers to push off customers out of the store in a very instigating way, kind of like you were not even able to go back to the next aisle at all, only whatever you can reach whitin your proximity and they would be on top of you seeing where you moving or what you do.I understand you want to go home or close that you might be very tired. I work in a kind of related industry but having to close doors and in a good way asking guest to leave wouldnt hurt anyone plus you have already been working if a double ,all day!, why would you wanna mess it up for only few more minutes !...I honestly hate writing bad reviews, I do like to support nearby businesses but this Target location is getting a poor customer experience when closing, its irritating!

Recently remodeled and very nice on the inside.

I have been shopping at target for several years all around the country but never in this location. Today was my 1st time shopping here and the experience was more than satisfying. I met one of those associated witch was ready to go the extra mile to make sure I was fully satisfied with my shopping experience. Here name is Laure and she has an off the chart personality. She helped me find entering I needed. She is so welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. You should definitely ask for her if you ever shop at Target greenbelt.

Quick convenient service. Good during this time of mask & distance which I am not interested in so no in-store shopping for me.

They always run out of my chips Like Ok, and when i checked the cashier they had the smallest bags of my chips. Btw it’s the spicy limon green bag of doritos.

Ceejay provided excellent customer service to me on two occasions during this visit. Once while I was returning some pillow protectors. He was very patient and worked through some systems limitations to find the product number for the item I was returning. The second time was during checkout where he was called over and took extra time to ensure that I received the Veterans Day discount on my order. Also, an associate out on the floor helped us locate a fan we had found online and wanted to purchase. She walked us back to the correct isle to help us look, and then found it for us. Great people working in this location.

The employee ignored me at a pivotal point in the pick-up process. Stay away from greenbelt target. They have separate rooms for pickups, exchanges, and returns. When I asked why he helped a customer that came in after me, the employee was rude and gave me a stop hand gesture. I guess Im invisible. I live a town over and frequent the Lanham & Bowie locations. Never experience long wait times or rude employees at those locations. I only stopped at this one because it was on my way to my destination. I wont make that mistake again.

I usually have a oily hair and all the time I come to target I try to get help from someone with shampoo since no shampoo helps me with my oily hair. Mayaddie tried her best calling her other co worker to help me out with my shAmpoo. I’m so happy the way she treated Me.Thank You Mayaddie!!

I usually like this store, but beware of the dairy section. I just bought (and accidentally ate) cheese that expired in March - over five months ago! Im now having some stomach symptoms that are probably due to it. And several months ago, their entire milk fridge smelled of manure. I definitely wont be purchasing dairy or other fresh food here again.

Fast and excellent service

At the time I shopped on my lunch break there were only two cashiers open and then the one was closing with two lines of customers and Susanna the cashier announced that she was closed and turned people away and when an elderly Caucasian lady approached her line she opened her register and assisted her. Her conduct was inappropriate not the Caucasian lady! A few minutes later the floor manager recognized the backup assisted by opening another cashiers register. Disorganization!

This guy Devin was collecting carts outside and he was such a gentleman and had a wonderful attitude about his job. 👏👏👏

I experience excellent customer service from Laure at the Greenbelt, MD location. She went above and beyond to help me. She defines what good customer service is.

My order was ready it took the Target Associate 2 minutes to locate my order and hand it to me. No like before. When it took the same Store in Greenbelt, Md 40 minutes to fine my one item. This visit it was the same it but a quantity of 2. Thank-you for your Excellent Customer Service. I would use this Service again.

Its as good as any other target, but it has the same problem as any other target. The only problem is the electronics never have any employees so you have go to the normal checkout when theres a checkout there and if you need help you cant really get since there are no employees at the electronics section. But other that there nothing wrong.

I always have a great experience when I shop here. The staff is pleasant and I have to mention Laure who was extremely helpful in assisting me with gift ideas. Much appreciated.

Its good cuse it has a lot of stuff to buy

I had a negative encounter with the person checking me out today. My neighborhood Target is my favorite one, it caught me off guard when the man ringing me up was so short, rude, and dismissive. I asked him to repeat the total bc we had on masks I could not hear him and he yelled it back with rude impatience. Then he was carrying on a conversation with the worker across from him. Handed me my bag with attitude and no Have a nice day or Thank you etc. I left feeling a ways, bc everyone at the Target for the most part is polite and helpful. 2 clerks stopped me in the store and asked if I needed help. One volunteered to help me find a mug with an S on it, but there were no more left. The other clerk stopped and asked me was I finding everything okay as I approached the toiletries section.

