Fast Response, Great Price & Amazing Service! Our very old and very loud garage door opener busted right off our two car garage door. My husband made a request online, thinking we could possibly get an appointment in a few days. They called 15 min after posting and were at our house fixing everything in just a couple hours. The cost was half of what we anticipated. They installed the opener, the panel, the new sensors, fixed the alignment and serviced the door also! We now have a whisper quiet unit. Garage door spring broke. Its a heavy door and very difficult to operate manually. GVGD responded to our call in less than two hours. Replaced both torsion springs and while he was at it, we asked Mark to replace the deteriorated bottom seal. All parts were on the truck and work was done in about 90 minutes. Price was very agreeable and Mark applied a $100 coupon we didnt have. Also no conceit at all in Mark...demonstrated expert knowledge, respect, and humility. Highly recommended.

My technician was very helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Setting up the appointment was painless, I got voicemail when I called them, but they called back in seconds after I left the recording. I didn’t need major maintenance, tracks were re-adjusted/lubricated, spring adjusted, weather seal replaced, and outside garage door opener replaced.

I called on Wednesday evening at 6:30pm and left a message. I was called back at 7:30pm when I couldnt answer the phone. I called back at 8:00pm and the call was answered! GREAT customer service. Appointment to inspect the door was originally Friday, but an opening came up on Thursday. Technician was able to diagnose, repair, service the system in general, and be done in about an hour. Friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. I couldnt have asked for a better experience, especially with an 11-year-old garage door.

Very professional. I called about noon because I couldnt open garage door. The spring broke. They said they would be here between 3 and 5pm. They texted shortly before 3 that they were on their way. Everything was fixed by 3:30. Great job. I was impressed.

Wow! Our garage door after 17 years was on its last legs. Thought for sure we needed a new motor and door. Response time and communication from this company was incredible! We waited for 10 weeks for our special order, extra wide garage door. It is a 2 1/2 garage door that allows for an 8 opening. When it arrived G.V. Garage doors immediately called and set up an appointment for our installation. The old garage door was still installed minus the side rails to pull it down, problem! Jonathan had to install the remainder of the rails to remove the old door, but did it with ease. The new door is beautiful and we love the care that was taken to install it. The door tech was here a short time. All the rollers were in place..The cable on the left drum needed to be moved over 1 groove and the garage door still wont close right..It takes about 4 trys to get it to stay down..Gets to the bottom and comes back up..All of that should have been taken care of in the initial inspection and adjustment fee..Not happyI have to take back my comment on over charging and poor service..They did a great job of resetting the tension on both cables at the drums.lubing the center rail maded the door so much smoother and quiet..He did come right back and adjusted the pressure setting in the down position..Its quite,tighter against the facia seal and works great..Thanks guys..Good job..I highly recommend Green Valley Garage Door

Not happy with this project. We purchased and moved in here a couple months ago. A few days ago the two remote garage door openers and outside keypad opener stopped working. We called Green Valley.Garage Doors company, described the problem, they described the conditions for home visit and gave us time and date for appointment which we needed to accept to get problem fixed.On arrival several days later he walked in the garage,.looked at the wired door opener by the inside garage door and said, looks like thedoor lock-botton is on.In my 50 years with garage door openers I never had a lock-botton garage door opener. Seems obvious now they should ask that question before coming out here to take our required payment money for home visit and leave an 83 year old driver with no garage door opener for 5 days. Seems like they should ask a simple question, Is your door lock-button been pressed by accident? Problem solved.

Garage door did not open. Replaced with newTorsion Conversion (Single Spring System) and tune-up. Installer had parts in his truck so no waiting for days/weeks for parts. Fast response and book appointment for the following day and was done within an hour.
