PC Solutions are great. They installed a new hard drive and migrated my old files over. Their prices are very competitive and customer service was exceptional.

I called PC Solutions based on a glowing recommendation from a friend. I was able to take my computer in right away for a free diagnoses. Glen kept me informed as he worked to recover my data and install a new hard drive in time for me to have my computer back before a holiday weekend... which he did!Ive also taken a printer to PC Solutions for repair. They only charge you if they can fix it and, again, the price is reasonable. Mike fixed mine and its working beautifully again!I appreciate that PC Solutions is a local shop, their staff friendly and knowledgeable, and their price reasonable. I highly recommend them.

I will grant you that it is May and winter visitors are gone, but , they diagnosed my computer one afternoon , came to the house the next afternoon and I was up and running. My problem was my computer was not connecting to the internet, while it was an easy fix for an experienced technician, I fought off and on for a week trying to figure out the issue. I thought the fee was a tad on the high side, but I also remember being in business paying rent, payroll etc. I would call them again

Spent 100$ on my computer, now its sparking and I cant use it. It wasnt sparking before, it was only turning off randomly. I will never come back here again! And their review taking is poor I think I made it clear I dont wanna come back and they called my boyfriend asking him to come back but it took three days for a five minute fan replacement that was there, then it turned into it was out of stock I had to call the second day for an update and the third and final day they called an hour before close telling me I had an hour to get it

My up laptop died about 3 years ago. PC solutions checked it out. Mainboard was bad not repairable. Had them backup data to a flash drive. I kept the HD and ram left the rest for recycle. Great service and pretty reasonable.

A young woman that answers the phone was very rude. I was in customer service for 11 years, and could never talked to a customer the way she talked to me.

Fast, easy and very affordable. I love that they now fix cracked phone screens on top of all there other phone services. And to the customers who are haters. Maybe next time you shouldnt ask for ridiculous request from this establishment.

They will rip you off!! Bought a ddr memory stick over double the price. Customer service was 2 out of 5. Should have known better to call my brother first before purchase. He told me to return it right away, but I can not go back into the same place where anyone can look you in the eye and rip you off. Lesson learned and I hope anyone reading this will research any product before entering the store.

Very rude customer serviece, was told the tablet I brought in for repair was the worst rated tablet on the market. To bad he miss identified my tablet, but he didnt admit that until I left the store without repair. He didnt offer any apology, just told me to leave because I called him out on his rudeness.

Horrible Customer Service! The female owner had a horrible attitude this morning on dealing with me and my issue to the point she went as far as saying You can go to Clarke Computers they are right up the road.