The pick up location that I originally chose ended up not having my item in stock, but the process of finding another store with the product was very easy. I also like that there was a convenient refund option in case none of the locations were convenient for me. Thank goodness it was!! Happy holidays!!

Not one of the newer designed stores, but I love the layout here. Among the easiest to navigate Target stores.This location always seems to be busy. Parking is easy as there is a garage next to the Target one if needed.Cashier I had was efficient and thoughtful.It is a Target ... what else really needs to be said? Haha.

This store is fine, but the employees were not following safe practices during this time of pandemic. There were several who were wearing masks improperly (under nose, around neck/not on the face at all) and some who just werent wearing any kind of mask. The cashier at the self checkout was wearing a mask that didnt cover the nose and was getting way too close to customers when they needed help. There was also no attempt to clean the self checkout kiosks after customers used them.It seems that the management doesnt care about employees or customers safety.

Kemi was awesome with customer service for what I needed. Shes a gem and a keeper! Best customer service i ever at Greenbelt MD location.

This is in reference to the beaut aisle: This is one of the few Targets that carry brands for women of color and the selection relatively decent. Personally I like I can purchase Iman cosmetics and Milani at this location.

Love this Target! I love their selection and item availability. Not too crowded. Great customer service. There are two exceptional employees who always have a smile on their face and are very helpful.

I last visited this Target several months ago, and felt very unsafe due to the lax attitude of employees regarding COVID-19. I finally visited again just recently and am happy to say that they have improved a lot. All of the employees I saw wore masks and were separated from one another, plexiglass shields were in place, and the assistant in the self-checkout aisle went out of his way to not get inside my 6ft bubble. I came on here to amend my negative review, but it appears they managed to get it taken down.In general this Target is clean and well-organized. Ive been coming here for a lot of years. Ive encountered the occasional grumpy or difficult employee but overall theyre not bad. The prices do tend to be marked incorrectly - usually at least one item per visit.

I love Target! They have everything, might not be the price you want it at..... but stock the the item and it magically goes on sale!

The cashier was rude and asked me to carry my basket back to the storage area instead of receiving it from me and keeping it on her side of the counter as Target cashiers usually do. Why are customers who pay good money for your goods being asked to do the job of your lazy employees?

I first like to say that I was not actually in the store at this time but I was on the phone with my sister that is on crutches and was using the motorized cart and needed some assistance she asked a young man named Rex to help her find the Bop It game she wanted and not only did he assist her with that request but offered to assist her with all the other things that she needed. That kind of dedication and commitment is not seen today from most young people and to have recieved it from Rex and witnessng it speaks volumes that you hired such a great person, Rex is a true asset to your greenbelt location and Target should let him know that his efforts are appreciated.

VERY EASY to shop on-line, pay, visit the customer service desk at the FRONT of the store, pick-up your package and keep moving. I am anxious to try the curbside service. With my busy life, this is AWESOME.

I ordered drive up 3 times. They always came out quickly and gave me my stuff. Very professional.

My only complaints are that the air fryer took too long to cook and the outside got too hot. Its dangerous for my kids if they get too close.

This store NEVER has the essentials in stock. No matter what the website system tells you, on a weekly basis, this store is guaranteed to NOT have what you need and will waste your time. Online website says, “IN STOCK”, chances are that they don’t and you ain’t gettin’ it here! This is a Target of wishful thinking. They hope that when you get here, you get exhausted looking for your items, and will just buy whatever is left. Burn your gas and travel the 6-7 miles to the another nearest location to avoid disappointment. Dreams of having your item? Yes, they might have that in stock.

Good service most of the time. Lines can be long sometimes. Staff are knowledgeable and willing to help.

Very convenient shopping location. Its disturbing that there isnt a divider between urinals. No eye contact is needed when using the bathroom!! TARGET! Take $20 to get two brackets and plywood!Its good there is a baby changing station.All in all, its a moderate size target on one level. Great staff and typically clean isles.

A good variety of quality good. I do thing the prices are a bit more than comparable stores, but the convenience and shopping experience is good. I also enjoy having coffee at Starbucks after shopping while check my emails.

This was one of the best purchases that I have ever made , this was so quick and easy I literally parked my car and ran into the store and went right up to the counter and was waited on right away and the young lady was very nice and she was able to find my merchandise with ease !! I was in and out within 6 minutes , Thats a worlds records I am sure loll!!

I called customer service at this Target to ask if I could pick up my order the following day, which was one day later than the due date. Customer service assured me that there wouldnt be a problem, and she took down my name. When my husband arrived in the morning, the package was nowhere to be found. I understand that there are deadlines, but when someone promises that they will hold a package for you and doesnt follow through, this is deceptive. I ended up buying the same baby carrier on Amazon for $10 cheaper, which may have been a blessing in disguise. For better customer service, shop Amazon; this Target does not have their act together.

Way better than Wal-Mart and a decent distance from home. The customer service from the cashier and another associate was amazing!

Very good Customer service

The employee Alhassan went above and beyond to help me. He walked me to two different areas of the store that might have the product. When it appeared they were out he looked up whether other stores had the item in inventory. On my way out he intercepted me at the register with the product that he had found in the back. He was very professional and polite. Great customer service!

Staff was very helpful. and they did have some off brand tp. No hand sanitizer ot wipes tho. LoLThe grocery section seemed well stocked. I got good deal on 16 oz bottles of coke.

I was dissatisfied with my shopping experience at your store. On 12/19/19 I purchased a Sunbeam microwave and there was a sale sign showing the microwave was on sale for $59.99 but I was charged the regular price of $69.99 I went back on 12/20/19 to get a price adjustment but was told by the manager Eduardo that I could not get a price adjustment because there was no sign stating the microwave was on the sale and therefore he could not honor the sale.

Pretty good target. well organized, nice employees! I like to be able to find pokemon cards all in one place and not have to scavenger like in the pg mall target... This place is always organized unless some people like to put items like cloths in tech, toys in cloths, etc. I truly recommend this Target!!!

Clean and the best stocked Target in the area. If you need to go to guest services, make sure you enter from the walk in entrance vestibule. Once you enter the store you cannot get to guest services without going back outside first. The starbucks at this location is fabulous.

Dead, empty store, no music playing nothing lively about this place. Depressed, merchandise scattered across several departments. Didnt look like anyone was working.

They close unannounced and dont follow their own hours. Call first to make sure theyre following their own rules. Terrible store and management. Embarrassing for the brand.

The pick up process was really quick and easy. Getting any package store picked up is quiet faster than getting delivered at residence.

Came from afar for a particular item today and had the most incredible Target experience. First, the item in question was on clearance (a surprise to us!) and the lady on the phone found it and told us that typically, they are not able to put clearance items on hold, but would make an exception as long as we came quickly. I think she said her name was Amantha? Samantha? I asked but didn’t hear her clearly. We were able to pick up easily at Guest Services and that transaction was seamless. We shopped around a little afterwards. An associate heard us say “did ya find it?” “no not yet” to one another and helped us find what we were looking for..didn’t catch her name. And finally, we had Raquel at check out who was so kind and genuine and polite (also wished us a safe trip home). I’m one of those never-leaves-a-review kind of people but they were so impressive. Management should throw a pizza party for this team!

How easy everything was ordering to pick up

I really love target i always find what i love at a great price, I use the app to make sure the price and the item is there then i use the quick check out to get in and out fast.

Store is pretty organized, employees are helpful.I only wish they would restock lipsticks faster, I couldnt find any of the ones I was looking for.

Its good for the reason any target is good. Good prices. But time and time again that I need customer service here I am helped by ambivalent employees. Forget going the extra mile, they dont go the first mile.I had an item listed as on sale I checked the upc and item number and they matched the sales tag. The employee that helped me still insisted on blaming the department for being disorganized and the item was in the wrong place rather than putting forth any effort to investigate it I was lazily offered 8 dollars off instead of the 25 listed.

I purchased a room essential wardrobe dresser from this location, i bought it home and unpacked all the supplies and come to find out there was no instructions in the box. i was pissed. i called guest services and spoke to 3 different people one of which told me they didnt even have a manual for the specific item that i purchased...????... so basically they sold this to me knowing there was no instructions and i guest just expected me to figure it out. smdh.. NEVER SHOP HERE FOR FURNITURE!!!!! THERE WONT BE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE BOX!!!!!!!!

The most important reason is that a customer can trade-in their phone at this store.

This is my nearest Target, and they do a pretty good job. Sometimes Ill go to the big Great land store in Columbia, only to find they dont have what I want; then I check this local store and find I could have saved myself the trip.

Best Target selection in the area. A few years ago, Id bounce between the this Target, Bowie and the one on 450. In the past few years, Greenbelt Target has improved in cleanliness, quantity and product quality! Its my go to neighborhood store!
